They were fantastic with helping me find my dress. The saleswoman listened to what I was looking for and and by the 4th dress I had found it. I also got my girls' dresses there. While I think their choices and prices are good they charge a lot for alterations and onlly take cash or checks for the alterations.

Where to begin with this great bridal shop. Hedi worked with us from day one and she was truly AMAZING. After searching at 2 other stores we found my dress here. It was nothing like I was originally looking for but I fell in love. Hedi took care of my Grandmother who came with us shopping. She made sure there was always a place for her to sit. When my grandmother passed away, Hedi was genuinely upset and comforted each of us. Hedi also helped my Mom to make my veil. She told her specific instructions as to where to get the veiling, and detailed pictures on how to make it. The salon was amazing and when I went to pick up my dress it was perfectly pressed and ready to wear. I have been to other bridal shops and have had friends go to other shops in the area and their experience was not even close to the experience I had with Cinderella Bridals.

I had a great expierence with Cinderella Bridals. I actually wanted to change the straps on my dress one week before the wedding and they rushed around to find these straps and change them for me. I absolutely loved my dress and the staff there was very helpful and nice.

We purchased my gown & veil, and my mom's gown from here. We worked with Pat, and I can not say enough of good things about her! She was awesome! Very knowledgeable, sweet, professional... I can go on and on.The owner, or the manager on the other hand... she leaves something to be desired. She's very abrasive, and the main reason why we didn't purchase the bridesmaid dresses here, as the day we were in the shop to pick them out she was just over the top with the rudeness (my gown and my mom's gown were already purchased, or we may have gone elsewhere for those too).All in all, my dress came out just the way I wanted it and I was very happy. If you can, ask for Pat and you'll be pleased!

Cinderella Bridals has a good selection of dresses at affordable prices. They do all their fittings on site, so that is helpful and convenient considering the many demands of wedding planning. I was very happy with my dress experience - my bridal attendant was attentive and patient. She listened to my visions and helped me select my perfect dress. She wasn't pushy or trying to make a "sale." I would recommend visiting this boutique if you are in need of a special occasion dress.

Cinderella Bridals was the best dress shop I visited. And I visited quite a few! I found them to be the least pushy and the most honest. I found a dress from the Casablanca bridals at True Love bridals and they were able to beat the price. They were very nice and friendly. I found most shops to feel like you're shopping for a car the way they stalk you, but I never got that feel from Cinderella.

Overall, my experience at Cinderella was excellent. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant, I found my dress on the first visit, and the alteration process went smoothly. It was sometimes slightly difficult to make an appointment that was convenient to everyone (meaning myself, and whoever else was coming to the fittings) due to the shop only having 1 or 2 late nights, but as long as you don't mind waiting a month or so between visits, you should be ok. Thank you to everyone at Cinderella Bridal!

I absolutely loved my experience at Cinderella Bridals. Everyone was nice and everything went smooth. All of my 5 bridesmaids and 2 flower girls got their dresses there also and we didn't have any problems i couldn't be happier with the experience and the wedding dresses are beautiful for an affordable price.

I LOVED the people at Cinderella's Bridals! I live in Bergen County, NJ, so it was an hour drive every time I had a dress fitting but it was totally worth it! They were extremely flexible about my fitting times and had a great staff to work with. They have all sizes, from petite to full figured, and can find a dress to flatter anyone. Totally would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their dress.

I came to Cinderella bridals to find my perfect dress at a good price and I did just that! This was the first bridal shop I came to and I didnt want to make any decisions the first day being that there are so many options out there. So, I checked out some other stores and was treated terribley. I wound up coming back to Cinderella bridals and found my perfect gown! My Consultant was Pat and she was THE BEST! So helpful and knowledgable and very patient too..which is what you need when shopping for your gown. After all, you are going to be looking at yourself in pictures, wearing this dress, for the rest of your life. Andrea was also very sweet and helpful and always got back to me with my questions. They have a huge selections of gowns, as well as bridesmaides dresses. We also purchased 6 Bridesmaides Dresses here, the flower girl's dress, My Mothers dress and my Step Mothers Dress. A total of 10 dresses. My ONLY complaint is about their hours. It's very inconvenient for someone who works a full time job like myself. They are closed Sunday and Monday and the rest of the days they close at 5..The only late night was Thursday till 8 PM. If you can work around that somehow.. I highly reccomend Cinderella Bridals to anybody looking for their perfect dream dress.

