My husband and I did not hire a wedding planner except for the "day of" responsibilities so it was very helpful to have Charity as our site coordinator. She was always happy to answer big or small questions quickly and accurately. She also coordinated with our caterer and bar service to ensure everything went smoothly. We held our ceremony and reception there and everything went perfectly, plus there is a large room included in the price of the rental that was perfect for my bridesmaids and I to get ready in. It was attached to a private ladies room and had plenty of storage, seating, and mirrors and we were able to decorate it as well, so it made a beautiful backdrop for photos of the girls and I getting ready. I know many girls who have recently had weddings around the metro area and I believe I had the best experience with my venue by far.

I loved working with Charity! She really helped us with decisions about what would look best but by no means told us what to do. We were able to decorate the hall the day before. I researched every possible reception venue in the Oklahoma City area and nothing can beat the price and flexibility of the Hall of Mirrors.

- Ok, you may be wondering why there are 2 scores. It's because the first person that was coordinating our reception was impossible to get a hold of, dishonest about how much was left on our balance, and never e-mailed me back unless she wanted more money. She also quit her job and NEVER CALLED US to let us know.
It wasn't until I called about a month before our wedding asking when I was supposed to turn in our "floor plan" that I found out she wasn't working there anymore.
So we got reassigned to Charity, who was AWESOME and so very helpful. In the end, everything went perfectly and Charity handled everything very professionally.

The Meinders Hall of Mirrors is Oklahoma City's most elegant setting for any special occasion or gathering.
The Hall retains its original art deco design, offering 4,800 square feet of banquet, dance, or reception space complete with a stage and prep kitchen.
Massive mirrors and immense windows frame this elegant ballroom providing a stunning view of downtown Oklahoma City and the re-designed Bicentennial Park.
No other ballroom can match the historic Hall of Mirrors!

Catering: Open
Rental rates: $2,250 ($2,150 for non-profit organizations). The rental rate includes room rental, tables, chairs and set up/clean up fees. Use our equipment and expertise for your event's layout, while saving
time and money!
Linens are not included in the rental, but we are happy to provide for you a list of vendors who work with us regularly.
Security is required during most events. The cost is a minimum of $120.
If you would like an extra day to rehearse, the fee is $450. If you would like a set up change during your event, the fee is $150.
Restrictions: No open flame candles - candles are allowed if they are in a container with the flame below the top of the container.
