Paul was our DJ at Complete Music and he did a great job. He was super personable and had great suggestions for our playlists and important songs. He even edited a few songs together for my dad and I's dance. He refused to let me make my own plate when it came time to eat. He said he DJed a wedding once where the bride dumped her plate of ribs down the front of her dress, and he vowed never to let another bride do that again. HOW SWEET! We didn't let him take requests and he did a great job of interacting with our guests and politely declining awful suggestions like "Cotton Eyed Joe" etc. He was hard to get a hold of a few times but was otherwise super professional. Great value for your money too. See them at the bridal show and get a discount!

We were not pleased with the service received. We booked this DJ because they offered a discount at a bridal fair we attended. I'm sorry we did. Our DJ was not attentive to his job, when it was time for special dances we finally found him flirting with my cousin. I would be very cautious about hiring this vendor.

As for the company itself, they did pretty good for us. It is a little nerve racking to not know who will be your DJ until a week before the wedding when they call you for the first time though. For us, a very young sounding woman called on time, as promised, to go over the details. We have heard too many horror stories about wedding DJs so we wanted to set up an appointment to meet with her in person and make sure our personalities would mesh well together. But it was like talking to your kid sister, she was not professional and just sounded way too casual about the whole thing (the most important day of my life!)
So after I got off the phone, thought about it awhile, and talked to my fiance and FMIL, I decided to call the company and request someone else. Boy I'm glad I did!! They gave us Eric Reed: a mature, experienced, fun guy. I'm still amazed with how well we got along with him in our meeting. He had some great ideas for song choices we never thought about and he had just the kind of personality we were looking for.
At the wedding he was very concerned for our happiness throughout the whole night, he checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything, and he sure made everyone have a great time! We are so impressed with him, and thankful we lucked out on such an awesome DJ. Now everytime someone tells me they're getting married, he will be the first on my list to suggest.
We love Complete Music for our brides. Professional service, great training, dedicated staff. Wedding guests remember the reception entertainment more than any other wedding detail. We know that when Complete Music is there, all the guests memories will be of a fantastic wedding!
