Creative Cakes

Overall this company was very good to work with and I commend to use them. They were professional and made very delicious cakes. It was finished just right and at the end looked beautiful. They were professional and everything was done on time. I would choose this company for your wedding.

The cake was absolutely what we wanted. We couldn't have been happier!

They're AWESOME!! They custom made our cake to make it look like wood, and it came out better than we could have thought. Got 10% discount for paying cash and we get a free one year anniversary cake. They're the best!!

The cake tasted ok but it wasn't what we originally ordered. They didn't engrave our initials like the original drawings had and the top layer was just plain when we chose a design. The cake really didn't stand out and people didn't comment on it as it wasn't anything special. Also the cake didn't look so great. I wouldn't recommend them.

Our cake was everything we asked for and more. It was beautiful. We designed the cake and yet in person I was still blown away. The execution was flawless and the cake was delicious. Guests asked for the vendors info. We are already talking about using Creative Cakes in the future.

Overall we were happy with the experience with Creative Cakes. They have a great variety of flavors to choose from and they are all pretty yummy. My only complaint is that the cake was not decorated exactly how we had envisioned. They added a frosting detail between each tier that looked cheap and was not something we had requested or wanted. But overall, it was okay.

We chose to go with Creative Cakes for a couple of reasons. They honored our appointment. We didn’t have to wait for a table, unlike at Cinderella Cakes (another place we were considering), where we had to wait awhile until a table was available for us. It felt more like a first come first serve kind of deal, rather than an appointment with Cinderella Cakes.We also felt like Creative Cakes was a classier place. For their cake tasting, they had us sample 5-6 (each) of cakes, fillings and icings, and all of these were nicely placed on a rectangular glass plate. Unlike Cinderella Cakes where they gave us one paper plate with just a few samples on it. They really didn’t make much of an effort to get us to go with them. For our wedding cake, we decided to just go with a simple 4 tier ivory cake. We didn’t want fondant icing all over the entire 4 tiers, but we did have them add some fondant draping on each tier. Since all of the icing wasn’t fondant, we thought the icing wouldn’t be very smooth, however on the day of our wedding, we were so impressed with how the cake came out. The icing was so smooth it looked like fondant! With the glass cylinder stands and fresh flowers our florist provided, our cake looked so beautiful! Many guests said our cake looked amazing, and they also said the cake was as delicious as it looked. Now we can’t wait for the anniversary cake they’ll be sending us…some of our friends already asked if they can have a piece!

We came in with 5 photos of cake styles we liked. They told us which ones would fit our budget and were we able to create the cake. It came out pretty good, we were happy with it. It tasted fantastic!

The cake was very very good. Our cake came included with our venue package so I was a little concern that it wasnt going to be that great but I was so wrong. I ended up eating 4 pieces of cake. The only issue is that the cake did not look exactly what we had dicussed in our first meeting but after tasting it you forgot all about how the cake looked.

Beautifully done! I absolutely loved it! Exactly what I wanted. The cake tasting was a lot of fun! All the ladies there are so helpful!

Great flavors!! We chose "Red Velved Cake w/ White Choloclate Chip" and "Chocolate Cake w/ Mocha." Delicious!! :) Cake looked stunning, we had a custom made cake topper from another vendor that went perfectly with the elegance of the cake.

I ordered a baby shower cake I went in and told them what I had in mind, the person helping me drew a picture of what I wanted and when I got the cake it was better than I had imagined it. My peanut cake was so beautiful tears came to my eyes. My first ultrasound picture of our baby looked like a peanut so we decided to call our baby peanut I got this idea i wanted a peanut in a bed with a blanket i got that exactly with a little extra the peanut had a pacifier and eyes, came with a bed and a blanket made of fondant in light blue with stars and moons . The cake was so delicious the bed was whited cake with bavarian cream and rasberry cream and the peanut was a marbel cake with cappuccino cream :)thank you creative cakes all our family and friends enjoyed this cake

Creative Cake's did such a great job on my cake. I asked for something a little different and they did a great job executing my request! Their cakes are to die for!!! There wasn't any left for us to keep! :o) Good job!!! You can't go wrong with the quality of their cakes!

