Amanda was everything I was looking for in a Day of Coordinator...she was organized, efficient, proactive & detail oriented...she provided a high level of service, so that I was able to relax and enjoy every minute of my rehearsal night, as well as my entire wedding day! Her communication throughout the planning process was excellent, and she even took care of details I hadn't even thought of! FAQ for Coordinate-It
Day-of coordinators make your day easier on you, your family members and bridal party. Every wedding needs to have one sane person who knows what is going on – this should be your day-of coordinator. Coordinators allow the bride to focus on her day - not whether the menus are on the tables or if Aunt Linda has her corsage. These details are the responsibility of your coordinator. Having an organized plan of attack for your wedding makes things run smoothly and allows you to enjoy your wedding with the least amount of stress possible.
How far will you travel?
Coordinate-It is based out of Oak Hill, WV. I enjoy traveling and am willing to travel to the following cities or anywhere in between.
West Virginia - Huntington, Charleston, Beckley, Princeton, Lewisburg, Bluefield, Parkersburg, Morgantown, Elkins
Kentucky - Ashland, Grayson, Pikeville
Ohio - Ironton, Jackson, Proctorville, Athens

How much do you charge?
The cost varies based upon number of guests, location, and season. Coordinate-It day-of planning starts at $500 and goes to $1500 for day-of coordination. For full planning, the cost is $20/hour. In order to budget this cost appropriately, plan on the fee being close to 10% of the ceremony and reception budget. Working with Coordinate-It also includes free rental of a variety of wedding items that I have collected along the way.
