Cakes By Creme de la Creme

This was one of the few that don't charge you anything for cake samples probably because they have the confidence that you will be impressed by what you try. Out of the 3 cake places we tried out, it definitely stood out to us. When considering the whole cost including delivery and comparing to other options, it is in the middle price range. Our favorite flavors was banana strawberry and white chocolate sponge with raspberry. The jams used in the cakes were very fresh and homemade. My only wish would be if they had more chocolate cake options, but I guess I heard in general chocolate cakes are not popular for weddings. We picked a fairly simple, elegant design, but they perfected it beautifully.

Simply amazing! Not only was the quality of our cake top notch, but the design was amazing... elegant to the utmost! The staff was very accommodating (had to change the delivery time only a couple days before the wedding) and very very easy to work with. Thank you!!

After doing our research, we went with Creme De La Creme and was happy with our choice. We made a decision to pick a cake that had to be made with fondant. A couple months after picking out our cake, we heard a bunch of bad reviews about how terrible fondant tasted. So I started to feel like we made a bad decision. But Bart (at Creme De La Creme) put some time aside to meet up with me and allowed me to taste the fondant. And to my surprise, it didn't taste bad at all. So after Bart assured me that everything would be fine, I didn't make any changes to my order. They were responsive to my emails and a pleasure to work with. We were pleased at how beautiful our cake turned out & our guests said it tasted good.

If you've ever taken a baking class or if you're an at home baker, you know that made from scratch chocolate cake can turn out dry more often than any other kind of cake. We ordered a three tiered chocolate cake with raspberry preserves and chocolate mousse and it was hands down the best cake I have ever had! The frosting was gorgeous and they arranged fresh flowers (ordered through our florist) on the top and it looked beautiful! It tasted even better than it looked and so many people came up to me asking about where we'd ordered it from. Other reviews have said that they're a little cold in person... the man we met with was extremely professional, not overly talkative but you could tell that he was happy to be doing what he does. We had to change our cake from pick-up to delivery really shortly before the wedding and they were great about helping us with that! Over all: Excellent company to work with and well worth the money!

Our cake was beautiful, and very tasty! Our guests commented on it's texture and just how delicious is was well into the evening! I was very pleased with the end result.

My only hesitation with selecting this vendor was that they seemed a little bit "cold". Not very warm and inviting when we went to the cake tasting, a little stand-offish, with only grins and nods. They have an excellent business and product, and I was pleased beyond words with our cake, but I felt they were not very personable. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day?

These cakes are amazing! Cakes By Creme de la Creme are the best out there! We had a destination wedding so had to pick up the cakes 2 days before the wedding and drive them 3 hours before getting them into another refrigerator. They boxed them up in super sturdy boxes so they would not get crushed or slide around. We had 4 seperate tiers in 3 different flavors and they were all delicious! Everyone loved them, even the event staff! They were beautiful and delicious! Highly recommend!

The cake was great. It looked exactly as we wanted and it was delicious and fresh. We also added some dessert platters for each table to our order and those were a huge hit (we we're hoping to take some home, but they were devoured).

I love Creme de la Creme! They are simply the best in taste and appearance. We showed up to a cake tasting one week earlier than in their books but they still accommodated us! The flavors were so good that we wished we had a 10 tier cake. We selected passion peach and pear praline. We even recommended their service to my personal trainer who was getting married and they loved them too! Happy Planning and cake eating!

The wedding cake was just amazing. It looked a lot better when we saw it at our wedding than at the shop, and we were very impressed by the cake they made. It was delivered on time and by a crew who were very nice and happy, I loved everything about their service.

My cake was the one thing I wanted to splurge on for my wedding and I'm glad I did. I was hesitant on using fondant b/c I've tasted it before at other weddings and it wasn't that good....not my cake...it was delicious! Everyone loved our cake! It was fresh, not too sweet and looked amazing. I definitely recommend Creme de la Creme.

The cake was really a work of art. Creme de la Creme has just amazing cakes, some of the designs are so creative- it was really hard finding a cake that we both liked. Our guests enjoyed the cake and were as impressed as we were, so we definitely got a good cake. Price is really worth the art.

I had a wonderful experience with Cakes By Creme de la Creme; they truly took care of me! I placed an order for some personalized napkins for my wedding reception. I was very surprised when they emailed me the proof within an hour after I placed my order!. I am already planning to order my holiday party napkins and favors from them.

