Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Midway Airport

Every staff member I came into contact with was unprofessional and not in the least bit focused on treating their guests with courtesy and friendliness. I observed two roll away beds about 15 feet from my door. I assumed that their placement was temporary, maybe an employee left them there for the time being. . Those beds remained right there, within 15 feet of my door for the entire time we were in Chicago. My tub was never kept a black ring around it, it was just filthy.
