From the first moment we met Brandi, we knew that she was the perfect coordinator for us. She has a calmness about her that is very endearing, and I was instantly sure that I could trust her to bring my wedding ideas to life! Although I am an extremely organized/detail-oriented person, I still benefitted from Brandi's services, especially the day-of coordination. Even leading up to the wedding, I had an added sense of confidence just knowing that there was another set of eyes looking over all of the contracts and making sure that everything was correct. Brandi listened to my ideas, answered my questions, and made sure that things ran smoothly the weekend of our wedding! She did an excellent job facilitating the rehearsal, and on the day of the wedding she was able to take care of things so that I didn't have to! Brandi's recommendations of vendors was also extremely helpful. If it hadn't been for Brandi, we might not have ended up at Camp Lucy! So, that recommendation alone is something we are very grateful for! She also highly recommended our stationery company, who ended up being one of our favorite and most important vendors! :) Brandi really is such a genuine person...I would recommend her to all brides who want some expertise in the coordinating process. She has several different packages/price points to choose from, so every bride can find one that works for her/her budget!

As a DIY bride who originally wanted to do the entire planning alone, I have to say working with Brandi & Country Sugar was the best decision I made! I\'m so glad I didn\'t listen to myself :)Brandi made the whole planning process an amazing experience! She really listens to what you want, pays attention to details that make your wedding your own and never made any ideas seem out of reach (even if they were!)...I was able to stay in touch with her throughout my 10 month engagment and she was always focused and hard working every time we got together. I loved that she made me feel like I wasn\'t wasting her time with every little question I had and that she was willing to help me not only create details, but sent me information on where to find the things I didn\'t know where to start looking for. On the actual wedding day she made sure everyone was doing whatever it was they needed to be so I could seriously enjoy my day. I can't say enough about Brandi and her team at Country Sugar who provided my day of coordination. She always went above and beyond what was required of her to be sure everything was perfect for our wedding. If there was something I needed and couldn't find or figure out how to do, Brandi was there to help. She is always quick to respond and obviously very organized in a way I could never be. And she'll communicate in whatever format works for you - phone, email, text. This was crucial to me working on a 5 hour time zone difference. Country Sugar provided ample staffing on our wedding day to always have someone wherever they were needed. And boy did I always need them in a pinch - whether it was fixing my wedding earring that broke last minute (thanks for the quick thinking and double sided tape ladies!), putting the bouts on the guys when no one else was around, chasing my cathedral veil down the street after it flew off my head in high winds (!!!) so i could continue on my way to the first look, figuring out the bustle that my maid of honor could not, or shuffling ourselves and our guests all over town and on time, they were there...i'm sure there are plenty of other times they were there without me even having to know things weren't going right.

hiring country sugar to coordinate our wedding day was BY FAR, other than picking the best husband, the BEST wedding day decision i made - if only i knew then what i know now, it wouldn't have been such a tough choice! the value they added to my day vastly outweighed the cost of service. we spend so much money on our weddings, it was definitely worth diverting a small percentage of the budget to ENJOYING and really EXPERIENCING in the present the day you've worked so hard for, and that's what hiring country sugar let myself and my family do.

Brandi and her Country Sugar team are by far the best investment we made! She has this wonderful way of putting her brides at ease. She's incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, attentive and fun! Looking back now, there is just absolutely no way Chris and I would have been able to bring it all together without Brandi and Amy. As a wedding photographer I have met many wedding planners/designers through working with them at weddings. I know how important it is to have a team of talented, creative individuals who are there for you throughout your journey down the aisle. I met Country Sugar Events while shooting a wedding and was blown away at how hard working the team was and how smooth everything went. I loved their style, attention to details and integrity to make that wedding as perfect as possible for the couple. It was a huge success and was just touched at how amazing her team also worked with all the vendors to communicate any needs or timelines. When I began my own wedding planning I knew Country Sugar Events HAD to be my coordinator! Brandi and Maggie were absolutely amazing. I had constant communication with them through phone calls, text, and emails. She was available to meet and always had constant communication. She made my life and planning a piece of cake through follow ups, blog boards, and ideas! Country Sugar Events was amazing at rehearsal dinner and walked us through everything. The next day the team set up for the wedding at Three Points Ranch and I was a bit nervous because being a wedding photographer I know how little details are important. I had a candy bar, salsa bar, photobooth and over 30 tables to fill with decor. I had to just breath and leave everything to Country Sugar. When I arrived at the venue I hurried to look around before I stepped into my wedding dress. I was absolutely speechless. Tears began to roll down my eyes at all of the details Country Sugar had created with the decor. The whole day went by so quickly and never once was their ever an issue. It was perfect! That night after I left Country Sugar Events worked hard to organize and put up all the decor. Words cannot express the gratitude for having chosen them for my special day. As a little girl you often dream of your perfect wedding and what it would look like. You look at blogs, storyboards, pinterest to get that perfect look. Country Sugar Events gave me my dream wedding. Their hard work, passion and creativeness speaks volumes through their experience.

Brandi and the Country Sugar team are absolutely amazing! Our wedding day was completely stress free because of her detailed planning. Brandi had every single aspect covered before I even had time to ask! My family and I were so appreciative of how helpful and kind her and her staff was to all of us. They tended to every one of our needs without so much as a sigh (and we were pretty needed that day!)As for the year of planning leading up to the big day….all I can say is I don’t know what I would have done without her! The Country Sugar team was a true gift to our wedding and I would recommend her to ANYONE needing help with their special event. The pure fact that she does all the stressing for you is worth more than money can buy.

Out of all my vendors, this was the best money spent. Maggie and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It poured on the day of my outdoor wedding, but Maggie kept her cool, and went on as usual, all the while making sure I wasn't freaking out. She orchestrated my rehearsal, and day of, even meeting with me to get all of my diy projects ahead of time to fully understand my vision. She always responded quickly to my emails and phone calls. She was my piece of mind throughout my wedding. Had she not been there, my mother and myself would have to have been running around like chickens with our heads cut off, and we still couldn't have been on top of things like Maggie was. I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH HOW MUCH YOU NEED THIS SERVICE!

I wish I could rate Brandi with more stars than just 5. I cannot begin to explain how much she's worth to me. She was seriously a gift from God to our wedding and I don't even want to know what I would have looked like on my wedding day had she not been there. I personally am the definition a DIY bride. I set out to plan my own wedding and I was really looking forward to taking the reins and making it my own special day. I realized later how much I needed her help and how much stress she relieved from me and Andy. On the wedding day, if I didn’t have Brandi, I would have been able to have as much fun as I did. There’s so much work that goes on in the background of your wedding that if you are the person who is in charge of everything going smoothly- you will be EXHAUSTED. I was able to get a massage on my wedding, have time to spend with my girls, be calm and kind to my new husband, and have a great time visiting with my guests. If I didn’t have her, I wouldn’t have gotten to cherish all of those special moments. I would have had check-lists in the back of my mind the whole time. Not only that, but she’s the sweetest, calmest, most sincere and giving person I have ever met. She went above and beyond her call of duty to make sure our wedding was perfect for us. She seriously is priceless! A lot of planners may have great organization skills, but Brandi definitely knows the importance of marriage and she’s just a genuinely great person. One of the very few that you’ll meet in your lifetime that are that selfless and caring! She gets 1000% satisfaction rate if you ask me! And that extra 0 is not a typo!

I have not had the opportunity to work with these ladies but I follow them on Facebook and am looking forward to the day I get to photograph one of their weddings. Love their style!