From the taste appointment to the delivery everything went really smooth. It's their business and they do it great. Our wedding cake not only looked good but taste even better. Most of our guests went for a second piece...at the end of the night we didn't have any left :) which is what you want.Fresh strawberries gave the perfect touch...loved it!!!

Update 8.4.11Post-wedding:Our cake was pretty but it wasn't exactly perfect like the picture we thought it would look like. Not sure if our guests liked our cake or not. Their cake is more "Americanized" - very heavy cake and heavy frosting. The raspberry filling with lemon cake was still my favorite out of our 4 flavors from each tier of the cake. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to taste the other flavors.Overall, their cake is just eh/ok.1.15.11 - Wedding cake tastingWe had our cake tasting on January 15. When we first walked into the door, Kristin came out and asked how to help us. She just told us to help ourselves to some water and/or coffee. They were preparing our cake tasting out in the back. When we finally did try the different tastings, she didn't seem like she was in a good mood or something. She "smiled" at us but it seemed kinda forced and fake. I didn't feel very welcomed either. I really didn't want to get her in an even worse mood so I tried to enjoy the process of our cake tasting. Some other bride came in for their 2 pm tasting and some other lady helped them out. That lady seemed a lot nicer and friendlier to the other bride and helped them out a lot faster.The cake and fillings were just ok. Cake is a little dry. I would've liked it to be a lot more moist. The fillings were ok, too. Nothing spectacular.Our cake came with our package and I had high hopes for our cake. Unfortunately, I feel a little disappointed with it. Especially with the service we got.She was still helpful, despite her bad mood. She answered our questions and made a drawing of our cake design, with the ribbon color.Hoping our cake turns out beautiful and delicious!

We were able to have our Mad Hatter/topsy turvey cake and still stay in budget! The helped us design the PERFECT cake to match our Alice in Wonderland theme and colors. They advised us to do buttercream frosting with fondany decor...and it worked out beautifully. They make delicious cake too! I've been caught making up excuses to order another cake!! :)

Our wedding cake was so gorgeous and so yummy! Will definitely be using them in the future for all my cakes.

Rockwell was my cake vendor, which was included in my wedding package from my venue. The initial consultation/tasting/correspondence were done professionally (i have no complaints). Even with last minute change, they were able to follow direction without any issues, and the cake turned out nice. =) in terms of taste, i heard good things, but i havent had a chance to taste my own cake due to.. heavy dancing. haha =)

Our cake was beautiful and was so yummy! The Rockwell staff was friendly and helped us make decisions by asking good questions. We were extreemlly pleased and will use them for future events and birthdays.

When we decided to have our reception at The Turnip Rose, Celebrations our package included our cake from Rockwell's. And we were not disappointed. From the wonderful cake tasting to the actual look of our cake everything was perfect. My cake turned out exactly as I imagined from the picture I gave them. It was my favorite detail of the entire wedding! And their service can't be beat. About 2 months before the wedding we had turned in rhinestones that were going to decorate 2 tiers of the cake. The week of the wedding Rockwell's called and asked why they had not received the rhinestones yet. I was shocked and explained they had been dropped off nearly 2 months ago. The woman on the phone was very kind and said she would look again and call me back. When she called back they had not been found, and she honestly admitted that she remembered being the one who had taken them. She had already gone out and bought new ones. Their honesty and the way they took care of the situation was amazing! I would recommend Rockewell's to anyone for their cake as well as their service.

Our wedding cake was beautiful and delicious! They took all the necessary steps to ensurethat everything was perfect for our special day!

Wonderful cake!! When my (now) husband and I went in for our tasting, we got to sample about 8 different cakes and 8 different fillings - all of which were amazing! We had such a hard time deciding on what kind of cake we wanted. We decided to go with red velvet with cream cheese mousse for 2 layers and white cake with strawberry mousse for the other 2 layers - so good! The cake didn't look exactly how I pictured it to be, but it was still beautiful. I would highly recommend Rockwell's!

This was the best part of my wedding. Loved the cake, and how it turned out. People were even eating two or three pieces.

