My cake was by far the best wedding cake I've ever seen. She did an amazing sketch after we met. She also helped us keep our costs down by doing a separate but matching sheet cake. AND it was so delicious we only waited a month to eat the top instead of a year...yummy yummy!

I just ordered a cake from them for the Super Bowl because I've been waiting for an opportunity to have order a cake from them again. The cake was DELICIOUS and absolutely BEAUTIFUL. They were so easy to work with and I've received so many compliments on how wonderful the cake was. I highly recommend their services!

I kept on being told how great looking my cake was and how great it tasted. I asked everyone if it was the best wedding cake they had ever tried and everyone said yes. The frosting is unlike anything else and it was fantastic. I am so glad that i went with them!

This company did a great job with our wedding cake. I went into the cake tasting not sure exactly what to expect - but we were able to try as many flavors as we wanted as well as build our own cake with styrofoam layers so we were able to see what it would look like. It was definitely worth the price that we paid. People are still talking about how good the cake is - literally. I ask them which layer and flavor they had, they respond that they had them all! And loved them all! I can't wait to eat the top layer on our first anniversary. Definitely loved the raspberry sour cream cake!

Beyond amazing.. which is why after many years of purchasing cakes, I decided to use them for my wedding! I love them. Although I had been a longtime customer, they still spent a great deal of time in our consultation to make sure I received what I was looking for. I had several ideas in mind and we worked through each to find the perfect piece of art/cake!We loved it and couldn't have been more grateful for their artistry and service. It was delivered on time and in perfect condition.

Our cake turned out beautifully and, more importantly, tasted great! Our guests raved about it (the almond pound cake with fudge truffle filling was an especially big hit). Classic Cakes was great to work with and I would highly recommend them to any bride.

My best friend and my coordinator recommended I go to Classic Cakes for my wedding cake, and I am so glad I did.They were so fun, flexible, and easy to work with. They discussed multiple options for our number of guests to meet our budget, and the end product actually came in under budget for us, so that was wonderful to save money.I had found my dream wedding cake design in a magazine, and I ripped it out and handed the photo to them. The copied it precisely, and the finished product was just as beautiful as in the magazine!They let us try many, many samples of flavors when we were deciding. All were delicious. I must say that the finished product was even more delicious than the samples. My only regret is that as the bride, I was only able to have a few bites of the cake because I was so busy at the reception!

I worked with classic cakes for my wedding cake. We had a wonderful experience with them. they were very responsive to my needs/desires for my cake. It was the one part of my wedding day that I can say was absolutely perfect!! My cake was gorgeous... stunning! And I'm so happy I went with Classic Cakes!

We didn't consider any other cake vendors besides Classic Cakes and we didn't need to! Kathleen was great to work with and helped me design my own cake from a combination of two designs they regularly do and gave great guidance about how big the tiers should be and the division of the flavors. The cake turned out gorgeous. The buttercream was SO smooth, it looked like fondant, and it all tasted fantastic--even better than at our original tasting!

We loved our cake! Before hiring them, we heard from many people that they were simply the best cake around. We agreed and hired them. We had four flavors of cake, and they helped us find a creative way to stay within our budget. It was awesome!

Classic Cakes in Carmel did an amazing job on our cake! :) We received numerous compliments on how gorgeous our cake was and how delicious it was. The ladies at Classic Cakes were extremely helpful in making sure all decisions were made. They went directly to the venue to discuss drop off time so they didn't have to bother the bride the week of the wedding. We couldn't have been happier with our choice in design, flavors, or bakery!

Our wedding cake turned out great! We weren't quite sure what we wanted when we went in there, but the staff sat down and walked us through many different options. The best part was tasting all of their delicious flavors....the almond pound cake with the truffle filling was our favorite! We got a lot of cake for our money and the guests raved about it.

I was very exact on what I wanted for our wedding cake. Though in my head I knew what I wanted it to look like I needed to and make another decision on what I wanted for my layers. Classic Cakes makes it easy. We made an appointment to sample the cake. They give samples of the cake and there are several decisions on what to choose. The day of my cake was delicious and moist. I had three layers of the cake and all of them were delicious. They did not disappoint.

I heard so many compliments that this was the best cake my guests have ever eatten. Raspberry Sour Cream...mmm!

Classic Cakes did our wedding cake and our Groom's cake. They were both perfect! The wedding cake looked like a stack of ivory wedding presents with ivory satin bows. The Groom's cake was a Wrigley Field cake and it was incredible.

Classic Cakes is an AMAZING cake bakery. Their cakes are so beautiful and are so diverse. The flavors they have are to die for! We had absolutely no problems with them at all. The cake was there exactly when it should have been and as beautiful as the model.

Classic Cakes!! Is there anyone else!?! Our cake was gorgeous!!! And it also tasted soo good. I recommend the raspberry sour cream (although so many of the flavors are good!) They came to our reception and set it up, so there were no worries for me. I would definitely recommend them again!

The cake was something I could check off early and not even worry about because they did a great job. It was so stress free and yummy! It looked beautiful!

