City Lites Limousine

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ON THE DAY OF MY WEDDING, THE ROLLS ROYCE WE CONTRACTED BROKE DOWN AND I WAS DELAYED BY MORE THAN 30 MINUTES. I BASICALLY HAD TO HITCH A RIDE BY MYSELF. THE COMPANY SENT A VERY UGLY CHEVY AS A REPLACEMENT. AFTER THE WEDDING, I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD GIVE ME $200. THE TOTAL COST FOR THE ROLLS ROYCE RENTAL WAS $699. SHARON SPANGLER, THE OWNER, TOLD ME IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS THAT SHE DID NOT OWE ME ANYTHING DESPITE THE FACT THE CAR I PAID FOR DID NOT ACTUALLY TAKE ME ANYWHERE. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. YOU MAY CONTACT ME FOR VERIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION.

The team at City Lites Limousines was great to deal with. They have a fantastic fleet of cars ranging from classic cars (Rolls Royces & a '57 Chevy Limo) to modern limousines (Lincoln). The team was very attentive to the bridal parties' needs and very helpful to the bride with her dress. A complimentary "champagne" toast awaited the bride and groom after their marriage ceremony for them to enjoy on their way to their reception. The classic cars made for a fantastic backdrop in the pictures. We would definitely use their services again.

We were very pleased with City Lites. We have used them in the past and will use them again. Our driver made a few tasteful jokes to keep the nerves down. He got me to the church on time!

We found City Lights Limousine in the yellow pages after unsuccessfully searching the Baltimore area for a classic car for our wedding transportation. Most limo vendors offer the standard stretch limos and more modern vehicles, but we knew we wanted to go in a different direction.City Lights was conveniently located in Baltimore County, and they were flexible while meeting me on the weekend as an out of state bride. They have a huge fleet of cars both old and new, and they let us go through the garage and look at their entire fleet. We decided to book a white princess rolls royce to take the the bridal party to the church, which held 5 people at a time, then my husband and I booked the smaller Bentley to take us from the reception back to our hotel. Our driver was on time, friendly and professional, and our cars were a big hit and ended up in lots of guests' personal photographs

On our wedding day we wanted to arrive in style and also enjoy the ride along the way, so we chose a vintage car from City Lites Limousine. We had seen their cars listed on other websites, but learned that it is more cost-effective to book directly with them because they are the actual owners of the cars. It was still a bit of a splurge, but it was worth it! Setting up the arrangements was easy. We did have a bit of a miscommunication about the wedding day contact info, when we got home after the wedding we had a message from the driver saying he was at the hotel, but that was not big deal as we could see him waiting for us through our hotel window. The driver arrived at the hotel early and waited for us to be ready, and we departed the hotel right on time, helping make the day-of a stress-free experience. We had booked the 1952 Bentley, but ended up with the 1935 Rolls. The contract does say they can substitute cars, but we would have appreciated a heads-up about the change. However that was a minor thing, because ultimately it worked out SO much better than we could have planned! The Rolls was lovely, and it made for some really great photos. We had noticed that the car was a convertible, but it didn't occur to us to ask to put the top down. Thank goodness the driver was thinking about these things for us! Before we left the church he put the top down and set us up with the bridal bouquet for some really unique photos. Those are some of our favorite pictures from the day! We were also so grateful for the cool drink the driver gave us as we drove away, by that point we had been running around without a break for a few hours so it was a very welcome refreshment. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and a great way to make the day more special.

We used them for both my wedding and bach party. Wonderful service. Will definitely use again.

Overall we were very pleased with City Lites. They are the only limo services with a 57 limo. We used them for our son's prom and when it came time for my daughter's wedding they wanted the same limo. For both events they were a pleasure to deal with and the cost was comparable to other vendors. The driver was very nice, however, I found out after the fact that he had approached the photographer and asked that he hurry the picture taking at the church so he could get our kids to their reception because he had another event to do. The photographer was well within his time frame for pictures, but some shots were missed because he felt he had to hurry. The kids made it to the reception well within the rental time frame so there was no reason to hurry. This type of request should have been presented to my husband or I not the photographer. Other than that I would highly recommend City Lites for your event.

I spoke with Sharon regarding all details of my wedding and she was great! We had the nicest, most gracious driver who helped me in and out of the limo while in my dress! He was great!! I made at least 10 phone calls to limo companies and City Lites was the lowest price I found, with the nicest staff I could have asked for!!

We booked the 1952 Bentley to arrive at the reception.It was such a wonderful car it had a perfect interior and was great to take photos with.City Lites made all this easy for us and gave us all the information we needed over the phone and kept in touch to double check.It was great working with City Lites.

they also were great! he met us at the door with umbrella's, helped us all into the limo, red carpets, just married signs, water, drinks. it was very nice

Though we got a different car than what my husband asked for, we were very pleased with our decision to go with City Lites Limosine! They were on time and our driver was wonderful.

It was very easy to book the limo and old fashion princess rolls. The chauffers were very sweet and helpful and happy on the day. They made me feel at ease even though I was a little nervous. And they were very patient and did their job very well. The cost was very good compared to other companies. I would definitely use them again.

They were great to work with. They were very flexible with the time changes I had to make. The limo driver was great! I would definitely recommend them!

We used the traditional stretch white limo and the 1960's Princess Rolls Royce from City Lites. Both were very nice, but the Rolls Royce was my favorite. My husband and I took the Rolls Royce from the church to the reception. It was very classy, unique, elegant and fun. Our favorite picture from the wedding is the two of us in front of the Rolls.

We had the Bentley pick us up from our reception and bring us to the hotel. It was as beautiful in person as it was online. The dads in the crowd especially loved it. Our driver was friendly and on time!

Ask for jim to be your driver! He is wonderful. The had good service and had the best price in town.

The 1957 Chevy was definitely a hit. Classic and elegant!

We used the Princess Rolls Royce to take myself and my father to the church, and then my new husband and I to the reception... and back to the hotel after the reception. The car was beautiful, immaculately clean, stocked with water and champagne and very comfortable. Tom was our driver and he was very courteous, even holding my flowers for me while my Maid of Honor helped me into the car. Overall, it was a GREAT experience and one of the flawless vendors I used that day.

I won a gift certificate at a bridal show for a town car to take us home from our reception site. The car never showed and when I called the person said they called the Wednesday before my wedding to confirm. I was not in the office on the Wednesday before and there was NO message there when I returned like they said. I was so disappointed and when I called they were not very accomodating. DO NOT give away a gift certificate if you do not plan on following through.

Booking the limo was easy, I could look up most of the information on their website. Our driver Pete was awesome. He helped me in and out of the limo in my dress. He was on time and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to other brides.

The Driver was wonderful. We had a beautiful 1952 Bentley that took my mom and I to the wedding site and my Husband and I back to the hotel. He was on time, friendly and efficient. He even took my groom's bad temper (directed at the other limo service) in stride tried to help in everyway he could.

We rented three stretch limos and 2 classic cars for our wedding day. Eveything went very smoothly.

RUINED my wedding day. Do NOT ever use them. They were extremely late and got lost. Made everything run terribly. Rude and obnoxous owners - check Better Business Bureau for complaints too!