I had a cake included in my package with my hotel so I cannot say about the price, however the cake was great, and beautiful and easy to pick out and I had no worries. They were flexible with all my little requests and it was beyond my expectations. I cannot wait until 1 year anniversary to get my top tier remade!

I went with Rockwell Cakes because it was part of my package for my hotel, but I wasn't too fond of my cake. When I went to the tasting, they said there was going to be a lot of cake to try (on the phone), but it ended up being like 4 bites. I thought there were more choices. Plus, I didn't like how they did the cherry blossoms on my cake... it looked amateur. This made me upset since I paid extra for the fondant.

We were married at the French Estate and the cake from Rockwell's was included in the package. We're hardcore fans of Rockwell's and order their cakes for EVERY occassion. They definitely did not disappoint! The cake arrived on time and it was GORGEOUS! It was EXACTLY what we pictured and the guests loooved the flavors. We saved the top tier since it's "tradition", but they DO make you a new cake for your one year anniversary so... how long that cake stays frozen is TBD hehe ;)

Rockwell's has the most delicious cakes! I was about to choose another bakery (which was no good) until I found out my package included a cake from Rockwell's. We went to sample the cakes and we fell in love! Our cake had 5 tiers and all were so delicious! They also did the artwork by freehand on my cake and it turned out really nice. I would totally recommend Rockwell's to anyone looking for a cake! Cant wait to receive our top tier on our first wedding anniversary!

We only went with Rockwell's Creative Cakes because it was included in our wedding package from the place we were getting married at. If I had the choice to go with someone else and not lose any money, I would have certainly gone with someone else. Although, they make beautiful cakes we were disappointed because the taste of the cake really wasn't that great. My husband and I at the time were looking for a rich, moist chocolate cake and their cake unfortunately, was dry and too light for a chocolate cake. We ended up having a four-tiered cake and had four different flavors: chocolate, red velvet, marble, and carrot cake. I also wanted a cherry blossom cake (I had the exact picture of what I wanted) and they recommended me to go to the site where I could actually order the gum piece cherry blossoms. Luckily, they had another client who had the same exact cake and ended up ordering too many. Rockwell's Cakes turned around and said they would sell it to me if I wanted. I saved money on shipping by going through Rockwell's, but I thought it was a little strange that they would sell them to me especially when they came from someone else. I gave them two stars for responsiveness because when they intially left my husband a message about the cherry blossoms and we called them back, they never got back to me. I called them during the week and finally got a hold of someone, All in all, the cake turned out looking great and they were easy going to deal with, but I wasn't completely satisfied with the taste of the cake.

I only tasted one bite during the wedding but it was very good and there were no complaints from anyone else. They were very easy to work with and they designed the cake just perfectly. We had to pay $2 per person because we wanted a stacked cake (they consider that an upgrade). That was strange to me but other than that the cake was beautiful and yummy and the service was great. I can't wait for our 1 year anniversary cake!

We had a custom cake made for our movie themed wedding and it turned out amazing. They worked with me on the design and it really made a big impact on the night and was a very special part of my big day. If you get married at the Newport Beach Marriott they include the cake and it's only a little extra to customize like I did but it was completely worth it!

Our wedding cake came with our package from Vellano. It came out perfect! The style, the colors, and flavors, were all better than I imagined!!!

Cake was delicious! I brought in a picture and they created my cake just as I specified. I was able to have each layer be a different flavor, which was neat. And the process of picking a flavor and design of the cake was fast and easy.

I have used Rockwell’s Creative Cakes several times over the last couple years. I was certain that I wanted them to create my wedding cake…Once again Rockwell’s fulfilled my every wish! The cake tasted great and she even mailed me color matches for the purple fondant since I live in San Francisco and the wedding was in Orange County. Everyone loved the cake. Two negatives: the bottom tier was not what I ordered. I don't know what happened but the fondant design had a skirt affect instead of a tight box with yellow icing. The bottom tier looked very ugly, but at that point I was cutting the cake so couldn't do anything. The top two tiers were great.

