DJ Nick with Cool Cat Entertainment was fantastic. He was one of the best DJ's I've ever heard. Somehow Nick managed to get people on the dance floor that Lela and I would have never thought possible (including myself). In addition, for songs that had a specific dance to them, he lead the dance floor and taught by dancing himself. My photographer even raved about Nick and how well he kept him informed so he knew which photo ops were coming up next so he could prepare. Great job Nick. We thank you, thank you, thank you!

Vinny was the DJ for our wedding and his ideas and enthusiasm are beyond what you could ever ask for!! He takes pride in what he does and he has fun doing it! Everyone loved him along with his assistants. We would highly recommend him to anyone for any occasion!

Cool Cat Entertainment surpassed EVERY expectation I had as a bride-to-be! From my initial meeting, I knew that music at my wedding was not going to be an issue. The kept in contact with me throughout the months leading up to my wedding, made it easy to pay online, and always came to the meetings prepared with new and fresh ideas on how to make my wedding the best for me and my future husband. I always left the meetings feeling more pumped and excited for our big day then when I went in!

Their prices were extremely reasonable, and less than other "professionals" in the area. I could not have imagined a more perfect day, and Todd Moffre was on top of everything and really put me at ease. I had two different friends ask me for the soundtrack to my wedding afterward! There were so many personalized touches that can be done by an MC and Todd hit everyone.

If you are even thinking of booking with someone else, you're crazy!

We had DJ Chris Hollister for our wedding reception and it was great! He kept the party going by playing a variety of types of music. We had a lot of Portuguese guests so it was important to play some music they would enjoy too. Chris was more than willing to accommodate our requests. We had an amazing night!

I have no words!!!! They are incredible and made my wedding the best night of my life. Vinnie, the owner, is so on board with making this day all about you and what you want. He was open to suggestions in regards to pleasing the older crowd, but really strived to make us enjoy our night. His assistant Megan is wonderful. Between both of them, our crowd didn't sit the entire night which is exactly what we wanted.

Four Our wedding we requested Chris Hollester and he was great ! My family loves to dance so there was plenty of fun upbeat music, but we also had quite a few older folks and he was great at playing the right music for them during down times in the reception. He was very flexible and responsive and did pretty much exactly what e asked he was perfect, I would recomend them to anyone!

Vinney was the DJ for my October 2011 wedding. He was amazing. I can not say enough good things about him. He was very professional and passionate about his job.

He was a pleasure to work with -- I highly recommend him.

He was also able to get me my monogram on the dance floor. It was the prefect touch to my reception.

Being a bride from out of town I had no idea where to turn to search for a DJ. Luckily, Cool Cat came recommended from our wedding vendor. We had conducted interviews with other DJs in the area and we were so excited to book with Cool Cat.

From the beginning Vinny was great and very flexible. Even from our first meeting I could see that he was/is very upfront, upbeat and professional. Which is exactly what I wanted from all my vendors and the upbeat is especially what I needed from my DJ! He really helped us throughout the whole process -- he was actually excited to go through music with us, which I am sure he has done thousands of times! He made the overwhelming process of song selcetion not so overwhelming at all. I was definitely not worried about having him in charge and relinquishing control. I let him know that the only thing I reallky cared about was having the dance floor packed which he made sure happend.

He handled the ceremony music which went off without a hitch, the cocktail and of course the entire reception. He put so many personal touches into the entire wedding which made it special not just for me, but for all of our guests too.

I really can't say enough great things about Vinny and Cool Cat. They were professional, easygoing and made me destress.

Finally, Vinny and Cool Cat are above all else FUN. And really what else do you need from a DJ?!

Nobody loves what they do more than Vinny from Cool Cat! He meets with you face to face to not only understand what you would like for the event...but because he wants to get to know your personalities! The dance floor was packed all night and everyone raved about him!

We also booked Mike through Cool Cat to play piano during our cocktail hour. I thought this was extremely convienient, and Mike did a fantastic job!

Our DJ Nick was fabulous!!! He used all the songs I picked, and the flow of our ceremony music was perfect! He got the crowd going and even played songs i didnt think of. He went above and beyond for us!! He was super fun and really seems to love what he does!!!

Cool cat entertainment is freaking fantastic!!(truly and honestly)...I had been to a wedding where Cool Cat was the entertainment (with Vinny as the DJ) and my mother had been to two. I was not even dating my husband when I experienced the amazingness that is cool cat entertainment at that wedding and even then I turned to my mother and I said when I get married I want cool cat and more specifically Vinny and she agreed with me. Barely two yrs later, after a yr long engagement, my husband and I set a date and I began to plan my wedding. Even though I knew who I wanted as a dj I still called around just to make sure that cool cat was exactly what I wanted and sure enough they are who I wanted and went with. Vinny had the best personality and just is amazing at what he does, mostly because he just loves what he does and loves to have a great time and get other people to have a great time. People have said to me and my mother things such as, "That was the best wedding I've ever been to." "That was the wedding of the century!" "We just had the best time of our lives." and I honestly believe that everyones great time, including mine and my husbands, was due to Vinny and Cool cat entertainment. Heck, I even got married on Vinnys wedding anniversary and he still came out got everyone to have a great time and he had a great time as well! Our reception could have not possibly been any more fun or amazing and we owe that to Vinny and his crew. Every time I hear a song on the radio that was played at our wedding I get a little misty eyed just because it was so much fun I wish I could relive it every saturday. They are amazing, you WILL have a great time. Cool cat entertainment and Vinny are worth every single penny and more than that.

Chris Holister was our dj. He did a great job easy to work with and very flexible.

Overall we were happy with them. We had Chris as our DJ. There were a couple of issues. My wife father had passed, and we told Chris and put it on our paperwork that it would be a Mother/Daughter dance. Chris called my wife and her father to the dance floor for the Father/Daughter dance. Let's just say it wasn't the best thing. I know it's a mistake, but when he has just passed in the past few years (it's a low blow....as she was already upset he didn't see her get married). Chris also never called the Bridal Party and Bride/Groom dance, so we missed those photos. He waited to do the money dance until 1110 pm and our event ended at 1130pm so we lost a lot of guests. Also he cut it a little short, and we lost out on dancing with a couple of people each. Overall the music was very good, just a couple of mistakes made that were frustrating, but we worked through it! Overall they did a great job! Thanks Chris!

Vinney was great to work with. He has so much energy it's amazing. He is great at getting people out on the dance floor (not always an easy task). One of the things that I love is that he'll come to your house for meetings so it's more convenient to the customer. It was great to have that. In the last week, when I was going crazy driving around the capitol district finalizing plans with vendors, it was great to have Vinney offer to come to my home. I made a list in advance of the songs I wanted played. I am a very detail oriented person. I had lists for EVERYTHING. The DJ was no exception. He stuck to our list perfectly. I would definitely recommend him.

Ive been a photographer for several years. I have covered many weddings and met several other vendors. Its very rare that I write about any of them but I have to write about Cool Cat Entertainment.
I worked with Nick at a wedding a few months ago it was a last minute decision to have a DJ and a Photographer at this wedding. It was a tough crowd, every age from early 20s to the golden years was in attendance. Nick was the DJ that night and he was amazing, fantastic, wonderful and so on!!!!
The floor didn't stop the whole time. I knew he had them when I turned around and the priest who had gave the dinner blessing was on the floor with the bride dancing to ~Prince-Kiss~!! It is still one of my favorite photos of the night!!
If you need entertainment for anything this is the group to go to!!! I can only hope to work with them...
