I love Couture Cakes and Confections!! They made my wedding cake and the groom's cake. My wedding was peacock themed, and they created the cake of my dreams. My cake was white with 5 tiers. It had gold bands at the bottom of each tier, and each tier had its own peacock detailing. They made a keepsake blue peacock cake topper that I have now placed in a shadow box and hung on the wall. The peacock's tail flowed down the side of my cake. They used the feather vellum from my invitation and copied it onto edible paper and cut each and every tail feather out. I was so impressed and absolutely loved it!! The groom's cake was 2 tier and had a keepsake guitar cake topper. I gave them a picture of my aunt's guitar as the inspiration, and they recreated the guitar perfectly. They also had hand painted sheet music that displayed our ceremony songs and our first dance song. It was perfect! I would highly recommend Couture Cakes and Confections. They did such a great job and I was highly impressed.

They did a wonderful job. She spent lots of time with us going over ideas. She is very much into her work and the finished product shows. I wish we still had some cake left. It is the best tasting cake out there!

Couture Cakes delivered nothing but exceptional service and delicious cake! From the start, the experience was a positive one. Kimberly and Andrew worked together to create a cake that was exactly what we wanted. And I must say the cake tasting was my favorite part of wedding planning :) Out of all the great flavors, we chose chocolate raspberry and lemon poppyseed with lemon curd. The cake was amazing! Our design was a simple tiered cake embellished with the most beautiful sugar flowers and succulents...I even kept them! The experience overall was fantastic, we enjoyed every bit of working with Couture Cakes!

Finding Couture Cakes was a godsend! I have severe food allergies and digestive problems...I had resigned myself to the fact that I just wouldn't eat any wedding cake at my own wedding. But then I discovered Couture Cakes and they were able to make me a layer that was gluten, sugar, and dairy free and I was able to enjoy with my guests! The flavors were exquisite... it was so hard for us to choose. My husband actually liked my healthy layer the best!!! Many guests weren't able to tell the sugar/dairy free layer from the others - that's a testament to the many hours the've put into perfecting their recipes! The cake was absolutely BEAUTIFUL as well. This was the easiest part of my wedding planning. I couldn't have asked for anything better!

We just got married in Sewanee, TN and it was so difficult to find a local bakery, so we ventured to the nearby greater Chattanooga area and found Couture Cakes. I cannot say enough about Kimberly and her team. They are so professional and helpful through the whole process. Their contract covers all the nitty gritty and they are super to work with. Kimberly provided us with a cake tasting and we choose their "lemon lavender". She was flexible and always called/emailed us right back if we had questions or concerns. She talked the price and details through with my mom for about an hour (which Kimberly was very generous with her time to make sure we felt great about going with her bakery). She has so many options as far as decorations - we knew what we wanted going in (I took pictures from magazines) and then she worked with us to get something personal to us. She even HANDMADE large sugar peonies to match the one on my dress. The cake was delicious and so pretty - our planner kept saying "It doesn't look real" because it was so stunningly beautiful. I definitely recommend their services! Oh, and they delivered it an hour away from their bakery for us! Superb! Thanks Kimberly and team!

Kim and Andrew and even their sons were so helpful from the time I called to when I came in for a consultation to calling as my wedding date got closer and keeping me up to date to the day the cake arrived. I was so impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and magic in that small shop. I had seen so many beautiful wedding cakes in magazines and books and online and went in wanting ten different things. I told Kim what I liked and hated and kinda liked and she came up with the most beautiful sketch and I left so happy believing I was getting the best wedding cake possible. The day I saw the cake I wanted to cry it was so beautiful and so prettier than I imagined. Then when we cut into it...it was heaven on a fork...it was the best wedding or anyother cake I had ever had-not just looks, but taste-perfect!