I really liked the customer service here. And I was able to make any cake I wanted to. Everything tasted great. I was disappointed that they got some of the colors wrong on the cake. They made a layer white when it was supposed to be blue, and the same thing with the scrolls. And I knew they had all the information to make it correct because I reviewed that with them. Although the cake was pretty, if they had gotten the colors correct it would have stood out much more with our wedding colors. I was left feeling disappointed. And the cake was included in the price with our vendor, so I don't feel like their was much in terms of recovery I could have gotten from it.

WE LOVE ROCKWELL'S! They were SO great at the tasting, and the their cakes can't be beat! I didn't have to worry one second about our wedding cake being there, what we ordered, and tasting amazing. Can't wait for the one-year anniversary encore! Thank you to the whole team!

They were very professional and had sooo many cakes and styles to choose from. They took there time on creating what we wanted.

Rockwell's created an absolutely beautiful cake for us. The taste was delicious- we even chose carrot cake as our largest layer and I don't usually care for that kind. All of our guests were amazed by how moist and fresh the cake tasted. Rockwell's even provides an anniversary cake so you don't have to save the top layer of cake! I would definitely recommend Rockwell's to all brides and we will continue to use them for our other cake needs!

Our wedding cake was so adorable and very delicious!!! We've gotten many compliments on our wedding cake. I'm not even a sweets person and I LOVED the way they did our cake!!!The ladies were very friendly and knowledgeable when we went for our cake tasting session. I'm a very indecisive person and they helped by making good suggestions. The shop is cute, clean, and the ladies provided excellent service.

They treated us really well, and helped us get the the flavors we thought were best. It was sensational and a definite hit at our reception. We had a cake with out reception package, but we came here and just had to buy after tasting how good it was.

The cake we got at Rockwells was really delicious! The cake was moist and very enjoyable. I've had many cakes in my lifetime and this was one of the best. They're great to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

Rockwells made our wedding cake and it was DELICIOUS! We got good reviews from our guests as well...I've tasted a lot of wedding cake but our cake was SOOOOO YUMMY! The cakes were amazingly moist...one of my biggest fears was having dry, yucky cake served to all our guests...THAT DIDNT HAPPEN! The tier we cut into was a white cake with a bavarian cream and raspberry jam filling...and for the outside of the cake- we didn't choose the typical buttercream frosting...last minute I chose the white chocolate curl with whipped cream for the outside of our cake...big, white chocolate curls covered the tiers of the cake...and I have to tell you - I AM SO HAPPY with my last minute choice. Not only were the guests served a slice of cake, but everyone was given a chunk of the white chocolate curls with their cake. What was the icing on the cake? (no pun intended LOL) They didn't charge extra for the white chocolate curls/whipped cream, they didn't charge extra for the different flavors (we had a 4 tier wedding cake and had 4 different cakes and fillings for each tier!), and our wedding cake looked different and beautiful! Just gorgeous I had never seen a cake like ours at any wedding I've been too! In addition, Rockwells is giving us our 1 year anniversary cake for free! So no need to freeze that last tier! =) I will definitely think of Rockwells for my cake/sweets needs!

Rockwell's was by far the tastiest cake we sampled. We went with a three layer cake with lemon with raspberry filling, redvelvet with cream cheese and a cappachino top tier. (They were the only place that didn't charge extra for different flavored tiers)Another big plus was that they will give you a 1st year anniversary cake so that you don't have to freeze your top tier. Overall, they were very responsive and friendly. The one thing we were a little disappointed in was the actual appearance of the cake. We gave them a picture of what we were looking for and the design was a bit more crude than what we were looking for.

I found the staff at Rockwell's to be organized and patient during our tasting. Figuring out the flavor options took less than 10 minutes, but the creative process of designing the cake was more challenging. Do some online and magazine research and bring examples of cake colors, shapes and designs you like with you. Rockwell's also has photo albums to inspire you.

I chose a four-tier circle/square stacked design with whimsical geometric shapes and stripes in colors that matched our fuschia-apple green theme. Each tier was a different flavor cake and filling.

The day of our wedding, I was thrilled by how perfectly our cake turned out. It looked even more stylish than I'd hoped. My only critique is that I'd requested buttercream frosting and Rockwell's used fondant without notifying me ahead of time. Fondant holds its shape better but looks and tastes like paste.

