Cili Restaurant

Our son and his fiancee were married at Cili on Jan 6, 2012. A destination wedding can certainly cause trepidation for the wedding couple and their parents. Coming from Manitoba, Canada we hoped the event would live up to the fantastic reviews we had seen beforehand on the web.
Wow - did it ever. I can honestly say the wedding at Cili exceeded our expectations in all areas, from the taste testing my wife and I did 6 weeks before the wedding to all aspects of the “Big Event” itself.
The coordinator Christina and all the other staff must be commended for delivering the wedding of our kids’ dreams. Many of our guests are very well traveled and gave glowing reviews of the facility, the service and the warmth of the staff. The common theme expressed among our guests was that it was without exaggeration the best service any of them had experienced. Those in our family who are in the restaurant business raved about the quality of the food and service.
As a cold climate Canadian I was concerned about having a January wedding at a facility with so many water features. But all features were functioning and the layout allowed us to enjoy both the beautiful indoor and outdoor patio facilities.

Cili at Bali Hai was AMAZING! The pictures do not do it justice!!! What sets this place apart from other beautiful venues was the exceptional quality of service!!! The staff were OUTSTANDING! I could not have hoped for a better venue. I would do it all over again if I could and would not change a thing! Our guests were floored at the amazing space, the food and cake was amazing, and my flowers were everything I had ever dreamed of. The open bar and large selection of liquors was unreal.

Initially (especially before I booked) I emailed Cili and would not hear back for days. I found out after that they were short staffed due to a mat leave. Christina took over and was amazing. She is an absolute doll and made some great recommendations. Closer to our wedding, the communication was better than I even thought possible. We are from Manitoba, Canada and I was very reluctant and nervous about planning a wedding at a venue that I had never even seen! Christina made the process as flawless as possible and reassured me that everything would be wonderful and it was! The florist came in early to do our bouquets so we could pick them up early for pictures (it was much appreciated). Doug Louman, the minister, was personable and extremely professional. He delivered the service exactly how we wanted it. Adam (I think his name was Adam... sorry you were great) the DJ from Knight Sound Entertainment was a perfect emcee and DJ. Thank you Cili, Doug Louman, and Adam(?) the DJ. You guys made the night unforgettable!!!!

I was recently married at Hali Bai Golf Club on 5/20/2011. We wanted a small wedding and the adventure of a destination wedding (we live in Tampa Fl). Even though we were getting married in Las Vegas we still wanted it to feel somewhat traditional. I found Cili @ Bali Hai on the internet. I planned everything sight unseen and WOW I am glad I chose this place. Bali Hai is very very beautiful, the food was outstanding, and the staff is out of this world amazing. As soon as the ceremony was over they had wine and appetizers waiting for our guests. Our guest never went without a drink, even while dancing they would bring our guests fresh drinks to the dance floor. After we took our group pictures they had all the appetizers that were served to our guests waiting at our sweetheart table. (They have golf carts to take you over to the welcome to Las Vegas sign if you want to have pictures done there) Kathy the Catering Coordinator is on top of her game. She helped me with everything and made it stress free for me to plan a wedding 2,000 miles away.We were married on the lawn which is a great grand entrance for the bride, the reception was inside the glass patio, that had amazing views of the golf course and the sunset. I simply sent her pictures of the cake, flowers, table’s center pieces and everything was just as the pictures were. We did the ceremony package which includes bride/groom flowers/cakes/DJ/ minister/flowers for the aisle. The DJ we had kept us and our guests on the dance floor all night long. The Minister that married us Doug Loman was fantastic. From start to finish we had a perfect day. If you are thinking about planning a wedding here do it you won’t be disappointed in the least. I wish I could do it all over again. I would go back to Bali Hai without questions.

Cili and Kathy are the reason my wedding day was absolutely perfect! From the moment I contacted Kathy, she was patient with me every step of the way. She accommodated my requests without any problems, and put my nerves at ease since I was an out of town bride that had never seen the venue before. Cili at Bali Hai is the most beautiful setting in Las Vegas! my flowers, DJ, minister,cake, food, and service were all exceptional! If you are looking for a pain free wedding planning process, go with Cili. I cant say enough great things! Thanks so much Kathy!

OMG!!!!!! My wedding at CILI rocked! Kathy Dyke was absolutely crucial and spectacular!!!!! It was the most beautiful location, the food was to die for, the service was impecable, the flowers were amazing (even though I wanted out-of-season flowers). I have heard wonderful reviews from many guests that their experience was just as awesome as ours! Kathy does a excellent job at Cili! She was so patient with me and ALL my desires. I can truly say with such pride that my wedding was perfect! My family was so delighted about my choice in venues. Which is really great as the forked the bill! We had a fabulous time at our wedding as well.

