They were wonderful. Worked with us, gave us ideas, made adjustments - super accommadating. I LOVED them!

Circle D was the most amazing place to have our fall themed wedding! Kate was beyond spectacular. She kept in contact with us through out whole process, asked questions that helped me not forget important stuff, was soo flexible when it came to decorations and... well was just AMAZING!!! After visiting, meeting Kate and seeing the prices, we set up a tasting with Kate. I brought my fiance, Mother and Mother in law. We were all extremely impressed with the taste, ESPECIALLY for the price. The food was amazing, the service was amazing and the wedding was amazing. Because of the lower prices I was able to invite everyone we wanted without cutting prices. The photos online don't do the ceremony site justice. Do yourself a favor and schedule a visit!

My husband and I got married here on March 26, 2011 and loved very thing about this place! KATE is the GREATEST thing ever and was a big help!

Very Affordable and helped us plan how everything from ceremony upstairs to the reception downstairs would go. They are very flexible with letting us rent out the basement for our wedding but letting us use the upstairs for our ceremony so that when our dj introduced us to our guests we would come in from where the elevator was! Let us us a lot of decorations that they already had! Very wonderful people here!

From beginning to end, Kate and the staff at Circle D were amazing. We planned our wedding in 2 months, and many venues told us that they couldn't help us, or were going to charge us a lot of money. Kate was an answer to prayer. There was availability, and we were able to have the beautiful morning wedding that we wanted. There was an evening wedding already booked, so we had our reception in the farm's lounge, which is smaller than their beautiful banquet hall, but perfect for the smaller, cozy wedding that we wanted, and REALLY inexspensive). Also, we couldn't use the regular outdoor ceremony space due to the needs of the evening wedding, but Kate said that we could pick any spot on the farm. And actually, the spot we picked, overlooking a clearing, suited us better than the original spot! Kate was flexible with what we wanted, and again, the prices were amazing (2 words: Breakfast reception. Cheaper and yummy, and everyone likes breakfast!!). She became a good friend that we had just met, and she never ran from our many phone calls and texts. She was always patient and understanding and accommodating. And the wedding itself was beautiful. The Circle D is a gorgeous farm, and our outdoor ceremony was STUNNING. I can't stop staring at the pictures. I would recommend the Circle D to anyone. Great value, wonderful service, gorgeous place.

They walked us through everything we needed to do (prompting when necessary) and definitely went above and beyond what was required. The site was gorgeous (especially the outside ceremony) and Kate was with us every step of the way.

Kate Dowd was awesome! She was so nice and she was there for us every step of the way. She gave me a wonderful list of vendors and she gave her opinion all the way through. They are all very professional and very nice people. The reception area is beautiful along with the outdoor ceremony.

Kate is GREAT! She worked with us closely giving very helpful suggestions and always quickly answered any questions we had. She provides albums to look at of past weddings for ideas, she has lists of other vendors (DJ, Florist) if you need them. They also have decorations you can use that people have left behind. She is so helpful and easy going. Whatever you want, she is willing to work with you so you can have the wedding of your dreams. The ceremony site is gorgeous, it is in a secluded outdoor area that you get to by using a walking bridge. You can choose to overlook the field at the arbor, or have the ceremony facing the gazebo. Beautiful. They have an elegant banquet room (which we used) or a lounge in the lower level. The banquet room has access to both an elevator and stairs. The food was amazing. During the tasting we even got to meet the chef who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He uses local meat when available and they grow their own herbs, etc at Circle D to use in the dishes. The entire staff was very friendly. You're allowed 3 hours the day before to decorate and an hour and half for rehearsal which was wonderful. Kate was very helpful the whole way through. The only downside was that it was rainy on our wedding day so we had to decide last minute if we would have the ceremony inside or outside. But the rain cleared so we had the ceremony outside... however because of the last minute decision... the chairs for the outside ceremony were not set up... so all of our guests had to stand. It made the ceremony site less elegant and nowhere for our mothers to sit to be distinguished. I was disappointed that chairs were not set up for our guests. But other than that it was a great wedding and we had a great time.

I only ever worked with Kate Dowd at Circle D Farm. She was wonderful. She was very patient and helpful through the whole wedding process. She was willing to meet with me several times in order to get all the details figured out. She was willing to give her opinion when I asked for it. She provided a list of other vendors as I needed them. They have several decorations that have been left behind by other brides that they recycle and let you use if you would like them. Her and her staff helped set things up for both our ceremony and reception, but all decorating had to be completed by us. The food was just ok, nothing that special about it, but she personally served my husband and I. The one thing I didn't like was after the wedding was over the staff wanted to clean up as fast as possible to get home. We had everything in plastic tubs and were very organized when we came in. They literally put all of our things on carts and took it down stairs to the service entrance where it was dark and hard to go through things, making it very difficult to pack the cars back the way they were. The price and the beautiful location plus Kate's help far outweigh the few negative aspects.

Circle D Farm was the perfect choice for us. It was elegant and laid back all at the same time. We had the freedom to decorate how we wanted and the peace of mind to know we were taken care of!

Circle D farm was a beautiful venue that offered everything that I wanted. It is located about 10 minutes away from my house making it the perfect country setting yet also convenient for most of my family. There is an outside grove for the ceremony and an inside banquet hall for the reception. Even though the weather was nice outside for my evening wedding, I liked having the reception inside because there was more flexibility in the case of rain. However the banquet room did have a balcony allowing guests to get fresh air if they wanted. The room is very plain with high ceilings and can be decorated however you wanted. I chose to keep the decorations simple due to budget limitations and my focus on the tables instead. It turned out great! The room is very large and could accommodate my 180+ guests comfortably. The event coordinator at Circle D, Kate Dowd, is so friendly and easy to work with. She really wants you to have the wedding of your dreams and do whatever you want. There are some rules that you have to follow but she was incredibly accommodating and has had lots of experience with weddings. She even showed us pictures from other weddings to get decorating ideas. She was easily available if I ever had questions and I could often go over to Circle D if I needed. The only downside to this venue is that Circle D must provide the catering which can be pretty expensive. However, even then Kate was willing to work with our budget to find out which menu worked best. Circle D took a lot of stress off of me to do any set up and take down other than decorations so I really could just enjoy the day!

They were really wonderful - very professional, timely, did what they said they would do and provided what they said they would provide. No nickel and dimeing, no surprises. Beautiful outdoor venue too!

Circle D Farm is on a farm and lots of acres. They will also do your ceremony. It is a beautiful place out in the country. You have the ceremony outside on the farm with ethier a arch or a gazebo. Also, incase it rains they will make a backup ceremony inside, and that looks great. The reception is upstairs and it a large beautiful room. Can hold up to 250 guests. And you can choose between tons of colors. The set up is beautiful. They will work with you and do payment plans. This is the place My fiance and I just booked. I loved it!