The chocolate curl cake looked and tasted great. We definitely recommend it.

Rockwell has wonderful cakes - it was hard to choose the style there were soo many!!! They also offer plenty of flavors and fillings so that everyone can be happy! We had 4 layers and 4 different cakes. Our guests were very pleased that they could choose a flavor! My husband was very pleased as well with his surprise groom cake that Rockwell helped me with...a Cubs baseball cap! YUMMY!

We loved our cake!!! It was not only delicious but it looked amazing and exactly what we wanted. I would recommend to everyone. They were amazing to work with and were very flexible!!! Matched my color perfectly, gave them a swatch!!!!

Our wedding cake was fabulous! Every little detail that I wanted, they could provide with no problem! The cake tasted wonderful according to my guests! I can't wait till we get our cake for our 1 year anniversary! We didn't have to freeze our top layer of cake, they send us one for FREE! How cool is that! I love that deal! Rockwell's Creative Cakes is not only creative but delicious. The quality of cake surpasses the typical bakery. Every one of my guests asked where I purchased my cake and what flavors I used. My cake was picture perfect and tasty too! Rockwell's is the OC's Cake Boss!

Cheryll is amazing!I wanted to thank you for the amazing cake! We ordered 3 different flavors for each tier. The carrot cake was so moist and it was a huge hit! People who didn't like carrot cake loved it! The cake was amazing in detail and we got so many compliments on it, I will email you the photos from our photographer. Just the hand painting of every single heart was amazing! It was our dream cake! Thank you again, the initial looked so cute on the heart, it was a very romantic atmosphere so it all worked it beautifully!

Great tasting cake! My mom scoffed at the idea of a wedding cake because she said she's never liked cake that's been served at a wedding, and I'm pretty sure she enjoyed this cake. We had a traditional tiered cake and a fun groom's cake on the side. Both our cakes looked like what we expected from the sample photos we provided. It was easy to communicate with them even though we were planning long-distance. We also love that we can get a free cake on our anniversary. For whatever reason (maybe our caterer cut the slices too small or we didn't account for having two cakes), we had TONS leftover. My husband and I took a container of it with us back to Texas where we live, and my parents still had plenty leftover after that.

The cake was delivered on time and tasted delicious! They were very helpful when helping choose the cake as well!!

I have not ordered my wedding cake from Rockwells yet (Although I will), but I have been eating at Rockwells for YEARS! They recently opened their cake/catering shop in Orange (separate from the restaurant) and they do such good work! My family has used rockwells cakes for every event you can think of. When I saw that they were on the vendor list for my wedding package I couldn't have been more thrilled. I am looking very forward to working with them for my wedding cake!

We used Rockwell's as part of our wedding package from our reception site (Orange Hills). The cake tasting went very well (even though we were super late). They were open to our ideas and requests. On our wedding day, the cake tastes so good...our florist decorated the cake with flowers -- and it turned out beautifully.

Our wedding cake was excellent. We had a red velvet cake with a cream cheese frosting. The decor was exactly as we had planned and the price was very reasonable especially compared with other vendors in the area. We are very much looking forward to the FREE cake that they offer you on your one year anniversary as well. We had the cake top one month after the ceremony (after being frozen for that long) and it was just as good a month later as it was on the day of the wedding. I highly recommend this vendor for your cake needs. All of our guests loved our cake as well- admittedly- our florist helped decorate the cake with fresh flowers on the day of the ceremony but the total package was beautiful.

These are seriously the best cakes in OC. They were so easy to work with, even though I was out of the state during my wedding planning. They made a beautiful cake that I custom designed and easily made each tier and different flavor. The guests were in awe that they could choose from 4 different wedding cake flavors all from one cake. It was a huge hit and a must for anyone getting married in Orange County.

The cake looked great AND was delicious. Didn't have to sacrifice one for the other. You also don't have to save your cake top because they make you a new mini cake for your 1st anniversary. Can't wait!

Rockwells came with my package at my reception venue, so I didn't have a choice on my bakery. They were easy to work with and dependable. The cake on my wedding day was delivered on time and it looked just as I had imagined it to look. I didn't get to eat much of my cake that day (we were too busy), but our guests enjoyed it. I have tasted better cake from other bakeries, but Rockwells is good too. No complaints.

