CJ's Off the Square

Having my wedding at CJs Off the Square was a wonderful experience. I didn't want a large, traditional wedding and they worked around my needs. They were extremely accomodating and very professional. The venue was beautiful (inside and out) and had a lot of places to take great photos. They even prepared a back-up plan in case it rained since our ceremony was outside. My wedding day was perfect because of them.

I would recommend CJ's to anyone getting married.

I honestly do not know where to begin on how perfect our wedding at CJ's Off The Square was! I had a vision of how everything would look, but it far exceeded anything I had imagined. Amy was absolutely wonderful through the entire planning process! The invitations were amazing...Thank you CJ!

I cannot say enough good things about CJ’s Off the Square. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff is extremely professional, creative, and accommodating. I have very high expectations, and I was absolutely thrilled to work with this team. From the outset, I knew I was in very capable hands. My planner, Amy Parman, was highly responsive to all my questions, calls, and emails. She understood from the beginning what style we wanted for our event. She came up with some really incredible ideas for us that made or wedding day extra special, and she was a pleasure to work with. I have received so many compliments on my wedding, including the sentiment that it looked like a “hollywood wedding” and that it was the best wedding the guests had ever attended. I have even received emails from guests thanking me for inviting them because it was that incredible of a night for them. The preferred vendors at CJ’s are also best in class. We selected the premium package, so we went with their vendors for everything, and we were very pleased. I made it clear on the front end that the food was highly important, since we are both “foodies”. Amy understood this and acted as a great liaison b/t us and A Catered Affair. My husband and I have done a lot of traveling, and we have eaten at some of the best restaurants in the country, and I must say that A Catered Affair did an incredible job with our food. Thanks to CJ’s Off the Square and all of its vendors for giving us an elegant garden wedding to remember.

One word to describe Cj's…AMAZING! We could not have ask for a better wedding! Of course if you are reading this as a bride to be, you have probably been on every site there is, getting ideas and thinking of all the things you want. Well the problem is, you need someone to bring those ideas to life AND hopefully go miles beyond them! That's where CJ's came in for me. They most definitely went far and beyond any expectations I already had! Amy and Cj are so sweet and Lord knows they are patient! haha. With all my email's of questions and being indecisive, they were nothing but understanding and so helpful! I can't say enough good things! The ceremony and reception venue was so so perfect…absolutely beautiful. The most incredible day of my life :) I highly recommend Cj's Off the Square!!

I was married around Christmas and the place looked so beautiful that I did not even add decorations. I had my ceremony indoors and the reception indoors also and it was perfect because I had a small wedding. Amy is the event planner there and she was beyond amazing. I arrived later than I expected so I was very stressed and flustered and she jumped into action to make everything look perfect and go smoothly. She recommended excellent vendors that my guests are all still raving about. I got to be married in front of the working fireplace in an evening ceremony in a beautiful place that was decorated so elegantly for Christmas. I could not have asked for a better ceremony and reception site or a better event planner. Everything matched my needs perfectly.

CJ's is amazing. I would definitely recommend their services to any bride. The location provides an intimate setting and I recevied so many compliments about the flow and timeline of the evening. Amy was so helpful and easy to work with. She really listened to our vision and made it come to life. I had issues with my florist and my bouquet was made incorrectly, the wrong colors were used for accents in the boutiniere's and bridesmaid bouquets. Amy stepped right in, left for a bit, and returned to completely redo the bouquet for me. I loved it and no one even knew that the flowers went wrong.

CJ is incredible and makes planning the most amazing wedding easy and fun! Our wedding was in October '10 and since the big day all we've heard is how beautiful our venue was. All of our guests had a fabulous time in CJ's fairytale venue. It's quaint, personal and gorgeous!

You also get the most for your money with CJ. She's the best wedding planner our there and crosses all her I's and dots all her T's. If I had to do it all over again, I'd Choose CJ's Off the Square everytime!

Working with CJ's Off the Square was an even better experience than I imagined. I was able to relax and enjoy not only my engagement and the whole planning process, but the wedding day was absolutely perfect! I am still amazed at how calm I was on the day of the wedding, but I knew that Amy was taking care of everything!

CJ's Off the Square was the perfect venue for my daughter's late spring wedding: charming, beautiful, intimate, and they provide one-stop shopping which was perfect for our busy family - yet our wishes and vision came through every step of the way. Everything from the garden setting, the chinese lanterns, string garden lights, candles, Packard get-away-car, buffet, the cake, the bar, dance floor, DJ, location, coordination, was picture perfect - yet not a trace of stuffiness. Everyone commented that this was the best wedding they had attended. Just stunning and full of love.