I could not have been happier with my experience at Cinderella Bridals. Mainly, I worked with Heddy and Carla, but everyone that I came in contact with was helpful and everyone made me feel so comfortable. I had gone to another bridal store in the area and it was fine, but at Cinderella I felt like a princess. Heddy and Carla helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding. My dress came in when they said it would be in and all my fittings ran smoothly. Heddy took the time with me to try on veil after veil until I found the perfect one. Carla even guided me on where I could find a purse and jewelry to go with my gown. My bridesmaids purchased their dresses there; my mom and mother-in-law also bought their dresses there. Everyone was happy with their experience at Cinderella Bridals and I would highly recommend them to any future bride in the area!

When I first interacted with Carla at Cinderella Bridal I thought she was nice and accommodating. She didn't have the dress I wanted at the store but she was able to order it for me and at a good price too. She wasn't the cheapest I found but I thought she was nice so I went with her. She also helped my mom picked out her dress which was great! Then I never saw or heard from Carla again. Everyone was nice at the shop although most of them were not knowledgeable at all and always had to wait to ask Carla questions and Carla was never around. I was told numerous times that Carla would call me back and it took weeks and weeks of me calling all the time. The alterations were more than I was quoted they were and I would definitely not recommend having alterations done there. The woman, Anna (I believe), was so rude and unprofessional. She didn't give anyone the time of day and was the worst to deal with! Definitely not what a bride needs who has other stress already. There are plenty of dress shops and seamstresses out there and Cinderella Bridal shouldn't be your first pick!!!! They give you a discount on your dress preservation if you write a positive review so don't believe all the positive reviews you read because it might just be people trying to get a discount. I'd go somewhere else if I were you....The Bridal Boutique on Route 18 was great to deal with!

Carla carefully guided me around her store ruling out some and selecting others that matched my dream gown. After narrowing it down to two I made my selection. The gown arrived in a timely manner. When I tried it on for the first time Carla and the seamstress tucked and pinned where necessary as they took the time to have me walk and then sit so that the gown was not only elegant but comfortable. Final alterations were both excellent and affordable and the gown was pressed to perfection! To top this already terrific service Carla took me and my gown to a store across from CB and helped me select a purse, earrings and a stunning necklace!!! My experience at Cinderella Bridals and the compliments I received and still do...will always be wonderful memories amongst the many significant and heartwarming moments that took place on the day my Son married his Bride! I wrote this review twice because an error was made in the rating it is a 5.0 not 4.9! The least I can do is get it right for Cinderella Bridals because they got it all right for me!

This is the place to go for bridal and bridesmaid dresses in Central Jersey. Carla and her staff are very knowledgeable, supportive professionals who really care about their brides and bridal party. Although I live too far away from the shop to purchase my bridal gown; my mother in law bought her dress there and I cannot say how great and wonderful everyone at the shop was. Carla even helped my MIL pick out accessories at a nearby store for the dress. I don’t know anyone who would do that for their clients. I know of some other brides and bridesmaids that have purchased through Cinderella and they all have been really happy with their experiences there. After my wedding was over; Carla personally came to MIL’s house and picked up the dress and had it cleaned/preserved for me. Everything came out gorgeous and I will treasure it forever. If you’re in the area- I would definitely recommend stopping in at Cinderella Bridal. You will not be disappointed!!

Pat was so very helpful with picking out the perfect dress. The store is big and great! I thought alterations were kind of expensive. But I have already recommened this store to brides, mothers and I would suggest it to anyone in the area.

I bought my Senior Prom dress from Cinderella 20 years ago, so imagine my thrill when I was able to find my wedding dress there too. It was ordered & shipped quickly, and when I requested to have a halter strap added, the final end product was above & beyond what I envisioned all along. Even with 2 weeks to go until the wedding, the dress was still not fitting the way I liked, but the seamstress worked her magic and was able to have it altered to fit the way I wanted. She also created a simple bustle, with just 5 loops tied from underneath - it could not have been more elegant. I also purchased a simple rhinestone comb headpiece and a fingertip length veil, and could not have been more pleased with how they looked with my dress.

Oh boy. Well, Heddy was my consultant, and she's wonderful. She's sweet, knowledgeable and just great in every sense. That said, the rest of the review is irrespective of my experience working with her. As for the rest of it, few words can express my cautions against using Cinderella as a vendor. The prices are higher than they should be. The store is strangely restrictive- several rules directing what one can't do are plentiful. Accounting seems to be an issue, as they asked several times for me to produce proof that I had paid on the invoice. Alterations were about $150 each, and needed to be paid in cash only, which seemed a little inflexible. Luckily there's a bank around the corner, in case you don't have the $150 in your wallet. The management is nothing short of miserable and unprofessional. Best to head into New York City and try the offerings there. Good luck!

