Glendoveers/Creative Caterers

Shannon was the name of the woman we worked with at Creative Caterers. She was an absolute STAR!!! She went above and beyond what anyone would expect from a caterer. She did a perfect job of setting the tables exactly as we had described. The food was to die for! We heard more compliments than we could count about the quality of food! It was because of Shannon that everything went so seamlessly that night. She is a master coordinator and caterer! She even carved the meat at our wedding! She has the most positive and wonderful personality too! She does phenomenal work! I would have an event at the Rochester Museum and Science Center again just to be able to work with Shannon again!

Very disappointing. Did not follow through on what was promised during multiple planning sessions. Food took a VERY long time to be served and was not warm. Not enough servers to handle the number of guests which meant dinner took so long to be served that people left before cake. Food was very average. Details were not what was promised- salad was not correct, garlic mashed potatoes were instant, steak was very chewy, etc. When we asked to speak to the wedding coordinator that night she was unavailable all evening.

We will be using Creative Caterers for our wedding as they catered my best friends wedding and did an extraordinary job!! The food was great and great service :)

Creative Caterers was an incredible place to hold our wedding, the site is beautiful and the location is gorgeous.

The food was great and the presentation was more then I expected them to do. They were so helpful in suggesting menus items. My family still talks about the food.

The food was fabulous. Have nothing but great things to say about this catering service. Very friendly wait staff, exceptional service, great food!

I saw Creative Caterers on the news and that’s how I heard of them. We were having an early afternoon wedding reception, and I wanted more appetizers than an actual sit-down meal. They were able to come up with a great appetizer menu with over 20 different appetizers, more than they have on their regular menu. We had so many waiters walking around with trays of shrimps and cheeses and tortellini on these cute little sticks. I loved that the chef and manager supported my idea to have appetizers instead of a sit-down meal, and no body left feeling hungry. There was still lots of food to be eaten at the end of the night.
