Clos LaChance Winery

A gorgeous place to get married if you have spare money. Breath taking views. Perfect outdoor ceremony site. They have an outdoor area/stone patio that looks over your ceremony site as well as a larger indoor area. You will need to use several of Clo LaChance's preferred vendors in order to have your wedding here.

I got married at CLC in October of 2008. I don't have a bad thing to say about the place. Everything was perfect. I used the services of their in house wedding planner, Michele Swensen, who made our planning process so much easier and our wedding day very relaxed. You do not have to use their preferred vendors if you chose not to.

Incomparable/breathtaking views and facility. Loved that it's private and has a Provencial/garden wedding feel. It's a little more pricey than some. I am torn about reviewing it positively or negatively overall because in some ways they went above and beyond for us but in other ways I was disappointed on the wedding day because they didn't follow through on some things. I regret going with Michele Swensen as my private coordinator (although she was a third the cost of other coordinators but now I realize maybe you get what you pay for) because she also works for Clos LaChance and I felt that she was more invested in the site then my wedding party on the day of. Kristin, the owners daughter, did not give myself or my husband the warm and fuzzy, inviting feeling we craved.

The view here is beyond spectacular! If the actual place where your wedding takes place is high on your list, you can find no better! The staff was beyond courteous, making sure that on the day I had to worry about nothing, although I did not have a Coordinator. The wine is fairly good, nothing to blow your socks off, but all above average. Look to pay a lot here, but you definitely get your money's worth: people will come away saying how fantastic your wedding was for years to come. Word of caution, you must use their caterer and the food is not cheap (in money or in quality).

What a beautiful hidden gem there is in Clos La Chance. It is a family owned winery. They make you feel at home.

Clos LaChance winery is a magical place. It has the most romantic views, wonderful wine, and great staff. If you want a wedding that will stand out above the rest, I recommend Clos LaChance Winery.
