Chrissy has a great personality and fun to work with. She's very flexible and professional at the same time. Haven't seen our actual photos yet but from her previous work, the photos are awesome with great style and creativity. She's very familiar with the area so that's also a plus.
(update) Following our wedding, Chrissy was quick to send us all the photos, 2000+ photos. It was definitely nice for us to have all the originals, however, there were so many photos that it was overwhelming to look through all the DVDs. I would have preferred to have a more condensed collection of photos, rather than 10 images of the same thing.
Perhaps my expectations were too high based solely on browsing her website. I felt our photos were very generic and lacked that creativity that initially attracted us to her. She did have a few photos that I love from the wedding, but overall, her assistant Dave's photos were more creative. Also, at the beginning of the reception, my bangs started to fall but I didn't notice. There were many photos with my hair looking messy. Luckily my bridesmaid noticed before we started shooting the cake cutting. Little things like that I would expect an experienced photographer to notice.
Overall, Chrissy is a very sweet and professional photographer. It's possible we didn't communicate our expectations clearly with her from the beginning. However, considering the amount we spent on our photography package, we were disappointed. We took more wedding photos later when we returned home to TX, but unfortunately there were no palm trees...

I LOVE CHRISSY!!!!! She was so helpful and professional and her work is absolutely amazing. I'm so glad we spent the money that we did on photography cause she is so worth it. Highly recommended to anyone. My cousin-in-law used her and I recommended her for a friend and my sister-in-law.

Chrissy was warm, punctual, professional, and very easy to work with. Because my husband and I were so comfortable working with her, our pictures looked very natural and turned out so well! My husband and I are ecstatic about our wedding photos!

From the moment we met Chrissy, we immediately liked her. She is such an ease to work with and her photography style and creativity were exactly what we wanted. Even her assistant's photos were excellently taken. Chrissy effectively uses her time to get great shots and many of them. Email correspondences were timely. And the photo album she produced for us was fabulous. The only downside of her service is that I don't believe she touches up any photo. Not that she needs to but there is no artistic value, aside from what is captured by the lens.
My only regret is that I did not go over a list of "Must Take" photos. I read that many brides recommended this, but I figured since Chrissy was a wedding photographer, she would know which moments to capture. Well... there were times, in hindsight, that I wished I had asked Chrissy to photograph. It makes me really sad when I think of all the missed opportunities.

Fresh, young, chic and very artistic with that Camera.....Chrissy Lambert has been one of the top photographers in hawaii for many years and will continue to be with her style. Photographing many many couples...she can really bring out the best and key in on "the look" of the client to deliver what is expected! I highly recommend Chrissy Lambert.