CJ's off the Square was the perfect choice in our search for a venue for our May 22nd wedding. Between the beautiful gardens, and the gorgeous house with a massive wrap around porch, it was hard to decide where to take all the photos - so we just took them everywhere! I am so thankful for Amy and CJ. They are always on top of their game (even when half of Nashville floods!) and quick to respond to an email or a phone call. I will treasure the memories of everything from the planning to the wedding day and I will definitely look for an excuse in the future to hold another event there! My husband and I looked high and low before we found CJ's and wouldn't have changed it for the world. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about my experience at CJs Off the Square!!! CJ and Amy made sure that every detail was taken care of and beautiful inside and out. They were willing to meet with me around my busy schedule. And from day one, I really appreciated that they had established relationships with so many other vendors, including florists, caterers, lighting specialists, valet, etc. They were able give me great recommendations for everything! CJ and Amy exceeded all my expectations and helped me create the perfect wedding day that really represented our personality and style! My only other recommendation is to book your date early so you don't miss out on an opportunity to have your wedding at CJs!

As out-of-towners and busy law students in our last semester of law school in Knoxville, my new husband and I came to CJ in December needing a ceremony and reception venue in our hometown of Franklin, TN. From the moment that we walked into CJ's Off the Square and met CJ, we knew this was the place for us! CJ was more than accommodating about all of our requests and details. As soon-to-be lawyers and do-it-yourselfers, John and I certainly aren't people who would typically hand over the reigns of such an important day to anyone else--but with CJ, we instantly felt at ease. Throughout the planning process, CJ was responsive, caring and a friend! I'd certainly recommend CJ's Off the Square and Williamson County Events to anyone. You never know how much help you really need until you start receiving it. :)

By the time our wedding came (this past weekend!), everything went off without a hitch. Though we were the first May rain out, the ceremony was easily moved to the tent and everything was lovely. Many of our guests actually told us it was the best wedding they've ever attended, and certainly the best party. My bridesmaids are even raving about how easily everything was handled and about how amazing CJ and the rest of the staff was throughout the evening! I can't imagine a better experience than the one we had and will be eternally grateful for the amazing service, beautiful venue and wonderful day we received.

CJ's Off the Square is truly exceptional. The venue is so quaint and enchanting. It's perfect for an intimate ceremony with family and friends. Their vendors are top-notch. CJ's Off the Square surpassed my expectations. All our guests raved about the event claiming it was the best wedding they'd ever experienced. From the foliage, the lighting, the candles and the food, the coffee bar and the incredible floral designs by Caprice, I had the absolute time of my life. CJ's staff made sure it went off without a hitch.

LOVE CJ's! We can't say enough about our experience! Or family and friends are still talking about how amazing our wedding was. Everything at CJ's off the square was wonderful. The new construction really puts the venue over the top. Amy and CJ made everything relaxed, easy, and most of all fun. We had the wedding of our dreams! Planning was relaxed and easy. Even from hundreds of miles away we knew everything was taken care of. It really seemed like CJ and Amy took the time to get to know us so that they could help us make our dreams come true. They really listened to what we wanted, and made our wedding relaxed and fun and absolutely beautiful. The staff for our reception were wonderful, we continue to get positive comments about everything involved with our wedding at CJ's off the Square. The food was fantastic, and the bar service was wonderful. Everything ran very smoothly. All of our guests loved everything about our wedding. Though it was very hot, and there was an ammount of extra noise in the neighborhood due to the holiday, we have not gotten any negative feedback about our day. Amy and CJ really made everything easy for us. We would highly recomend CJ's Off the Square to everyone we know. The staff is a pleasure to work with, the value for cost is fantastic, and we can not imagine a better small venue for any type of event.

CJ's was the perfect place for our small, intimate wedding. Everything was so perfect! Amy was an amazing coordinator! I absolutly loved my inviations I found at CJ's. They were able to work with me as we decided what we would need. I did not feel pressured to get something I did not need or go over my budget. The invitations came in a timely manner which was good as I planned my wedding in only 6 months. All in all I was very pleased with the service I recieved.

We had the most wonderful day!

CJ's was a life saver for us because my daughters wedding had to be relocated after the flood in Nashville in the spring of 2010. Everyone was so great in working with us and making the wedding reception so beautiful. The staff was great - so easy to work with! The facility was lovely - everything flows so easily. Everyone was having so much fun that no one wanted to leave. It was a great night!! It will always be a beautiful memory!

CJ's Off the Square is a beautiful venue!! The gardens offer a intimate feel to your wedding, while the pavilion is perfect for either a casuel or formal reception. The staff is wonderful to work with. They are always professional, and take great care of their clients.

These guys are fantastic to work with and bend over backwards to make certain their events run smoothly. When I arrived to DJ a recent event, the florist had apparently completely botched the order. The bride was, understandably, distraught. Instead of just "doing their job", these guys went to a local flower shop, bought flowers, and created the arrangements themselves. In my book, that is "above and beyond the call" and proves how devoted they are to their clients.

During the rest of the evening, I couldn't help but notice how smoothly everything was run and they were great about communicating with me, allowing me to do my job with ease. I whole-heartedly would recommend CJ's to anyone who is planning an event. They are...

CJ's is by far the most professional Wedding Venue in all of Franklin and Nashville TN. The venue (as a Photographer) lends itself to great pictures every where! The staff effortlessly guides the Bride and Groom through the whole day. The vendors that they use are some of the best in the industry.
