Classic Party Rentals Culver City

We used Classic Party Rentals so my husband and I would have chiavari chairs. It was great to be able to rent just TWO chairs. They were very easy to work with and didn't charge us when we were late returning.

We were very excited to work with Classic Party Rentals, since we thought, they were a well-known reputable company for events.... what a disappointment it was to see what they actually were really about. Hands down, this place had the worst customer service you could imagine--Anna Cano, was our sales rep...she was horrible!!! We met with her at our venue in late July and it is now late September and we finally received a working estimate from her!!! She never picks up your phone calls/returns messages/replies to emails. I finally got fedup and called her assistant with my complaint that she has been MIA for a month, in 10 min I got a call from Anna herself, no apologies. Since then, it was been another 3 weeks, and I just now heard from her ASSISTANT w/ a "per Anna" remark about my proposal. LOL!! Again, the worst customer service you could possibly have. Not worth the money (by far not the cheapest anything) and not worth the time and frustration-there are lots of other vendors who do rentals way more worthy of your time and money than these people.

I had a wonderful experience working with Trish Hook from CPR. She was very responsive, nice and helpful when I was left with only 4 months of planning time before the wedding. They tried to work within my budget and gave me a discount on certain items. We rented 8 chandeliers that were around our budget ($85 each), but didn't look that great and were old. A week before the wedding, Trish tells me that they just got in some brand new chandeliers and will use them for our event at no additional cost. I didn't get to see them until the wedding day and everyone was blown away by how beautiful they were! Trish was on site that morning until they were finished and made sure everything was set up correctly. CPR is reliable, experienced, and competitively priced.

We are using Classic for all of our rentals. Our wedding is being held at my aunt's house in Laguna Beach, so everything needs to be rented. So far, so good... They aren't the cheapest rental company around, however they do have a really good selection.

I had the HARDEST time getting a hold of the guy in charge of my account. After 2 weeks of no responses to my emails and phone calls, I went to his office and he took care of all the changes I needed. On the day of the event everything worked out fine, though.

We rented our silverware, china, linens, glasses and tents from them. Their service and products were great. They arrived on time for set up and for pick up the next day.

This is a pro company all the way! Their selection of rental items is enormous...they have everything! And their service is great. Delivery was made on time and without anything missing!

Their goods were extremely high quality. I would definately recommend them to everyone!

even though they are a large company with several locations don't be scared away. we rented our napkins and wine glasses from them and they beat the quote i had from bbj linens. don't be shy to ask they to cut deals. in culver city i'd suggest working with reggie. he was great.

Classic was perfect from start to finish, meeting us at the venue to determine our exact needs and making suggestions to improve our plans. The staff was friendly and responsive and didn't react badly to even my silliest needs...

They have EVERYTHING ! Truly a one stop shop... great vendor!
