She is approachable, professional, and extremely well prepared for all the big and little things: even down to the needle and thread to repair a tear, bottles of water for a hot day, and ensuring a few moments alone to take a breather from all the goings on. She is very aware of all the joys and stresses weddings can provide and she tackles any problems before they can reach the bride and groom.
