Reviews for Cinderellies Closet
All I can say is that they have designer dresses for a fraction of the cost! I love this store because they really cater to the bride. You have to make an appointment though because they do get busy. However, if you ever had an idea of what it is like to go dress shopping – go here because it is all that and more!
Bridesmaid dresses were the first part of the wedding I had set. I actually went to Cinderellies to look at wedding dresses and found the perfect bridesmaid dresses. Cinderellies is a small locally owned business in Edmonds. It is absolutely darling and the staff is very professional and excited about what they do. I liked it because it was an alternative to the large chain stores, which I HATE dealing with. The selection of bridesmaid dresses consists of one rack, but they are much better quality and comparable prices to other alternatives. The dress we picked out was actually on sale. The girls had to get their dresses altered elsewhere because they don’t have a person employed at the store that does alterations. This ended up being great because I had girls from all over the country. I would definitely recommend Cinderellies closet for bridesmaid dresses, flower girl attire, and mothers of the bride and groom attire. Cinderellies is a very special place.
Cinderellie's Closet is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, they have nice dresses but they have EXCEPTIONALLY AWFUL customer service. We ordered 7 bridesmaid's dresses there. The girls who were measured at Cinderellie's Closet were surprised with extremely ill-fitting dresses, way too big! Cinderellie's Closet would not alter the dresses for us as they were "too busy." Nearly every retailer will fix their own mistakes. Clearly, they do not know how to measure for the dresses on their shelves. A $200 dress should fit extremely well and if it doesn't (because of the retailer's mistake), it needs to be fixed for free. Not only did the "ladies" say they were "too busy" to fix our dresses, they were incredibly rude. One woman, the owner, was on a personal call on her cell phone while we were waiting patiently for help. Their general attitude was extremely unprofessional. It's too bad, because there are seven bridesmaids in this party who will be getting married. None of us will EVER return to this awful bridal store. No bride should have to stress over the fit of her bridesmaid's dresses - they should have fixed it with a smile and free of charge. Thank goodness for Nordstrom's professional alterations. $300 later, we have dresses that fit.