I had a great experience with Cinderella Bridals at first. They had the dress that I wanted at a great price. The salesperson assigned to me was also attentive and very helpful. Nevertheless, things went poorly when I had to go in for alterations. Their seamstress lacks people skills and is frustrating to work with. I expressed my concerns to her repeatedly and she basically blamed me for the dress not fitting properly across my bust. I honestly wish I would have gone elsewhere for alterations.

Cinderella Bridals was fabulous and professional. I went in knowing what dress I wanted and they were able to deliver it in a short amount of time. Everytime I went in for a fitting, the women were so polite and friendly and genuine, they made me feel so comfortable. They were very meticulous about getting my alterations just right for the day of my wedding. They really took special care of me and my gorgeous dress.

I shopped around a few placed (about 5 shops) to find my wedding dress. By far, this was the absolute worst place to go. I brought my bridemaids along with me so we can look for bridesmaid dresses as well. It was an early morning appointment and we had coffee and they wouldn't let us in with in, which I can sort of understand, but we were all adults and we wouldn't be trying on dresses while drinking. We were the only customers in the store and was told that my bridemaids had to sit outside since only 2 people can go into the bridal suite. This suite was huge and they did have a nice selection so options were not an issue at all. Adventually with many of us asking why the others couldnt join in the suite, the manager let the girls in. However they were not allowed to take pictures of me in any dress (it was obviously frowned upon with a note on the mirror). When I was done trying on dresses, which I did not feel comfortable doing with the sales woman, we went to look for the bm dresses. Not one person assisted, but were told we couldnt try on dresses in the suite we had to go into the smaller dressing rooms. Noone was in the store and noone really cared to help. The manager was really pushing for me to order my dress with them and was very fake-nice. I did not feel right about this place and would never recommend them to anyone. The experience should be open and comfortable and be able to bring people to share the experience with you. I would go to Hearts for You on Rt 9 and it was a totally different experience.

I ordered my flower girl dresses from them and they were very nice and accomodating. My one flower girl was not able to come and get messured and they showed me exactly how to measure her. The dresses were perfect

I had an amazing experience with Cinderella Bridals. I found a Maggie Sottero wedding dress that I was in love with. Although the store did not have the dress in stock, they still ordered the dress for me. They gave me the cheapest price compared to 3 other bridal stores in the area. I was also given a veil for half price and $100 off preservation.My dress actually fit perfectly and all I needed was a hem. All of my fittings went smoothly. There was always someone there to help me get the dress on and off and help with whatever else I may have needed. The seamstress did a wonderful job. I didnt want a very big bustle, and she was able to give me exactly what I was looking for. Everyone raved about how beautiful my dress was at the wedding!Everyone was always extremely organized. I have worked with almost all of the staff. Hetty, Carla and Andrea were always extremely patient and understanding and really worked with me to get the vision I was looking for. I even had a slight breakdown for ordering the wrong color. They fixed everything, and really made me happy. I thought the prices were beyond reasonable. I had a great experience with Cinderella Bridal. The prices were reasonable and there was a great selection of dresses. Laurie was fantastic and really helped me narrow down my choices and in the end I choose the perfect dress. Everyone complimented me on how great the dress looked. The staff was very responsive. We made an appointment to pick out a veil and they did not have the sample dress (the dress was discontinued and they had sold the sample). They were apologetic and did everything they could to make it right, especially since I was coming from out of state. I think it has more to do with how they run the business, which is very professional, but I did find it helpful for the staff to check with Carla regarding accommodations I needed given that I was coming from out of state. I didn't sense that the staff had the ability on their own to make exceptions or accommodations but every time I asked they checked with Carla and were always able to work something out.The seamstress was great and very reasonable. The bustle did come out twice while I was dancing though I think that had more to do with the amount of dancing I was doing (and in the end made a great photography of my mom holding the train of my dress as we were doing the conga line!).

Cinderella Bridals was pretty cheap, flexible about payment. I paid for 60% up front and paid for the other 40% when I picked it up. Huge selection, beautiful dresses, not a ton of hassle. I would recommend them to anyone, whether or not you are in the NJ area.

Absolutely loved this store! The women who helped me on my first visit was fabulous. I fell in love with a dress and they were wonderful through the entire process. My aunt also got married this year and she used them as well. I would highly recommend them. Resonably priced dresses and WONDERFUL alteration services!

