Cristina made my dress out of European silk organza. It was absolutely lovely and so comfy it felt like I was wearing a nightgown! Her shop is small, but she is so sweet and there is a familiarity that is so wonderful when you stop by for fittings. I felt really great to be supporting this one-woman wonder, rather than a giant wedding dress warehouse.

Christina was excellent, very sweet and friendly and willing to work with you to customize the gown to your liking. She started out as a costume designer so she knows how the garment is constructed and where to fix for the best fit. She works out of her studio at home in New York City and schedule individual appointments, so it's more private and personal than being in a large wedding dress shop and waiting in line for fitting rooms. Her prices are very reasonable and if you go to her studio in NY, she usually keeps a large stock of samples at reduced prices.