Everything I wanted and more! My husband and I went with Couture Cakes to make our wedding cake this past November. We loved the idea of an all natural cake and LOVED all the cakes they had posted on their website. So we stopped by for a meeting and to decide on the flavors we wanted. They all tasted so wonderful that we could hardly even decide! We met Kimberly and Andrew that day, and we left knowing our cake was going to be magical. They were more excited about creating our cake than I think we were (which I didn't think was possible). We were having a Disney themed wedding, and of course wanted our cake to go along with that theme. Kimberly had some great ideas, and she took notes on everything I mentioned I wanted. When the day finally got here, and I went to see the cake- I couldn't believe my eyes!! It was sooo much more beautiful than I could have ever even dreamed up myself. They were absolutely so creative with this cake. They made sure it was still very elegant even with all the Mickey Mouse heads on it (which was one of my concerns). Everyone LOVED it, and believe it or not, it tasted better than it looked! In fact we still have some in our freezer that I'll occassionally cut from and snack on!! DELICIOUS!!!!! I am so honored to have had them make my cake, and to have gotten to know this wonderful couple.

The cake was very good, fresh, moist and gluten free and they were even able to fit in a special flavor request. A quality product made with quality ingredients in a timely manner and it tasted like it. The delivery and setup was on time and as promised. My husband and I think that the cake was a fair value (worth the money that we spent and we got what we paid for) but it certainly is not the cheapest cake that you can get. I highly recommend stopping in to talk to the bakers and try out the cupcakes that they offer daily in their case, which will help you to understand why these cakes are a little more expensive.

OMG!!!! If you want the perfect cake and the perfect bakers, Couture Cakes & Confections is where you need to go. Kimberly was waaaaay more than helpful! She offered great advice on about which flavors and icings would pair well with each other. My husband and I are heavy coffee drinkers so we had for our wedding cake the almond chocolate chip cake with espresso dark chocolate ganache with espresso icing, and a seconf flavor of of almond cake with blackberry compote and blackberry icing. Everyone raved about the cake!!! I had the fruit flavor because some of the guests I knew did not like coffee. However, those people said they even tried it and they loved it!!! The presentation of our cake was simply astonishing!!!!! Pure artistry!!! Kim even called me the day before our wedding just to see how my nerves were holding up!!! I heart you Kimberly!!!! Plus, cake has the tendency to make me sick because I can't digest high amounts of sugar properly, so I was concerned that if I ate too much cake I would get sick on my big day! But with the awesome natural batters I was completely fine!! When we had went to our consult I nearly ate the whole 3 cupcakes for tasting and didn't get sick at all!!! Again I heart you Kimberly!!! We don't live in Chattanooga but I can guarantee that for any special event we will be purchasing from Couture Cakes & Confections!!!!! LOVE U GUYS!!!!!!

Our wedding cake was absolutely fabulous! (July 23, 2011) Really we couldn't have asked for anything more! The bride's cake was beautiful and so elegant, and the groom's cake was my husband to a T! The decorations and construction of the cakes were superb and tasted wonderful! Thank you so much for the hard work and for helping making our day so memorable and special!

I could not me more pleased with Couture Cakes!! Our wedding had some bright colors and had a very whimsy feel to it. I was a little nervous about the cake being too comical and not wedding enough but Kimberly and Andrew were able to make us a wedding cake that was beautiful, elegant, and fit in with the reception PERFECTLY! They were very good about listening to our ideas, offering their opinions, and then using their expertise to make an amazing cake. The grooms cake was absolutely AMAZING!! My husband and I are really into photography and they were able to put replica of his camera and film real with pictures of us throughout our relationship onto the cake! People are still talking about the cakes!! Not only how good they looked but the taste too!! They were amazing! Some of the best cake I have ever had! (and several people at the wedding said that too!) And they have sooo many flavor options to choose from! I'm still going back and getting cupcakes from them so that I can taste there amazing creations!! If you want a wedding cake, birthday cake, or some other kind of celebration cake that will really stand out GO TO COUTURE CAKES!!!