The groom is a percussionist (not his Day Job, but very talented). With help from pictures online, my daughter designed a drumset cake(like you see on Ace of Cakes on the Food Channel). It was executed fabulously by Classic Cakes. It was a surprise for the groom and everyone else and they were all pretty amazed.The cake at this bakery is unbelievable delicious.My only negative comment is that the pieces were really tiny.

We were thrilled with our cake! I had a very specific design in mind and it turned out EXACTLY like we wanted. The taste was absolutely amazing. We tried a tasting with another cake maker who works out of her home who only offered one sample flavor so we were ecstatic to be able to taste 12 flavors at our tasting! We chose the chocolate chip, raspberry sour cream, chocolate fudge, and pumpkin.

Classic Cakes is one of the best in the city. The cake was absolutely yummy. I wanted many different flavors and fillings and that was not a problem. They also suggested a seperate cake to keep the costs down since we had so many people attending.

Classic cakes are absolutely beautiful. I would swear they can create anything! Not to mention, they are the best tasting cakes I have ever had (and Im not even a fan of cake) I would 100% recommend them for weddings, as well as for any special event.

Our wedding cake was amazing! It tasted good and was gorgeous. We got so many complements on how the cake looked and even more after everyone tasted it. I liked working with the planners, who combined both my and my husband's ideas.The only reason I gave less of a star on the Quality of Service was because we had an antique cake topper that I had taken in to the initial appointment when I booked them and was really concerned with how the bride and groom (they were antique china cake toppers of a bride and groom) would stay on the cake because they were delicate. They assured us they would be able to do something and also reassured my husband of that when he came back in a few weeks before the wedding.The day of the wedding (actually right before the wedding started) the bride and groom fell off the wedding cake in separate directions, banging up the frosting on their way down. Luckily, my quick thinking wedding planner cascaded flowers down the side, covering up the dings with flowers and no one noticed. If anything it was a sentimental thing because the cake toppers were my grandparents' who had passed away, so they were really important to me. But luckily, the photographer did get pictures of the cake toppers and when they fell off they didn't break.

Amazing cakes. I actually had two of them, one for the wedding (lemon orange almond) and one for a reception at work (chocolate chip caramel.) Beautiful work done by Tena B.

My husbands mother ordered our rehearsal dinner cake and grooms cake from here. The rehearsal cake was an orange/lemon flavor with a picture of us on top. That cake was very yummy. The grooms cake was a marble pound cake carved and iced to look just like my husbands Jeep Rubicon. That cake was even better than the rehearsal cake. I did not personally deal with the Classic Cake, but my mother in law said they were very professional and helpful. We would definitely use them again. The only concern was that they were a little pricey.

The cake was very classy and elegant just as I wanted it to be. There were 6 different flavors and it was very delicious. would highly recommend them to anyone getting married in Indianapolis or surrounding regions.

Our cake was amazing! It was soooooo good. They had so many options and flavors. We loved it. All of our guests raved and asked for extra to take home. It was really good.The delivery team forgot to put our cake topper one, though. No one noticed until I asked that it be put on the top of the cake. We have a lot of pictures without the topper on the cake which is annoying and ugly since Classic Cakes made a special white rectangle for the topper to sit on.

A great experience. The wedding cake was beautiful, the grooms cake was great and he loved it. It's a good thing I wasn't relying on great tasting cake though. Just didn't have that "oooh, now that's wedding cake!" taste to it. Actually, not very flavorful at all. Looking back...definitely overpriced for cake. I may be cheap though, so who knows. BUT they have it figured out in the decorating department. So if you want your cake to LOOK great, definitely, this is the place to go. If you're going for flavor and value...might try costco.

Classic Cakes allowed me to design my own wedding cake and were extremely flexible in working with my ideas. They have many different flavors of cake that are all delicious. I am planning on ordering a mini cake from here for our upcoming anniversary because it is that fabulous! Definitely a little pricey, but our wedding cake was perfect, so it was worth it.

The women assisting us with creating our cake were wonderful. They took our ideas and made the cake into an absolutely beautiful piece of work.

We decided that we wanted cupcakes instead of the traditional wedding cake. Classic Cakes was very flexible and worked with our requests. The only problem we had was when we were given several different quotes for prices when we talked to two different employees.

Our original consultation went horribly. We had an appointment, yet no one was willing to sit down with us. We were given several flavors to sample, but the lady "helping" us was very rude.We decided to work only because their work is AMAZING and they are known to be THE wedding cake bakers in the state. Had they been anyone else, we would have been out the door.The cake was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The rapsberry layer was moist and wonderful, but the chocolate was a little dry. For the insane prices paid at this place, it really should be perfect. It was still good though.The quality is amazing..but the prices are insane.

My cake was done awesome. They gave us a discount just because we knew people that knew them. The cake testing if very fun ... but the Raspberry Sour Cream cake was THE BEST ... gotta try it.

Cake tasted fantastic but it's a 'factory' type atmosphere....you're one of many and you won't feel special. That being said, they definitely came through for us.

The cakes are very expensive. My mother was insistent upon using them, otherwise I would never personally pay that much for cake. It was a beautiful cake and tasted good, but I have other equally good cakes that were more affordable.
