I went in to my appointment with several photos of how I wanted my hair done, and the french guy who was "in charge" of my hair completely ignored me. He argued with me about how it wouldn't look right, and then proceeded to do whatever HE wanted. I was HORRIFIED. It was totally not me and completely ugly. I hated it.

They had these two dimbo blondes curl my hair with two SMALL curling irons and then pulled back just a slice of the front and called it good. I looked like I was from midevil times. GROSS. I wanted huge curls and lots of volume. I had picutres - I couldn't have been clearer.

Then they shipped me off to make-up, where I just lost it. They then tried to "fix" their mistake and I was SO pissed. They still made me pay for the worst service I've ever gotten - ANYWHERE.

Disaster - never go here ever!!! Not if you care about your hair style on the most important day of your life.

Overpriced for the job they do (then again that’s what you get for going to a salon on the strip!), with an unimpressive staff. There were nice, friendly people there too, of course—but all it takes is one rude employee for them to lose my business. For the amount of money we spent there it was simply unacceptable.
