Andrea was great all the way up until a few days before the wedding. I believe for the money I paid, that the week of my wedding she should be there and do whatever I need, however that was not the case. Unfortunately, I also had to hear many complaints the day of the wedding on how she wasn't very nice to my bridesmaids/guests.

Without Cloud Nine Events my dream wedding would have never come to fruition. Andrea was always willing to talk with me and calm my concerns at any time of day! I never felt judged or silly for the crazy ideas I came up with. Andrea has plenty of experience to know what will work and what won't, but is more than willing to "try" just about anything! She and the team made sure my wedding day was seamless... If I had it to do all over again, I would be sure Cloud Nine Events was the first place I called!
just remember - Cloud Nine uses a Mac computer and therefore does not "see" attachments. The file just shows up in the email... this caused a little confusion because I'm an Excel nerd...

I first found out about Andrea becuase of the draping she does on the ceilings of receptions. Once I met her and found out that she did decor and planning, I had to have her. She did a FANTASTIC job and every single thing I wanted, she made come true, down to going to Krispy Kreme to get hot and now doughnuts on the 4th of July through all of the check points at 10 at night. She did a fantastic job on my wedding and I have recommended her to all of my friends that are getting married as well. I couldn't be happier with how my wedding and reception turned out. When I first walked into the reception room for the first time prior to the wedding, it literally took my breath away! I was so excited!

Andrea took on the responsibility of being our day of coordinator after our previous coordinator quit out of the blue informing us that she had “other events” scheduled for the day in question and would no longer be able to do our wedding. Andrea was worth every single penny we paid for her services and then some. She really made the wedding effortless for me, I didn’t have to worry about a thing, and she really provided extra services that I didn’t count on, from coordinating everything to providing a wedding “book” for all of the vendors and us to ensure that everyone was on the same page.

Andrea of Cloud Nine Events more than exceeded our expectations. She stepped in at the last minute when our previous day-of coordinator decided she could not do our wedding at the last minute. After our first meeting, both my husband and I felt like she was someone on whom we could rely. She stayed in contact with us over the phone and email. I knew I could call her at any time for advice or just to vent--she listened, counseled, held our hands throughout the entire process and kept track of all of our vendors with ease. She made sure that our vendors lived up to their contracts and even after the wedding day she is still working to make sure that our video and photography is delivered in a timely manner.
Another of vendors refused to perform the service for which we hired her to do, so Andrea simply stepped in and performed the service herself!
I really wish we had hired Andrea from the beginning to handle selecting the vendors for us--but despite the few problems we had with some of them, she made the whole day come off in a memorable and romantic way. I knew I could go to the spa and not have to keep my cell phone on me the entire time to keep up with last minute problems from vendors or family members. She also made sure our venue was handled carefully since I work there and things simply HAD to go as planned.
I would definitely recommend her services.

Andrea is not just a wedding planner, but also comes up with very neat designs that transform a reception venue into a personalized "celebration zone". The last event we worked was at the Lesner Inn. She changed an already beautiful place into the venue her client envisioned.
