Couture Miss Bridal & Formal

I had a wonderful bridal experience at Couture miss. I found the dress of my dreams in my very first visit. And the women there were ALL so helpful from beginning to end. I also got 8 bridesmaid dresses from there and it was a flawless, seamless process. They even matched the online price which was significantly less! They made sure that I was happy and that's something I just didn't experience at other shops I visited. I was also very impressed with their wide range of sizes. I'm a street size 12 and many shops just don't have samples for women my size. I didn't run into that problem here. I was able to try on everything I liked and that was so refreshing.

Couture Miss Bridal EXCEEDED my expectations! I had not planned on stopping by the boutique, but ended up there by chance. They had such a BEAUTIFUL selection of dresses. I ended up with a Blue by Enzoani and a accent belt and I could not have been happier with the selection. Thank you CM Bridal!!

We had a great time at Couture Miss. A smaller studio with a personalized touch. The ladies were very helpful helping my wife Heather find the perfect dress. She looked amazing and was sooooo happy with the dress, which was the most important part for her. We couldn't have been happier.

I worked with Michelle and she was outstanding. She was attentive, patient and very helpful. When I began searching for my dress, I fell in love with a maggie sotero dress and the we site referred me to CM bridals. During my first appointment Michelle pulled seven dresses and helped me try each one of them. She wanted to make sure I was certain, it was the one.

I loved my dress so much I brought my mother in law to Michelle to help find her a dress as well.

I always waned to say a BIG Thank you to Michelle.
I was a bit embarrassed because I forgot to shave my armpits, and I was a bit musty. She was very professional and never made me feel uncomfortable.

Michelle was very helpful and patient. She made me feel like a princess and she cared that evverything i needed work perfetly.

I did not buy my wedding dress from this boutique( I am happy to say), however my mom's dress, sisters' dresses(2), and flower girls' dresses(@) were all purchased from here. Needless to say, in the beginning the service was ok. So, we went back to order the flower girl dresses and an additional sash(2) for each dress. This is where the quality of service, responsiveness, and value took a steep plunge. It took more than 6 weeks for a sash to be delivered! The sashes were ordered the last week in July and did not arrive until the last week in September. A sash!!!!!!Really!!!!!!!!!! and this was after my numerous calls and arguing with the store associates. What really blew my top was the owner calling me "sweetheart". Needless to say, I will not be referring anyone to this boutique for fear they may experience extreme delays in service.
Another note, our total purchases at this boutique were well over $1500 dollars, however they treated us as if we spent $1.
Oh, one more thing, when the sashes finally came in, there was NOOOOOOO apology for the delay or anything, just "your sashes are ready for pickup".

Terrible does not begin to describe my experience with this vendor.

Their service and professionalism was SUPERB!

The dress I bought at CM Bridal & Formal was absolutely beautiful! I had tried on dresses at other shops and they only had rather large sizes, where I could not get a clear idea of how the dress would look on me. The third dress I tried on at CM Bridal was exactly my size and was the only dress that made me smile! When I smiled I knew it was the dress! The dress was just my taste and lower priced then I had expected! My parents bought me the dress, and I was anticipating the most inexpensive I could get would be around $600, but this dress was only $400!! I initially did not want a veil, just a flower, but my mom had me try one veil on and it matched beautifully and was the PERFECT fit to my dress!

Very helpful ladies, made you feel at home. Didn't feel embarassed to be half undressed around them!!

Excellent service!!!!Very professional and great sales !They have beautiful dresses there... After going to several places, I found my dress there, and it was not hard to fall in love with it... Really nice place to pick your dress and very friendly people...

I was so happy with my dress, it looked like a million bucks but it did not break the bank. Country Miss is a small bridal store in Upper Marlboro, MD with friendly customer service. There are no pushy sales people trying to get you to buy, no quotas or anything. It was a great experience.

I has the pleasure of seeing the beautiful work of Miss Bridal & Formal at the Wedding in a Week for MIX 107.3. The Brides dress was so elegant and different and the Brides Maids dresses were breathtaking and they really were wonderful on all shaped bodies. I would completely tell my brides about this wonderful Vendor! Beautiful Dresses!
