All of the staff at Cottage Hill were extremely helpful and attentive to my specific needs and requests. From the minute I walked in the store the first time I was treated with care and respect. Joe was exceptionally helpful throughout the process. I never felt pressured to make a purchase but was provided all of the information needed to make a decision. This is one of the best buying experiences I have ever had and would highly recommend Cottage Hill for any jewelry needs.

Their service was great once I was able to get ahold of someone. I worked with Patti when I got the engagement ring, but multiple attempts to order the wedding band were not acknowledged. After multiple email and phone call attempts I was put in contact with Colin who was extremely helpful and got me exactly what I needed within the promised timeline. Their prices seemed expensive to me, but they are one of one two jewelers in the area who carried the ring I was looking for and the other jeweler never returned any calls or emails.

The best thing I liked about Cottage Hill Diamonds was there knowledge and no pressure. I went to other places before looking for diamonds and was getting presure. Cottage Hill's manager Dave, made my experience a lot easier. He is a very trust worthy person who educated me in picking out the right diamond for my wifes wedding ring. I told him this is what I want to spend and he narrowed it to the right setup. The rest of staff also was really helpful as I watched them take care of other customers. I will chose this place over the other big stores because I like how it's a boutique and thes pecialized pieces that you won't find in your bigger name stores. When you arrive, you will see what I'm saying...

After 15 years in the diamond wholesale business, the Hills expanded into the retail market in 2000. In 2003, they expanded again by moving into more spacious quarters in the heart of downtown Elmhurst. The move has provided clients with a wider selection in the showroom, increased shop capacity for on-premises repair, and continued a local tradition. The site has been home to a family-owned jewelry business since 1929.
