Barb and Jane photographed our engagement pictures two years ago and they were the first ones I thought of for our wedding. They are an incredibly fun pair to work with and the pictures are always beautiful! I think it is an amazing advantage to have them working together because they capture so many poses and special moments that one photographer alone might miss. They also have exceptional follow-up skills and were very flexible with us before, during and after the wedding. Both Jane and Barb were great to work with! They took their time to find out what I wanted and I could not have asked for better pictures. I used Creative Photos by J Reid for my engagment pictures as well as my wedding pictures. My husband is not very open to the idea of getting his picture taken and I felt that both Jane and Barb did a great job to relax both of us. From getting our engagment pictures done we received them in about 3 weeks. I was very impressed by the way that they also handled my wedding. I was of course a nervous bride trying to make sure everything went the way that I wanted it to, about a week before the wedding I had a phone call to just get everything in place. They really relaxed me and I felt at ease when I got off the phone. The day of the wedding, they both beat me to the church, and then took amazing pictures. They handled everything. I loved the quality of the photographes and really like the professional way they handled everything. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a photographer.

I LOVED LOVED LOVED Creative Photos by J Reid!! Firstly, going through the process of planning for the wedding, they were VERY quick at responding to emails. At the wedding, the photographer with AMAZING. She got along GREAT with everyone who stood up in the wedding and made everyone feel very comfortable and at ease when taking pictures, which obviously led to better shots! She made the picture taking process very fun and was very kind/patient toward the end of the night when everyone starting getting difficult to find for the final pictures. Not only did I absolutely LOVE every picture that was taken, but all of my family and friends LOVED them as well. I would not have one bad thing to say about my experience with J Reid. So glad I picked her as my photographer for my special day!!! :-) Would 100% recommend her to ALL my family and friends!!

We received a flyer with info about Creative Photos by J Reid at the Palace bridal show and gave them a call to get more details. Barb Reid was very helpful in explaining everything, and we set up an appointment for Barb to come to our house for a visit. She brought a collection of their photography, and we immediately felt comfortable with Barb. It was the same way when we met Jane.

We scheduled a shoot for our engagement photos at a local park in the fall. Jane and Barb offered ideas and also were very receptive of ours. We spent more than three hours taking photos, and the sisters were very easy to work with and felt like old friends after that. We loved the final product, as did all of our family and friends with whom we shared the photos.

Before our wedding, we carefully detailed all of our photographic needs/desires, the style of photographs we were looking for, special things and people to make sure Jane and Barb captured, etc. And we received everything we asked for and more. Yes, we had some traditional posed shots. But we also had great outdoor shots, spontaneous photos, photos that captured moments, people at the wedding, etc. that we were delighted to see after the wedding. Photographing included the time when the bridal party was getting ready, throughout the mass, after mass, for a couple of hours in Frankenmuth, throughout the dinner and until after the cake was cut.

The Reid sisters truly captured our day and all of the events in a way that we still talk about. Our bridal party, families and friends enjoyed working with Jane and Barb as they treated everyone with respect, were friendly and were very open to ideas and suggestions throughout the nearly 12-hour day. There prices are very reasonable considering all of the time they spent with us and all of the photos we received, the storybook albums and the DVD, not to mention the quality. They certainly beat out the half-dozen other photographers we compared for packages and prices in Saginaw County and metro Detroit.

My husband and I would highly recommend Creative Photos by J Reid. We have even talked about having Jane and Barb take our children's first photos when they come along.

My husband and I used them for our wedding photography and I would recommend them to any bride looking for awesome photos. I was a bride very head strong and wanted everything my way (but still wanted to have fun). When I meet with them to go over everything they paid attention to all our request and details. The day of our wedding they came to start our pictures and all we did was laugh and enjoy ourselves,I LOVE every single picture they took for us.Since my wedding I have been a bridesmaid in 5 and looking at all of their pictures they are missing some of the best pictures we had,I have notice no one pays attention the details like Barb and Jane do how they took pictures of all our guest at their tables how they went above and beyond for all the pictures with our family members. I could not say nothing bad about our photos and the how special they made me and my husband feel the day of our wedding. I also love about them a year later I recieved a lovley email from them wishing us a happy annivesary. Their prices are amazing and their work and hearts are even better.

Creative Photos by J Reid took my husband and I's wedding photographs on October 30, 2009. We had a wonderful wedding and there is no other photographer I would have wanted to have taken photographs that day. Jane captured a lot of amazing moments from our special day and she made us feel so comfortable while she was taking our pictures! She came with a lot of great ideas, which were unique and fun! We had an amazing experience... As a matter of fact, my husband and I were blessed with a pregnancy a few months after our wedding and had our son on December 21, 2010 and we chose Creative Photos by J Reid to photograph our son's milestone pictures (3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months). She was extremely flexible, as far as scheduling and location! We loved having her at our home, because she even got pictures of my little family, including our black lab and chocolate lab! She was also very patient when our little man was being camera shy and crabby... you know how babies can be!

With both our wedding photos and our son's milestone pictures, Creative Photos by J Reid got our proofs to us in no time. I really loved the turn around on this because I was always so excited to see the moments she captured each session. Each time we reviewed proofs, we were never less than thrilled by the memorable moments captured!