I had both my ceremony and reception at Cili. The coordinators and staff are professional and very helpful. They were the first choice for us when we were searching. They include flowers, dj, cake, and a minister! All of which turned out amazing!

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at Bali Hai. The site was gorgeous with all the palm trees and lagoon. Nichole helped me plan the entire event. She was great and set up the vendors, flowers and cake. This was very helpful as I am from Canada and was worried about planning a destination wedding. She was very quick to respond to any of my questions and flexible with meeting with me when I got into town. The food was great and the service was excellent. I had compliments from all of my guests. I was at first disappointed to have a lunch wedding but this turned out to be a blessing as it was cooler and allowed us to all go out together in the evening. I was very happy with how the room looked, the flowers and the cake. Overall, It was a great decision to have my wedding there.

Bali Hai and Cili was made our wedding the most amazing experience of our lives!

We thought going into this that because it was an all-inclusive there might be some hiccups or corners cut, but that was far from what we received. Excellent customer service and friendly smiles throughout the whole process. We even got a tasting where they brought us full complete meals and large pieces of cake!

when I arrived on my wedding day May 21, 2010 i was greeted by Nichole. A truly amazing employee of Cili. She showed the bride to the bridal area where they had drinks, food, and tables setup to make bride's time easier. The reception area was decorated to a 't' in our beach design. The ceremony, food, dj, minister, and cake was incredible.

All of our guests kept complimenting us on the fabulous location. One even stated she got up for 3 minutes came back and her napkin was refolded! Our drinks never went more than 1/2 empty. They even gave us to go drinks!

Cili's was the perfect choice for our wedding! We did not want the typical "Vegas" wedding, no casinos, no chapels, etc. Cili's is like a tropical oasis in the middle of the desert. The setting is so peaceful and beautiful and the service, both before and during the wedding, was outstanding. Our guests commented that the food and drinks were fabulous!

My daughter was married on March 19, 2010 at Cili. The event was wonderful, the staff was excellent, the food was perfect, and the wedding coordinator, Kathy Dyke, made everything work without a single flaw. If you are looking to get married in Las Vegas and want a classy wedding without taking a second mortgage on your house, this is the place.
The photos on the web site do not do the place justice. It is a beautiful building surrounded by a lush green golf course. It is hard to believe you are in the middle of a desert.
We live in Florida so we knew we were taking a chance planning a wedding from across the country at a place we had never seen in person before. It was a gamble that paid off better than any of the best spins of the roulette wheel in Las Vegas. The main reason everything worked so well is because of the wedding coordinator, Kathy Dyke. Kathy handled EVERYTHING! Kathy took care of the every detail, including the actual wedding, the rehearsal, the flowers, the photographer, the D.J., the transportation, the wedding cake, the minister, and every little detail that came up. I cannot say enough about how well she handled everything.
Finally, I must say the staff was excellent too. The food and drink came nonstop during the reception. The food was excellent.
Anyone planning a wedding in Las Vegas should certainly place Cili at the top of their list of considerations.

We loved everything about Cili Restaurant.They handled everything with great style. At the end of the event they presented my wife and I with a lovely basket filed with flowers and treats to take away with us for our honeymoon - lovely touch - made us feel very pampered.

I had the wedding of my dreams at Cili's. Almost everything is included: flowers, minister, cake, alcohol, food, DJ, centerpieces etc. Nicole was so nice too. She answered all of my questions super quick. And the food is exceptional!

Throughout the wedding process Kathy was very helpful and responsive. She went above and beyond her normal duties to help make our day special. Because of her, I didn't have to worry about anything when planning the wedding, she handled everything that had to do with the venue including: flowers, linens, decor, the cake, the rehearsal, etc. The food was excellent and the open bar was definitely worth every penny. The cake was not what I had ordered and clashed with the rest of the decor, but guests tell me that it still tasted great.

No event runs perfectly. The only downsides to the event include: 1) when I arrived I was faced with another bride. Normally I wouldn’t care, but we had paid for a buy out of the restaurant. Another event coordinator double booked the venue, but Kathy resolved the problem quickly. 2) Once the reception was over the staff began to break down the room immediately and my mother was asked to clean out the bridal suite. I was upset to see her and another guest crawling around on the floor gathering everyone’s belongings. We were told our guests could stay in the room until they were ready to close, but security pushed guests out and would not allow them to re-enter. For the amount of money we spent, I assumed they would have made an attempt to straighten up the bridal suite and make it easier for the bridesmaids to gather their things. Rather than leaving everything on the floor under the tables.

