Thank you Barbara and the wonderful staff at Coyote Ridge Golf Club! Everything was perfect and none of us could have asked for more. Barbara was always so helpful and very very patient with me and my family. The communication she initiated between all of us and the vendors was very much appreciated and ensured that everything ran smoothly through out the ceremony. Until now, our family and friends can't stop talking about how much they loved everything about our venue from the food, to the lay out, the service and the wonderful view. Most of our guests are all "foodie's" and all of them are still talking about how much they loved the food that was served 3 months later! I highly recommend Coyote Ridge if you are looking for a venue in Carrollton, TX. They are the absolute best! Thank you again Barbara for all of your hard work.

We got married at Coyote Ridge in May and loved everything about this venue. It is a beautiful place for a wedding and the staff is so helpful. The food is also amazing. We have received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue is. I highly recommend this venue for a wedding.

Barbara Trotter at Coyote Ridge did a fabulous job with our wedding!!! She was always prompt in responding to my emails and she was extremely professional through out everything. She made sure that everything on the day of the wedding went off with out a hitch and she did a wonderful job making sure that we stuck to our timeline and kept everyone in line. I would highly recommend her and her staff. Everyone that I spoke with said that the food was delicous as well! Our wedding was a success and I have to attribute it to Barbara and her wonderful staff!

I wanted to let everyone that helped in my son and now daughter-in-law what a beautiful wedding was performed here. All the staff was great! Barbara a special Thank You for making sure everything was perfect! I have had many guest tell me that was one of the beautiful weddings they had been to. I was certainly very impressed! My new daughter-in-law was very happy with everything along with my son. Barbara was right there to help us every step of the way. I can not thank everyone enough for a great wedding! We had our ceremony outside the ballroom in front of a stone waterfall. It was during sunset and it was beautiful. The food was amazing and very reasonable. This would be a great place for any ceremony and reception!

I absolutely LOVED my venue. It was so perfect, beautiful and breath-taking. I did not have to worry about a thing. It was not a ridiculous price either! :)

Working with Coyote Ridge was fabulous! The venue is beautiful and despite a last minute potential weather issue, our outside ceremony and pictures went off without a hitch. The coordinator, Barbara, is fabulous to work with, as is her assistant Jenna. Jenna was the day-of-coordinator for our wedding and checked on us continually throughout the night and made any modifications we requested (like turning down the lights). They were both extremely helpful! The food and staff are great there and I couldn't have picked a more fitting venue for our group.

The person was not very flexiable, sometimes came off as cold or rude. Beautiful location, and things went great.

We were very impressed with this venue from the moment we walked thru the front door. The decor is very tasteful and with the neutral tones, go with any brides colors. The staff was amazing and very helpful the day of the wedding. We had an outside wedding ceremony by the water fountain and my only negative comments was that they were supposed to turn the water level to low, and didn't so it was quite loud during the ceremony. Also, they were to dim the lights during the reception, and it was bright bright in the room for our first dance, making it less romantic in the room.

Barbara, who is the event coordinator, is amazing. She's really responsive and patient and during the whole event, everything went smoothly. She was flexible with our changes and was very clear about fees, deadlines, and our complete order. Also, the venue was perfect for our size, plus it had the waterfalls and the golf course in the background, which provided great scenery for pictures.

Made my dream wedding come true! Was great. Food was amazing, flip of the room was quick, crew worked flawless and efficiently. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend to all brides!! I described what I wanted and they made it happen!

We used this venue for our wedding reception site, but not for the ceremony. There's only an outdoor ceremony venue, and it was mid-summer in TX.

I loved the venue - it is a very beautiful place. The architectural detail is lovely, and the ballroom requires practically no decoration. The food was exceptional - better by far on the day of than in the tasting, even! The atmosphere was absolutely PERFECT, and the size fit our guest list (approx. 200 invited, 175 positive RSVP) very comfortably.

The hard part about CR was the communication aspect. Their event coordinator had only been there for 1 month when we signed our contract (5 mo. pre-wedding), and was no longer with the company 3 months after that. She didn't respond quickly or difinitively on anything outside their pre-packaged wedding deals. The second coordinator we worked with was MUCH better. She was more responsive and flexible. However, there were several things that we just assumed we could do...and then did them without consulting the venue because we weren't able to get answers from them. Once the second coordinator began, we were able to clarify portions of our contract more easily. However, I'd make sure to have things in writing, no matter the venue, in case your coordinator leaves.

I would recommend CR as a wedding venue, no question. I'd just also recommend an aggressive communication tactic.
