Coast Party Rentals really came through on my wedding day! They have everything you need and more. We rented tables, umbrellas, chairs, dance floor, china, you name it we rented it! Everything was in great condition. They dropped off the rentals early so we had time to setup! everything came out amazing! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!!
They were willing to work with us and meet our needs based on their abilities!
Coast Party Rentals was so wonderful, and I can not recommend them enough! I rented the white wedding columns for behind my head table and they arrived very clean and looked like brand new. I used the white planters for flowers at the church and reception and they were perfect. I also rented all of my linens enough for 20 tables with overlays, cocktail tables, serving tables, head tables, etc and they were all there and correct. I decided to rent the chocolate fountain which was a big hit! My favorite things were my centerpieces...I rented tall vases (which my florist filled with flowers) and beautiful mirrors both from Coast! Coast Party was definately my one stop shop for all of my rentals!

Reservations are secured by a major credit card and a valid identification (drivers license or state identification card) Some items may require a higher deposit or a cleaning deposit. Advance reservations are strongly recommended.
Full refunds are made on cancellations made one week or more prior to the event. Prorated refunds are made on cancellations made less than one week prior to the event.
Delivery is available at a nominal charge. We will deliver to all areas that are easily accessable, at ground level, and within a reasonable walking distance from our truck. If delivery requires special circumstances, there may be an additional charge. Set-up service is also available at an additional charge. Arrangements must be made in advance for set-up service.
Rental items are expected to be returned the day following your event. Coast Party Rentals, Inc. allows a one day grace period, however, if the equipment is not returned within this time period, the items on the rental contract will be charged daily until returned.
It is the customer's responsibility to cover and protect all rental equipment from bad weather. If items are damaged due to rain the customer will be liable for all damages.
Handling of Equipment
Coast Party Rentals, Inc. does not allow the use of staples or tape on any equipment. All items are expected to be returned in the same condition as it was rented. The charge for staple or tape removal from tables is $10.00 min. We appreciate your cooperation!
All items must be clean, neatly stacked and returned to their original containers. If pick up requires special circumstances,I.E same-day pick up, after hours pick-up,ect, there may be an additional charge.
