The videographer had the wrong time (not sure whose fault it was, may have been either party's) when we called to confirm the week of the wedding. Luckily they were able to accomdate us and arrived before the ceremony, since that was all they would be taping for us. As the bride, I had little interaction with the videographer myself on the day of the wedding, but the video turned out well. I liked that he stayed with the wedding party for a few minutes after we finished walking back down the aisle after the ceremony, showing us hugging and laughing, etc. We waited quite a while after the wedding to ask the videographer about the video. We had to call and e-mail several times before we even got a response. Eventually he posted the video online, which was nice so that we could get a preview. A little more time passed and then we were asked to send pictures for the dvd and the cases, which we did. He said if we sent them right away we could get them the next day, but we had to leave for vacation so we sent them right after we got back. That was on July 9. We did not hear back anything for several weeks, so we e-mailed, waited a day, and called and left a message. We got the DVDs yesterday finally (July 27, wedding date was May 22). They look great and the quality is fine. I am happy to have our ceremony captured, as I hardly remember a thing that was said during the ceremony! All in all, it took forever to get the DVDs, but I was happy with the product itself in the long run.
