Courtyard on the Ridge

Bill was exceptional. He made sure everything was just the way I wanted it to be. He was ready to answer my phone calls and put my mind at ease when ever a question arose. The food he supplied was fresh and delicious. We were coming from out of town and he made sure I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding day! My guests are still talking about the food the venue and the fun they all had!

The wedding reception at Courtyard on the Ridge was absolutely gorgeous. It was a pleasure working with the staff and the food more than met our expectations. I am still receiving complements on the food and venue. I would definitely recommend Courtyard to anyone planning an event.

The dance floor is huge and there was more than enough seating. Overall, everything was fantastic.

The perfect reception hall for me and the best i have been to in New Orleans in every aspect.
Perfect size facility and romantic atmosphere. I loved the outdoor courtyard with the running fountain for pictures and getting a few moments alone with my husband.
All the food was fresh, promptly replenished, and always hot (when item called for.)
Bill works with you to create your personalized menu and decorative colors.
When it was time for our party to end, no one wanted to leave despite we had already extended our time.
If you want to be the Center of Attention the whole night and the Talk of the Town after, Courtyard on the Ridge is a must for your wedding!

The owner and staff at Courtyard on the Ridge truly made our wedding day a 5 star event. Being a perfectionist, I couldn't have asked for a better event coordinator than the owner, Mr. Bill. He was there every step of the way and never seemed frustrated with my never ending questions. The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful. My wedding attendant was available at our beck and call, as well as the rest of his staff. Mr. Bill went above and beyond my expectations in every way. I couldn't be more grateful to him and his staff for making our wedding day the most memorable. I recommend Courtyard on the Ridge with a full 5 stars!

I was able to immediately confirm my date I desired (that luckily was still available being such a "most wanted" evening- as I later found out) only because I called early enough and submitted my deposit immediately to reserve.

I quickly learned Courtyard on the Ridge would do anything in its power to accommodate my date and expectations.

The Food, atmosphere, bridal/ wedding party designated areas were well beyond my imagination for my special night!

This was the 1st wedding reception I have ever been too with truly fresh, homemade per order food (not the frozen pre-made items)...The best part it was mine to flaunt to all my guests!
Oh wait, and they did not have the tiny little drink cups where there is always a line for a cocktail.
They were also in charge of my cakes, flowers, etc.-incredible in design and more importantly taste. An All-in-One venue for sure!

I had so many of my guests raving months after about my wedding reception and the service.

I want to renew my vows this upcoming November just so I can enjoy the party at Courtyard on the Ridge. or maybe throw my parents an anniversary or birthday party.

Remarkable how Courtyard on the Ridge is extremely accommodating to all of your needs and will even go as far as a do-it-all one-stop shop from cake to DJ to recommending a photographer/ videographer. The expert staff picked out my cakes all the way to the cuisine options, I am amazed at how stress-free the process was for me!

Featuring uniquely styled spaces; open-air, lighted New Orleans Style courtyard with water fountain décor; their experienced coordinators helped me design the wedding of my dreams with the style and panache my husband and I felt we deserved!

As far as the big day goes:
From the champagne greeting, Courtyard on the Ridge creates a WOW effect that made every moment memorable.

The bridal room was the perfect getaway for me to escape from the constant fury of friends and family trying to get in their congrats. I was able to relax on the couch and touch up my make-up and hair while one of the staff brought me a glass of champagne.

They also have a bridal party room where the bridal party and us can eat in privacy when we arrive.

I enjoyed escaping into a romantic niche they have with eloquent décor for my husband and I to take a few picture with our photographer.

Thanks to the award-winning chef, the menu was everything I could imagine plus more! The food was all prepared with fresh ingredients, there were never frozen items passed around there!

Staff was quick to clean up finished plates and empty cups without asking or even thinking.

The champagne and boxes of food to take with us back to our honeymoon suite was perfect for a late night snack (and breakfast the next morning!)

I still cannot understand how cost effective my reception was for the value I received. It was a five star glamorous event that my guests have not stopped raving about. I felt like a Queen on our wedding day and I know my Husband felt like Royalty himself!

Service was incredible constantly hustling to fill chafing dishes with fresh food, pick up trash, offer new beverages, pass appetizers, etc.
Facility impeccably clean from the bar to the bathroom
Band was able to continue later than originally planned.
Huge dance Floor so everyone could dance and enjoy the music.
Plenty of seating room for eating and relaxing.
Ample Serving Stations to choose from.
When they say you get what you pay for.. that is not the case with Courtyard on the Ridge: You get more!
My expectations were exceeded!

Mr. Bill is great, wonderful venue and a great group of people.

The food was delicious and everyone I spoke with after the event also commented how delicious everything was! We had some unique cocktail food pieces.

Mr. Bill at Courtyard helped us so much with our wedding. We chose this venue because the food is wonderful and they even created a signature drink for us!

We have recommended Courtyard to 2 other couples that are getting married in 2011. They are setting appointments to go and see menus, but loved ours!

The wait staff and everyone at the Courtyard went above my expectations and our families were treated with respect and the price was very good and alot of
extras were added that we didn't even expect. I recommend Courtyard on the Ridge for your reception and your wedding if you don't have a church. It is just beautiful and private. My grandfather is handicapped and he was able to be totally involved because he could navigate everywhere in this place.

I had my ceremony and reception at courtyard on the ridge. For, the price of the hall the quality and service is very good. He worked with me to do a rehearsal a couple days before the wedding. overall the courtyard on the ridge made my night very special!

Courtyard on the Ridge is a great place for your wedding reception. Great location, plenty of parking, good food and friendly service make this one of my favorite venues to photograph weddings at.
