Very efficient and friendly.

We rented space heaters at the last minute for our wedding and Coast to Coast Event Rentals came through promptly.I don't have any information about their professionalism because my mom arranged everything, but believe me she would have said something if something was wrong.

Best value and quality product. Changed my order several times right before our wedding day and they were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend using there services.

We rented their chairs (cafe style). They delivered them right on time. They were clean and ready to go when they arrived. I called at the last minute to change our pick up time and they had no problem with it. They were there right on time to pick them up.

I used Coast to Coast Rentals for chargers on my wedding day. They were the only company I could find that didn't have a minimum. They were very professional and on time!! I couldn't believe how nice and easy going everyone was. I would definitely use them again!!!!

Very flexible, especially with last minute needs.

My partner and I were married in an outdoor ceremony and for the entire week prior to the event, the weather predicted 90% change of thunderstorms. So of course, we freaked out and got in contact with Shane. We ended up renting a 20x40 tent to cover our ceremony four days before our wedding. Of course it ended up not raining/thunderstorming, but Shane was great - he set up the tent on time and picked it up when he said. Thanks for everything!

Coast to coast provided us with everything we needed, whtie chairs, chair covers and sashes, navy blue napkins, pub tables, etc! They set up all of our chairs and took them down without us even noticing they were there! Anytime I called with any questions, the staff was quick to answer and help in any way they could. They were also the best price that I could find in the area. I would recommend them to anyone.

I used Fast Party Rentals for the tent for my event, and they are clean and reliable. They also supplied me with cocktail tables and banquet tables. Fast Party Rentals was very flexible with the delivery and setup of the equipment, which makes them uncomparable to other rental companies I spoke with. when i sa they camethrough for me they did that it was a last minute thing and the vendor that i was suppose to use for the chairs i was unable to get in touch with them so i went to fast rentals a weekbefore and ordered the chairs then on the day of the wedding someone was suppose to pick up the chairs couldn't come through so again fast rentals with 2 hours before the wedding the delivered the chairs for me. i really appreciated that.

Coast to Coast was great! Their prices were the best I found, especially on pipe-and-drape. They sent me several revised proposals when I changed my order over and over again, adding more things I needed. They were reliable and prompt and the delivery guys even helped place the items where I needed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

From beginning to finish, Coast to Coast was A-1 professional! Even at the last minute, when I discovered our venue would not provide enough chairs for the wedding ceremony, Coast to Coast was able to provide us with chairs. My only complaint is that I asked for the chair scarves to be tied. They were not, which meant I had to gang press some family members to tie 100 scarves. Coast to Coast did however give me money back because of the mistake. They were also extremely flexible on delivery, which seemed to be constantly changing because of the issue with the venue. I highly recommend Coast to Coast.

Coast to Coast was great! The dance floor was a great value and the gold chiavari chairs were beautiful. I searched around for a dance floor and Coast to Coast was the best price =)

Good vendor. Our tent looked gorgeous, as did our tables!

The tent was very clean and they even put it up earlier than anticipated. It looked beautful and they took care of arranging the set up and tear down with my hotel for me.

We had a huge order from coast to coast and changes a lot of little things up until a few days before our event. They were very accommodating of this and responded quickly to emails. All of the stuff we rented was in good condition- the only issues we had were with the sterno-fuel for the chafing dishes (it went out after about 20 minutes and was supposed to last 4-6 hours), and the wedding arch we got wasn't in the best condition but still looked nice after we decorated it. We deducted a couple of stars for professionalism just because they were supposed to show up between 8am-12pm for delivery and pickup and both times they didn't show up until 3 or 3:30 in the afternoon.

They came on time to drop off the chairs and pick them up. No complaints. Everyone we had worked with were nice and pleasant.

Chair covers were beautiful, such a great addition to our day. However I was less than impressed in a few areas...My husband and I went in initially to make our selection, at that time we were given a printed bill - we paid for half, and planned to pay the remaining balance when we picked everything up before the wedding. We made an appointment to pick everything up two days before the wedding - upon which the covers were not there, and we were also then informed of a deposit that we were not made aware of before hand. Not good business...In the end they delivered the covers to us directly and we were not made to pay this deposit.

You should never assume that a dance floor is included in the pricewhen renting a wedding facility or venue to host your event.The Date: November 1st. The Time: 4PM. The Problem: No dance floorand the party starts at 6! He put the order together and managed to get a dance floorfrom St. Peterburgh to the University of Tampa's Vaughn Center, on the 9th floor,and completely installed, AND 45 minutes before we needed it for the introductionand 1st Dance!