When I first made my appointment with Cinderella Bridals, I wasn't sure about the whole wedding dress trying on process. I had only been to David's Bridal prior to Cinderella, and felt that David's was more of a "mill" than anything. The staff at Cinderella always made me feel important although they were constantly busy with other brides. The first dress I tried on there was the one. They took care of all of my alterations and also provided me with my veil. Everything came out perfectly!

My wedding dress was perfect! It was the first dress that I tryed on, they had such a selection that I had to try more..But I went back to the first one!

The staff really came to my rescue--I needed a dress in less than 2 months. Due to my time crunch, I was worried I would have to settle for something I wasn't in love with. However, the large selection of dresses provided me with so many beautiful options that I had no problem finding the gown of my dreams. The staff went out of their way to make sure the dress would be available for 3 week delivery and my fittings went smoothly. I whole-heartedly recommend this bridal shop to anyone who wants a beautiful dress at a reasonable price from a caring helpful staff.

I loved my wedding dress and Cinderella Bridals was great. They made n error when ordering the bridesmaids dresses but the manager did everything she needed to do to rectify things. I was happy with the service and my dress was beautiful. My mom got her dress there and so did my BM's. Everyone was happy!

I was happy with everything. My only complaint is that they seemed a lot nicer in the beginning. I wasn't a difficult bride to work with so I expected them to be really nice throughout. They were never rude at all but they can step up their game a bit. Also, one of the sales people made an error when she ordered my BM dress and got the wrong length. The manager re-ordered it and she paid for the rush delivery but I was disappointed that the sales person never said "I'm sorry." I think that she should have done that. Overall, everything turned out great. My dress was gorgeous and think I got a good deal. My mom's dress was fab and my BM's looked gorgeous.

Amazing!!!! They were easy to work with even though I couldn’t make up my mind! They understand how important your bridal gown is to you. I also got my bridesmaid dresses there as well as the mother of the bride dress. I felt they were very reasonable priced. I highly recommend the seamstress as well! However I lived about an hour away so it was kind of hard finding time to go, but well worth it!

I didn't go to this bridal salon expecting to look at dresses -- it just sort of happened, while out looking for MOB and FMIL dresses for the wedding. I had been putting off the whole task due to indecision..I did not have an appointment, but was invited to take a look if I so desired. They definitely have a very large selection of gowns and the prices are very reasonable, in comparison with other bridal salons I had visited. I didn't get the dress of my dreams.. but this was not because of the venue. (Family pressure not to wear red! being the culprit).. but I did in fact get a very beautiful dress altered to my specifications. Carla may have brushed a few people the wrong way-- but if you see her from a professional standpoint, she does meet and exceed all points of accomodating people. I just wished she and some of the staff (not all, because there are also some wonderful people working there!) had been a little more friendly at times. I know that they try to keep on an appointment schedule to keep the place from getting overcrowded/overwhelmed, but if your shop is empty and you ignore the opportunity to sell another dress-- then you may need to re-evaluate some of your business practices. But I'm sure they do enough business that it may not matter either way. Overall, if you can get past the fact that some people are not trying to win you over with sweetness and make you their best friend-- this is a VERY professional shop. They have great communication, reasonable prices, and can be accomodating to your needs. The dress I chose came in way to large (ordered 1 size up from where it probably should have been), but I was very upfront about my feelings on this matter and feel that I was treated very fairly when it came to the cost of alterations. I would definitely recommend this Bridal Salon to anyone in NJ that is currently looking for the right place to start their dress search.

Would not recommend this vendor. The service was impersonal after the initial sale. When I ordered my dress in January I was told that my dress would be in 3-4 months and that I would get a call when it was in. In the middle of May I called to see when they thought it would be in and it had been there for two months. They said I was on the list to call. They made me order a size larger dress then I needed and the alterations were then $200.00. My mom got her mother of the bride dress in a different store and they were so much more helpful.

Perfect! I loved everything from the initial appointment until the final fitting. All the women at Cinderella were very patient, helpful and professional. I was very undecided when it came to the color of my BM dresses so they let me and my maid of honor come in one night, sit down with all the color swatches and helped me decide. At the wedding, everybody commented on my dress, it was so different, elegant and fit me perfectly. My sister got married 2 months after me and she also got her dress at Cinderella, as well as a friend of mine who is getting married May 09, I am in the bridal party and am very happy that we are getting our BM dresses there too. I highly recommend this shop to any new bride.

Good prices on the dresses. The woman who helped me with my dress was pretty nice but the other women were rude. One of my bridesmaids got pregnant and when she went to try to make the dress bigger, not only did they not help her but they made her feel bad and told her to drop out of my wedding.

