Our wedding at the Rusty Pelican included chair bows through Connie Duglin- they looked great and it was easy to select the colors from their website. I didn't deal direcly with them at all but I was pleased with the end result.
I checked with another company to get satin napkins, but they didn't have any! (Their office/warehouse gave me icky vibes as well.) So I decided to go with Connie Duglin, and I am very pleased that I did! I got all my satin linens and napkins through them! VERY pleased with their service and products!
Linens are a lot more important than one might realize, especially when you want something other than plain old white or ivory. In our case, red wasn’t just red and “aqua” wasn’t just any shade of light blue. It was difficult to nail down the perfect shades, but with the selection of linens we were offered, we put in the time and found exactly what we were looking for. There were different textures and an amazing array of linens to choose from - who would have thought?! Overall, we were very satisfied with the linen service and thrilled with the final look. It would have been much more plain and lost any “wow” factor without the beautiful linens provided.
I didn't like the linens that were included in our package through the Marriott, and I just wasn't finding what I wanted at local linen rental companies. I saw Connie Duglin on line, and decided to call them up to see about their prices and inventory. When they assured me that they had exactly what I wanted, I dragged my husband and girlfriends to Orlando one day to visit their showroom. It was worth the trip because we booked them that day after they showed us what I wanted!! It was a little pricey, but so worth every pennY!
There staff was great to work with and I was very happy with the linens. Couldn't beat their prices! I did not use them for set-up, however when my husband went to pick up the linens two days prior to the wedding everything was there and ready to go. Great vendor!
Our planner recommended that we visit Connie Duglin one weekend to see about our linens, and I was very happy with their products and their service. We rented our linens (table linens, napkins, chair covers, bows) from Connie Duglin, and we got a great deal worked out with delivery and set-up. Our planner also said that she didn't have to worry about steaming out any wrinkles!
Our planner suggested that we rent our linens and such from Connie Duglin. We were very pleased with what they provided us (table linens, chair covers, bows, napkins), and were very happy with what they charged us. They offer a set-up fee to set everything up for you, but our planner Diana took care of that for us!
The colors and linens that we wanted and selected had the WOW factor! The prices were decent too. Only thing that we were surprised about was their set-up fee. Thank goodness our planner includes that in her fee!