We used Rockwell's Creative Cakes as a part of a package plan with our wedding venue, Black Gold Golf Club in Yorba Linda for our wedding on 9/26/08. We were pleasantly surprised of how well the cake looked and tasted. We met with Rockwell's in March '08 and chose on a design and flavor. A few months later, I decided I didn't like the design and my husband didn't like the flavors we chose. We went back to Rockwell's and chose a specific design and new flavors (red velvet with cream cheese and chocolate with banana).

The cake was so delicious and our design and flavor changes were met. The people we worked with at Rockwell's were very nice and accommodating. I definitely recommend Rockwell's Creative Cakes for any event, not just a wedding. My sister-in-law had her 30th birthday party in Sept. of '08 and had a Rockwell's cake. She received so many compliments on how great the cake was.

Our wedding cake was included in our package with Coyote Hills Golf Course so we had to choose between two vendors. I am so happy this was one of the options. The cake is amazing and delicious!! I wish they would have worked more with us on the design of the cake but it looked beautiful. We actually had another bakery design the cake and Rockwell made the cake with the new design.

They were part of a package I had with my wedding with Pacific Avalon Yacht Charters. I was so happy when they told me they use Rockwells! I use them for all my family events. I have never had a better cake!

IF you have the choice of going with a different bakery - I would. IF you do not have the choice, then ask to work with someone other than Maureen! She is not helpful in anyway and is actually quite rude. The saddest part is that I am an event planner and I would never provide the type of service she has to my brides.

I didnt deal too much with the bakery because my cake was included in my catering package. However, the cake looked fabulous, the best looking cake I've ever seen and the best tasting. Very moist and the frosting was so yummy

We got our cake from Rockwell's Bakery in Orange. It was marble with white chip filling and buttercream frosting. It looked like fondant, though, the way they did it. It was simple white with white tri-dots and a thick brown grosgrain ribbon around the base of each stacked layer. Everyone said that, and we still think to this day, our cake was the best cake we've ever had and it was gorgeous.

Their cakes taste the best of any bakery in Orange County. They are beautiful as well. We will not use any other vendor for our cake needs.

WOW! Great tasting, beautiful cakes! We had fun with the taste testing for the flavor and checking out their cake selection. If you have a design in mind, you just have to bring a picture. We had a Disney theme, so they incorporated mickey swirls within the cake design as a "hidden mickey". They were great people to work with!

Our cake was included with our reception site. We went with Rockwell because they were not busy trying to up sell us. They wanted us to be happy with our cake. I drew a picture and they created one of the most beautiful cakes I have ever seen and it tasted good too!

The cake was the best I've tasted. They schedule you a testing session. Only complaint I have is that the cake tasting session was rather hard to schedule being that it had to on a weekday and only some saturdays out of the month were available for tasting. They also sort of rush you b/c you are not their highest paying clients. The cake was however very beautiful and extremely tasty.

Rockwells was the Cake Pacific Avalon Yacht Charters used in my wedding package. I couldn't have been more happy! It was SO good and the look was amazing! They were really friendly and accommodating.

Our package with the Turnip Rose included our cake from Rockwell's and, while we were initially wary, we couldn't be more pleased with the result. We were able to make changes to the design up until 10 days before the wedding. They were always very sweet and helpful. We used a 2" green ribbon at the base of each layer and (I don't know how) it looked so crisp, even when stuck to frosting. I also purchased a birthday cake for my grandmother, who was celebrating her birthday the same day as the wedding. They gave me a discounted price and delivered it to the Turnip Rose with our wedding cake. It was a beautiful birthday cake - it even made my grandmother cry! I never worried about a thing with them since they worked directly with our Turnip Rose coordinator. The cake tasted phenomenal! And, they give you a complimentary cake on your anniversary so you don't have to freeze your cake top, if you don't want to.

Their cakes are FABULOUS! We picked 3 cake w/ different fillings - they were all wonderful.