Nonetheless, when we explained our disappointment Kathy she worked with my mother and me to rectify the situation. Overall, I had a beautiful wedding and I would recommend this venue.

The food alone was worth it for my guests! When we ask them what did they love about the whole wedding, the food seems to come up everytime! We knew that was going to happen!! Think about it, what do you remember when you attend a wedding? It's NOT the flowers, it's not the minute details everywhere...it's the food and the music. The food and service that Cili provided made our guests and us feel like VIPs! The food didn't taste like Vegas, if that makes any sense. It is authentic and cuisine. We liked it alot!

We had our reception there for our day time wedding. Vegas was a destination for us, but we didn't want the cliche stuff, PLUS we had 210 people in attendance, so most places in Vegas couldn't hold us because we were too small or too large. The other spots and country clubs were too far for our guest to try and figure out.

Amazing! Plus not to mention, we're excited because we know when we have anniversaries, we definitely will have a place to have a romantic dinner when we come back and visit Vegas.

Nicole and the gang were VERY flexible with all of our needs. All I had to do was email her images of my interests, ideas, everything. And she got it!! The details were amazing!

If you're not looking to get married by Elvis and you want to avoid the small fortune strip hotels offer, I couldn't recommend any place more than Cili Restaurant and Bali Hai Golf Resort. This will be one of the few instances where the website doesn't give the venue the justice. I planned the wedding from Germany and when I arrived on the scene days before the event I almost cried at just how beautiful it was! It was a bride's dream!!! And if you sign up for a ceremony and reception they throw in a wedding coordinator to keep everything together on-site. I found this person insightful, detail oriented and a pleasure to work with. However, on the day of the event be prepared that they're number 1 concern is the reputation of the restaurant, not necessarily the bride. Therefore, I also recommend the most amazing florist, Tavoli Florist (also see that review)!

An amazing, picturesque place! The ceremony was perfect in every way and the reception was even better. The wait staff was wonderful and so responsive to everyone's needs. The food was amazing! I was so surprised when everything I tasted was delicious (as wedding food is usually mundane). The organization was great from the coordinator and they were very responsive to every change that was made along the way.

I would highly recommend this company and would suggest to anyone looking for a good place for a wedding ceremony and/or reception, a rehearsal dinner, or just a great meal to check them out!

Cili provides one of the best venues in Las Vegas! I loved everything about my wedding, even the rain which added a romantic quality on the open-air covered patio. Most importantly, for the guests, the food and service was outstanding!!!!

AMAZING! That is the one word that sums up this beautiful location. Planning a destination wedding had me a bit stressed, but after speaking with Shelley I knew that this was the location for our big day. The photos you see on the cili website are just a glimpse to this perfect location. Shelley handled everything. What I thought would be a very stressful planning situation turned out to be amazingly easy. Everyone is still talking about our wedding and comments that it was the best wedding they had been to. The venue was perfect, the food was delicious and the service was top notch.

Cili Restaurant was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and the food was AMAZING! I am so happy that I found Cili Restaurant at the Bali Hai Golf Club to have my wedding venue at...I wouldnt have had it anywhere else! The entire staff was outstanding and Nichole Desphy was terrific. She really made the entire experience worth while....a pleasure to work with right up to the last minute! Thank you staff at Cili and thank you for the beautiful wedding cake!

OUTSTANDING VENUE for any wedding or special event! The staff was excellent, especially Nichole Desphy, the food was incredible, the restaurant was fantastic and the entire evening went off without a hitch! Wonderful location and the delicious gourmet food. People are still talking about the venue and the food. I can't say enough about the service either. Waited on our guests hand and foot. Felt like royalty for the day! Very professional and extremely accomodating...

Cili is a dream come true for your wedding. I had a few bumps in my road to planning... they switched my wedding coordinator 3 times. The day of the rehearsal and wedding were perfect. Everything went as planned. The waitstaff made me feel like a princess and everything I asked for was done. I would HIGHLY recommend this site to anyone wanting a beautiful Ceremony and Reception. My guests are still talking about the surf and turf we served. Many of them want to return yearly to celebrate our anniversary with us (not so sure about that one).

Nicole made it very easy to work with Cili. She is a recent newlywed, too! We hit it off right away and she kept the entire process moving along seamlessly. The day off was fantastic! Everything looked & tasted great!

Cili is a wonderful location to have your wedding! It's located on a beautiful golf course, and is also near the strip making it convenient for you and your guests. The staff is wonderful and the food delicious. You can't go wrong. :)