The cake came out perfect and I don't know what else I could have asked for in a cake. It took a bit longer than I thought it would to set things up, but in the end everything came out nicely done and we even got some compliments on the cake.

Our cake was phenomenal - the best cake I've ever tasted! They were very flexible, allowing us to send them a ribbon that matched our color scheme and to have two different cake flavors. Also, they arranged the flowers upon delivery to the site - the cake was gorgeous!

We had large truffles instead of a groom's cake. After a two month search, we found the perfect, most delicious truffles at Cakes by Creme de la Creme. They were flexible, provided us with a free sample of the truffles, and helpful in helping us pick designs. The truffles were so popular at the wedding that guests took home as many truffles as they could fit in their favor box!!

The cake was perfect! Three months later and people are still talking about it!

I was very satisfied with the cake we ordered. It came out just like what it looked like in the catalog, and it was one of the best cakes I have ever tasted. Really enjoyed working with Cakes by Creme de la Creme (love the name too), and was happy with their service.

Creme de la Creme did an amazing job on our wedding cake. It looked beautiful (they followed a picture in a magazine and got it spot on), and tasted great!! We loved being able to have individual tastings and thought Bart and Michael were great. We did think it was a little pricey, but we wouldn't have gone anywhere else! Would highly recommend to anyone.

The cake was amazing!! we tried so many different bakeries and this was by far the best! Not too sweet. The cake looked amazing, we got married on the hottest week in Seattle history and while all the guest were melting the cake was perfect! My only issue is that they have so many orders to fill in the busy summer months that i felt like it was a little impersonal but overall im so glad they I went with them.

The owner is very fussy about the details. She'll sit down with you and help you come up with a beautiful cake. Also, delicious!

Our cake not only looked amazing, it tasted GREAT! Guests are still commenting that it was the most tasty wedding cake they'd ever had. Try the banana-strawberry; it's soo moist. They delivered our cake across the sound, across a ferry intact and on time. Thanks guys.

I ordered my wedding cake with this vendor. They were largely very easy to work with, especially considering that I did all of my planning through e-mail and over the phone. The cake looked and tasted amazing!

Creme De La Creme had a quite a few selections of cake styles to choose from and also had a variety of cake types to taste. They were flexible on the design ideas we had and the cake turned out beautiful. The price was within reason and the friendly service was great.

I wish we'd gotten a chance to eat the bridal cake but I hear from our guests it was delicious. We had left over red velvet grooms cake the next day it and it was SO yummy! Working with creme de la creme was great although they could be a little hard to get ahold of at times. Overall we were very satisfied...the cakes were beautiful and tasted great.

We could only afford a small cake but they treated us like any other customer. The cake was gorgeous and they had everything ready as had been planned. It was a little pricy but absolutely delicious.

I first tasted Crème de la Crème’s cakes at the Seattle Wedding Show and I knew right away I had to have them make my cake. These cakes are absolutely delicious. They are also gorgeous! The cakes are a little expensive but they are completely worth it. I have been to weddings where there is a lot of cake left over at our wedding though there wasn’t a single piece of cake left. My family still talks about how good the cake was today. The bakers were very easy to work with and they took the time to help us figure out what size we needed. Since they are so good they get booked really fast, so it is good to get them booked really early.

The gentleman that helped us select our cupcake flavors was a little shy, somewhat unprofessional but the quality is UNBEATABLE. I am so satisfied with their service. We wanted to do cupcakes and a small 8" bride/groom cake and they were very flexible with the order. The cupcakes were beautiful and not too casual for our evening event either. They also tasted really good! Most cakes with fondant taste chalky, but they have a great recipe! I highly recommend these folks!

The price is quite expensive, but I am so satisfied with their cake and services.

Our cake was exactly what we expected and more. The price was more then fair. I designed the cake and they created it just as I wanted only better. It was delievered on time to my wedding venue - they took care of that. 1 1/4 years later (we were out of town on our anniversary) and 2 moves the cake tasted wonderful, just like it had on our wedding day! 2 years later they made the same cake in a mini version for my baby shower - we'd talked about it so much since the wedding, we couldn't have had anything else. My only complaint, I did two flavors on my wedding cake so everyone had 2 pieces of cake to try both flavors. Thankfully we had enough but it didn't leave many leftovers. We had cake 150 and about 90 guests.

Creme de la Creme makes the most beautiful, wonderful tasting cakes. They did an absolutely amazing job on a cake provided to us for a wedding last March at Bastyr University.