I’m not a big sweets person. I actually didn’t care what the cake looked/taste like (as long as we had one (hehe). According to my guests the cake was good and we didn’t have any problem (we definitely had a lot left over though… Koreans aren’t big on cakes). Also, we got a small cake on our one year anniversary. No compliments here!

I didn't realize wedding cakes were so expensive, but it was beautiful and delicious. I highly recommend them. The taste and design could not be beat by any of the other bakeries we sampled.

Our wedding cake turned out not as I had planned it. The browns were different shades and it didn't match with the ribbon.

Rockwells cakes is absolutely delicuous. Usually, we heard alot about how wedding cakes taste so bad and lots of tasteless icing. Our wedding cake was so good and looked perfect. We could order different flavors for each tier. And on top of that, they give me a free anniversary cake.

Rockwells was great. They made fabulous tasting cakes that our guests kept commenting on and asking about. We get all of our cakes from Rockwell's. They were great during the tasting as well as with helping with our cake planning and advising us about the set up and other issues. they were helpful and made it so from start to finish we had no worries!!! I would reccommend them for any occasion

Our reception package included a cake which was from Rockwell's, and we were very pleased. We didn't have an initial design in mind so we chose from one of their many offerings and it turned out beautiful. They were very friendly and on top of everything.

The tasting was great, having the opportunity to mix and match several flavors to match personal taste preferences. They offer many pre-designed cake options, all o wich can be changed to suit creative needs. We absolutely loved our cake, and our guests devoured it. At the end of our wedding, we had only 2 slices left! No need to worry about taking the top layer to freeze. The bakery offers a free, fresh cake (of your choice) to celebrate your 1st anniversary.

I had searched for different cake places and many of them wanted to charge just for a tasting, I thought this was ridiculous! Rockwell's did not charge for a tasting and it was wonderful. They were very helpful and the showroom has many cakes out on display and pictures of many more in books. My husband was very pleased and he said that he had never had a good tasting wedding cake! Fabulous, especially for those on a budget!

My cake was unbelievably adorable and tasty! I loved the varieties offered at Rockwell's. Their service was efficient and friendly and they made the whole experience of taste-testing so fun! My guests commented on the cake numerous times!

The girls from my work got the cake from this Rockwells for my office bridal shower. It was SO GOOD, and so incredibly cute. If we would've gotten married in Southern CA, I would've used them.

We loved, loved, loved our cake. We had several layers with different fillings and cake flavors, and they were all fantastic. The cake itself was beautiful as well, and they had it all set up at the venue before we ever arrived. A great value for such a beautiful cake, and the best part--they made us a free mini-cake for our one-year anniversary!

The cake was had was delicious. We were able to put a different flavor on the top tier than the rest of the cake. We also customized the decorations and they were very generous with the cake tasting. We loved our cake. We also made a personalized cake topper with starfish to match the theme of our wedding.

We LOVED our wedding cake! They were very accomodating and made it just the way we would want it. We had square layers and a beautiful ribbon that went around it, to match the scroll theme. It was gorgeous AND it tasted delicious. We had different flavors for each layer and couldn't have asked for a better cake. Beware: At cake tasting, EVERYTHING is delicious!

I grew up on Rockwells Cakes so this was a pretty easy decision. We didn't deal with them all too much but they were good whenever we did. We had a very simple cake so there wasn't much to discuss. It was very tasty and we had lots of compliments on it.

My husband was a huge fan of the Rockwell's cake. They had a good selection of traditionally styled wedding cakes and the price was reasonable. We really liked the fact that they make you a fresh cake topper to enjoy on your one year anniversary, all you have to do is call and place the order!

I designed my own three layer cake and they did it perfectly...just as I had envisioned. They did a great sampling with us and were so flexible and let us design our perfect cake. It was beautiful and YUMMY.

Lost my custom ribbon I had brought in to have attached to cake which matched my colors. They did try to make it right, but fought me on it. We did really enjoy the cake itself though, and the top was still delicious after one year in the freezer on our anniversary!

I am always craving cake after set up of the reception....the sweet smell of buttercream, or Rockwell's signature white chocolate curl cake! There cakes taste even better than they look.... Always moist and decadent I recommend them to all of my clients. Lots of flavors and unique combinations.