Couture Cakes was amazing!! Kimberly and Andrew were great throughout the whole process. I am in school in Nashville but my wedding was in Chattanooga but that didn't stop me from getting a great experience. A couple of times I was in Chattanooga and just stopped in to talk about the cake and they would stop what they were doing to help me. I am an indecisive person and with hundreds of flavor options, it was almost impossible to make the final selection! I had brought in a few general design pictures for my cake but definitely wanted something original and Kimberly was very excited to create an original cake for me. When she was telling me her design options, I couldn't exactly picture how it would look in my head so she rolled out the fondant and design onto the right size styrofoam pieces and practically built me a cake in a matter of minutes in the store so I could see how to cake would actually look. It was definitely above and beyond what I expected and it was exactly what I needed to make the decision! The day of the wedding when the cake was delivered I couldn't stop looking at it! I couldn't take my eyes off of the intricate design, there was something new to see over every inch of the cake. I got so many compliments on how the cake look and tasted! It is definitely the best tasting cake, icing and fondant I have ever had. Everything is made from scratch including the fondant, and it doesn't taste like the stuff from the bucket, it actually is very good. Me and my husband didn't get enough of our chocolate and caramel drizzle cake at the wedding and we've been craving more!! Now that I know what a really delicious cake tastes like, I'm not sure I'll ever be able to eat another cake again! Thank you to Kimberly and Andrew for a wonderful experience!

Couture Cakes was great!!!! Kimberly and Andrew embraced my ideas and improved upon them. There is no question that they can make beautiful, traditional wedding cakes – but where they truly impressed me was how excited they were to help me with my un-traditional wedding cake. They are so innovative and are the best with working with special requests. I am not a fan on fondant…no problem was the answer, I don’t want the same cake as anyone else... no problem again, and I really want Italian Crème Cake but it is not a popular choice with my guests….no problem – it is your day we will make it happen . Do not let the gluten free fool you folks – the cakes are delicious and you would never know that there was anything “missing”.

There are no cookie cutter cakes here and your cake will be unique and different from the others you have seen. I had my heart set on a picture in a magazine of a cake that I wanted – other cake places that I went to said, “Yeah, I can do that. Here is the price”. At Couture Cakes Kimberly said (extremely excited), “Yeah, I can do that – but here is what I think will make it even better, tell me what you think!” They brought details to my cake that I had not even thought off and they consulted me every step of the way – offering me samples of ideas and making sure that I got what I wanted as a bride and made my guests happy as well. They even made a special mini cake for my husband’s nephew who has special dietary needs.

They also made our groom’s cake, again better than what I was thinking just like my wedding cake. I envisioned a flat sheet cake – but that would not do for Kimberly and Andrew – they designed a 3-D World of Warcraft cake that was a surprise for the groom and even made it peanut butter and chocolate. The groom’s cake did not steal the show – but there was some fierce competition.

Also let it be known that their creativity does not only apply to cakes. They also made some of my favors for my welcome bags for my out of town guests. We introduced them to the south with Kimberly’s amazing “Pork Chocs”. My guests were amazed and still cannot stop talking about these treats – you have never had anything like this before. If you want to find out what they are you must visit Couture Cakes and ask – don’t be afraid they sound weird but you will not be disappointed.

We hired Couture Cakes & Confections by A Bountiful Harvest in Chattanooga, Tennessee to design and create multiple cakes for our wedding, twelve table cakes, a five-tier wedding cake, a hand carved groom’s cake, an elaborate mini dessert and candy bar which include a variety of handmade Belgian chocolate truffles, dozens of chocolate dipped treats and take home favors for our 350 guests. It was a huge undertaking one Couture Cakes & Confections mastered beautifully! All of the cakes were absolutely stunning and our five-tier wedding cake was quite the conversation piece and garnered everyone's admiration. They were so fresh, moist and wonderfully tasty that our guests enjoyed every bite as did Henry and I. We had friends and family attend from 8 states and 3 countries who all enjoyed the cakes and desserts so much they are still talking about them. Henry has passed along their name and business cards to all his partners at his firm as have I to my colleagues and we suspect Couture Cakes will be hearing for many of them in the near future. Couture Cakes of Chattanooga came highly recommend to my Fiancé and I by friends in Nashville who used them for their wedding two years ago. After seeing photographs of their wedding cake and hearing their reviews on the taste and quality of the cakes I immediately called to book a consultation. Good thing I had over a year because they were already booked for my date luckily we were able to change our date to the following weekend.
After over a year of planning our destination wedding in Tennessee it was such a delight both seeing the finished cakes and eating them too! The bride and groom’s cakes Couture Cakes of Chattanooga made for our wedding were so beautiful. The colors were perfectly matched to our color palette and the cakes were absolutely delicious, especially the fondant and buttercream icing. The English toffee filling in Peter’s cake was a very sweet surprise our guests weren’t expecting. I could not believe that the flowers on the bridal cake weren't real…they were so perfect and beautifully painted. Everything on the cake was exceptionally detailed and it was a shame to have to cut into it. But, we did and thoroughly enjoyed every last bite. Actually, truth be told we didn't just enjoy it, but devoured it! It was fabulous! Kimberly and Andrew at Couture Cakes of Chattanooga are so gifted, they made the outside of each cake as beautiful as the inside tasted and that's a very special talent that doesn’t come along much in wedding cakes. Usually wedding cake doesn’t taste very nice but so is NOT the case with Couture Cakes of Chattanooga trust me on this one. We’re from New England and we’ve had cake from both the Charm City Cakes (Ace of Cakes) and Cake Boss bakeries at various events and in all honesty the taste and quality cannot even compare to Couture Cakes of Chattanooga.