Got dress there...beautiful dress, but when i went for my bustle lesson, there was a piece on my dress that was not finished. Also, when my mom went to go pick up my dress, my veil wasn't pressed.

Great prices on dresses and selections. They actually had all 4 choices of my dresses so i was able to try all of them on back to back which made it easier to make a decision. Heddy the sales girl that helped me so really sweet. They need to be more on top of things because when i was getting fitted i went there which is pretty far from my home and they didn't do what they were supposed to so i had to go back and it was a waste of my time. They also need to make the bridesmaids and mother of the brides feel more special they don't really pay attention to them only the brides. Also, it was hard to get late appts because they only have one late night and they weren't that accommodating to try and get you an appt.

EXCELLENT prices, great service. huge selection

Let me start and say that I absolutely loved my gown- it was incredible and was a very reasonible price (as far as wedding gowns go) I also purchased my bridesmaid gowns from here, which were also beautiful. Unfortunately I will say that I was not pleased with the service that I received there. I was very happy with my alterations and with my choices. However, the sales people there seem a little burnt out, perhaps they've dealt with one too many brides, but that's what they are in business for, so I don't feel that that is a reasonable excuse. The service was very curt for the most part, and they lost my veil three weeks before the wedding (they ordered a new one in time- but they didn't seem particularly concerned about the fact that they had misplaced the first one- and at one point tried to tell me that I must have taken it- even though I hadn't been in since I received the call that it had arrived) The saleswomen we dismissive and pushy when it came to questions or concerns, and my bridemaids felt the same way. All in all- the gown and dresses were perfect- but the service is lacking and when your already stressed thats not the best thing for you.

I actually had a wonderful experience with Cinderella, as did my sister the year before my wedding. I went in with an amount in mind that I could afford for my dress. Sheila helped me try on about 10 dresses. I found "the one" the first day, but wanted to continue looking. They were helpful every step of the way, and even sent me a $100 off coupon which sealed the deal for me. My dress looked amazing, and to this day nobody knows how little I actually spent on it!!!!

Heddy from Cinderella Bridals was a very nice woman who helped me gown shopping. She listened to what style of dress I was interested in and showed me several to try on. Although I found the same kind of dresses in another boutique, I decided to order from Cinderella because I really liked Heddy. She's such a pleasant woman. When my gown came in, she helped me find a veil to match and was very patient when all I wanted to do was keep the dress on and take pictures! My mother especially liked her because she helped us find beautiful pieces that were within our budget.The only stressful part of the experience at the boutique was during the alterations when the seamstress seemed a bit impatient and reluctant to bustle my dress a certain way. I had an appointment with her, but because she seemed flustered with my dress, she told me that I would need to come in another time! Her compromise was to make me wait until she met with all the other appointments after me. In the end, she managed to bustle it the way I wanted (although it took several trips back due to minor mistakes), and on the day of the wedding, the dress looked great. However, throughout the process, she made it quite clear how much my dress bothered her. If it weren't for that experience, I'd rate the boutique's "Professionalism" and "Quality of Service" much higher due to the great service I received from Heddy, but as it is, the two experiences average out.

I felt that Cinderella Bridals were very knowledgeable and patient with me during my process of finding the most perfect dress for my wedding. They listened to what I wanted and did not to try and force a dress on me that I did not want to try on. They took my wishes and dreams and turned them into a reality. Cinderella Bridals made me feel like a princess in all of the days that I went there. They are not a wedding gown factory and they actually take their time with you so you do not feel rushed or like a burden. I was completely satisfied with this company.

Took me forever to find a dress since i didn't want strapless. Found one at Cinderella that was perfect!! The woman assigned to me was Heddy and I loved her. Dress was very affordable, though the alterations were a bit pricey for the little that had to be done for my dress (just a bustle and a tuck of the straps were over $100).My girls got their dresses here too.

The women at Cinderella Bridal was very friendly & helpful. They helped me choose the perfect dress & vail for my wedding day. I have recommended them to several friends and they all loved them. They altered my dress beautifully and kept it in the store until 2 days before the wedding. I know some places do not do that for you. I could have picked it up whenever I wanted but it was much easier to keep it there until I needed it.

I was very excited when I found the perfect dress. Everything was great, got measured, payed and ordered my dress. They told me they had to order me a new dress that wouldnt come in until the week of my wedding. I cant even describe what I was feeling at that point. They called Maggie Sottero and someone had ordered my same dress in the same size so they sent her dress to me and re-ordered her dress since she was getting married at a later date. They did fix everyhting, but were not as understanding as I thought they should have been. In the end my dress looked great
