Christin is very professional and affordable. The cakes were delicious...the picture she has up right now (heart shaped tuxedo cake) is the cake she made as our "groom cake". We got sooo many compliments!! We will be using her in the future

What additional services do you provide?

Do you provide customary cakes, such as Croquembouche?

Are you licensed by the state health department?

Not required by state

Do you offer private tastings or open house tastings?

Yes, private tastings are available by appointment.

What are your tasting hours?

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings. Other times available upon request.

Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?

Prices start at $3.00/serving. Servings are based on a 1.5"x2" slice. Pricing goes up based on decorating time and difficulty.

Does the price include the top tier of the cake?

Yes.

Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?

Custom cake designs are welcome. Bring pictures and other ideas and we'll make a cake that is your own beautiful creation.

What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?

My buttercream icing gets great reviews! Many of my signature/deluxe cakes use real fruit/veggies.

On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?

I make the cakes as fresh as possible. It is my policy to never freeze baked cakes without the express permission of my customer. Smaller cakes are baked the day before pick-up for optimum freshness.

How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?

1 large wedding cake or 2-4 smaller cakes.

Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?

Yes. I require any fresh flowers to be pesticide, etc...free. They need to be safe for possible ingestion.

What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?

Cake stands, fountain, pillars and plates, bridges, staircases, cupcake stands, castle set...

Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?

Yes. Delivery is based on miles traveled. Delivery fee is $10 and up.
