Corretti Catering did a great job at catering our wedding. They impressed me with all of the menu types that they could do and I had to have them caterer our wedding. They were great. They cook wonderful foods that everyone enjoys and let me tell you they are easy to work with and they understand all of your needs. They treated us really good. They create a wonderful cheese display full of tasty cheeses that everyone commented on and also the New Zealand Leg of lamb that they cook is delicious. I was really happy with them and they did a great job at making delicious food for our wedding reception. They are great.




Corretti, Inc. was the preferred caterer for The Carraway-Davie house, and did the catering for both our rehearsal dinner and our reception. The food was outstanding, and the table presentations they created really set an intimate and charming mood for the reception. We had so many people asking us who did the food, and we were glad that the wedding venue had such a close business partnership with Corretti. Because the day was such a blur for us, we did not get to really enjoy any of the wonderful foods they had created until later than evening once we got to the hotel. Looking back, we would have loved to have been able to have a sit-down reception catered by Corretti so that we could have really been able to enjoy their food with friends and family.

Rebecca Corretti is the Executive Chef and an owner of the Carraway-Davie facility, as well as
Corretti Catering, one of the most respected upscale caterers in Birmingham. She is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute and has owned and operated Corretti Catering for almost a decade.
Prior to Corretti Catering, Rebecca was the catering director at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in Birmingham. She also worked for the Four Seasons Cliff Hotel in San Francisco, the Ritz Carlton in Chicago and the Le Parker Meridien Hotel in New York City. Rebecca has been published in various local food publications as well as national food related periodicals.
