I met with the Event Manager the weekend of Dec. 4-6. I had the most unpleasant experience ever. The staff was very rude and far from helpful. I do some event planning at work and was outraged at the lack of professionalism or concern this group has. It's clear that the golf course is their source of income, so the weddings are far from important. The room looked beautiful but the staff was so rude and repeatedly told me to visit the website for more information. What reception hall doesn't sit down and review prices with you? I have visited several venues and was looking forward to seeing this one. I would never return. Anyone to trust their wedding in the hands of these incapable people are out of their minds!
Our wedding reception was held at Cog Hill Golf & Country Club. It has a beautiful wood-beamed hall with a private bar room and private terrace. They only hold one event at a time so you have the place to yourselves! The food was excellent and we’re still getting compliments, one year later. Staff was friendly and easy to work with.

Your stage is our “old world” style clubhouse with its massive beams, 30 foot ceiling, leaded windows and stone fireplace. This country club setting features dramatic views of extensive flower gardens. Seating capacity up to 280.
