Corey and Ashley were 2 of the most important people at our wedding. They captured every moment that may have escaped our minds during the thrill & rush of our wedding night; but since we chose them as our photographers they have such a geniune talent for capturing moments that both my husband and I often are reminded with the beautiful pictures they took. Everytime I see my wedding pictures, it makes me fall all over in love with my husband once again. It makes me want to relive that moment over and over again. Not many photographers can capture the realness of an event. We literally would have given them a blank check and wouldn't have minded any price they would have asked. Perhaps we would have trippled it! That's how great the quality of their work is. It's so nice that they work as a team :)

Corey is fantastic! He and Ashley were so so great to work with! We changed our minds about our package details about 5,000 times and Corey was always super positive and willing to work with us!!! They made our wedding day even more special!

WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU!

When it boils down to it, you need to know what I can do for you. Why am I a good choice as a wedding photographer.

If you choose to hire me as your wedding photographer, your satisfaction is my number one goal. When you hire me as your photographer, I become a part of your wedding day. My mission is not to get a certain list of photos at any cost… my mission is to serve you (the bride and groom) on your wedding day.

You can be confident that I will deliver a high quality product when everything is said and done. I want your grandchildren to be able to view the photos that I capture on your wedding day.

I will try to get to know you before your wedding. I don’t want to show up on the wedding day and be some awkward person who doesn’t know anything about you. If you (the bride and groom) have no desire to meet your photographer before the wedding day, I’m probably not the guy for you.

As a CPP, I have studied and been tested on the technical aspects of photography. As someone who has photographed over 100 weddings, I have encountered all types of situations on wedding days. While I can’t make the impossible happen, I will do my best to make great photos in every situation.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

Yes! Other photographers in the area know us as the "Photoshop Experts!"
If you can think of it, we can probably make it happen. Certain techniques may require an additional charge.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

As a wedding photographer, I have experienced everything from bright sunlight to candle light. Our equipment allows us to make the best photos possible in every situation!

Is your media preference film or digital?

How many photographers do you work with?

Two or three, depending on the scope of the job.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Our contract will address this issue directly! As long as we are physically able, if you hire Corey and Ashley, that is who will photograph your event!

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

We reserve the entire wedding day for you! In some cases we may have multiple weddings in a weekend, but only if we can serve all clients without sacrificing quality!

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Being part of PPSC (Professional Photographers of SC) I have access to some of the best photographers in the state. I am actively involved (on the board of directors) with PPSC and try to make friends with as many photographers as possible. We always help each other out if anything goes wrong!

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

We carry two full framed Canon cameras, a variety of lenses and flashes, and all the equipment we might need for lighting modification or emergencies.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

We have a backup kit that would allow us to make high quality photographs even if our two main cameras failed.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

Our packages are for all the time you need, but because we have a contract we cannot use the term "full day." We do not have an hourly price, but charge for our coverage of the day.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We usually take time to eat during the reception when the bride and groom are eating (who wants photos of people eating?... awkward!). We always make sure to be ready for anything and since we have multiple photographers, if we take any other breaks someone will always be photographing.

Do you charge for travel?

We love to travel, and only charge minimal fees to cover our expenses.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Usually proofs are ready 4 weeks after the wedding. We promise they will be done no later than 6 weeks. Sometimes it may be sooner than 4 weeks, depending on the time of year.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

The initial proofs will be offered online, or you can come into the studio to view the proofs on the big screen!

How long can the client keep the proofs?

Proofs will be posted online for a minimum of 30 days.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

In almost every case, our clients will receive high resolution digital files from their wedding. These can be used for any purpose that is not intended for profit!

What kind of albums do you offer?

We offer high quality heirloom albums that are intended to last more than a lifetime. These albums are custom designed and are unique for each client.

When will the client get the final album?

The time varies for each client because of the approval process. Most clients receive their album between 3 and 12 months after their wedding. The initial album preview is available 6-8 weeks after the wedding. Usually the album will arrive 6-8 weeks after the final approval by the client. We believe you should see your photos as soon as possible after your wedding, but something that will last multiple lifetimes should be done carefully and only at the highest quality.