My cakes were THE single most important aspect of my wedding to me... aside from the groom, of course! Needless to say, I was extremely picky about them as a result. Given that my wedding was a destination wedding, I hired Couture Cakes sight unseen and did all of the coordinating with Kimberly via phone and email. When my cakes arrived on my wedding day, they exceeded my expectations!!! Couture Cakes created a custom four tier cake in my wedding colors as my cake and a 3-D cake of a moose in a tuxedo sitting on top of a giant muffin for our groom's cake. They were the most amazing cakes I've ever seen in person! Apparently, our guests thought so as well because, as we received photos of our wedding from our friends and family, there were several pictures of the cakes included in each set! On top of looking fabulous, the cakes tasted phenomenal! I chose alternating layers of lemon-lavender and coconut creme for my cake and chocolate raspberry truffle for the groom's cake. Most of the time wedding cakes look great and taste horrible... these cakes tasted as good as they looked! No small task! I would highly recommend Couture Cakes by A Bountiful Harvest to anyone getting married in the Chattanooga vicinity. I was married on Lake Blue Ridge in the North Georgia Mountains and Couture Cakes was able to accommodate! Definitely look into this bakery if you are a cake enthusiast! You won't be disappointed!

Couture Cakes by A Bountiful Harvest created a wacky style cake for my offbeat wedding that went beyond what we thought possible. My fiancé Bode and I had a vision of what we wanted but no one is this town had a clue how to create it until we found this company while talking to someone at Greenlife while buying some groceries. The lady told us she knew Couture Cakes made vegan cakes that we also gluten free and tasted awesome as she had bought one for her kids birthday party and was pretty sure that the owners could create anything we wanted. She was right! Bode and I give this company 100 STARS for both taste and design. They rock! Oh and hey they have the most AMAZING cupcakes you will find any where in Tennessee! Check out there Chocolate Decadence and Lemon Drop OMG….THEY ARE too DIE FOR!!!!

I have had the distinct pleasure of eating their delicious cake on six different occasions. The cake itself is amazing and their fondant is delicious! I know you?re thinking that fondant tastes bad, right? If so, you?ve probably only had the cheap pre-made fondant. Seriously, Couture Cakes fondant tastes fabulous! Better than any I have ever eaten any where else. The cake itself is super moist, dense and sickening sweet. I love it!

Since I had enjoyed their cake so much at other events, they were my first (only) choice for a consultation for my wedding cake. The tasting was obviously great but I was most excited about the design part. I showed them a few photos of cakes that I liked and we talked about the individual elements I liked from each cake but in the end Kimberly, came up with a unique design just for me and a wonderful groom?s cake for my hubby! Two words are all that is needed to describe their cakes - amazing and absolutely beautiful! They delivered my cakes to Knoxville on my wedding day without incident, had everything set up and ready to go long before our wedding reception, as promised.

Everyone at my wedding was very impressed with both of the cakes, most especially, they all loved eating it! It was delicious! I love their cakes and would consider them the best around. Their staff was willing to go above and beyond from beginning to end and that says a lot about their business ethics. They have delivered fabulous cakes in 100 degree Tennessee heat! Both the design and quality of flavor is wonderful.
