I highly recommend Melissa Reed as a wedding officant. She was the officiant at my best friend´s Santa Barbara beach wedding and she did an amazing job. She was professional, well-spoken, flexible, and caring. She helped make the day memorable and beautiful. Jessica Rapp

Melissa did a great job on officiating the wedding. David and Melissa both worked on the reception. They were professional and personable. We would recommend them. They worked within our budget!

Melissa provided excellent service for my sisters beach ceremoy as officiant. She was flexible, professional and caring. David and Melissa both were wondeful with the reception entetainment in Pine Mountain Club. I would recommend Cloud Nine Wedding Officiants to others!

David did an excellent job officiating our services. He was professional yet personal, with the right mix of funny and serious. We loved the whole ceremony. He gently guided us through the first step of our happy marriage.

My wife and I were extra satisfied with the way Melissa handled the DJ end of our wedding. Everything went according to schedule and everyone had such a fabulous time at our beachfront wedding/reception.
