On our wedding day, October 29, 2011, we had an unpredicted snow storm, which limited the locations for pictures. Roxanne was great and came up with some beautiful ideas to capture our day. She worked with us to understand our style and vision, and was very flexible and professional. We had some issues with the outdoor photos, but all in all, she was the best choice. Her packages are great and reasonably priced to fit your budget and needs.

Roxanne made alot of my wedding planning stress go away. Whenever I emailed her she would respond that day, which helped alot because I was able to get my questions answered quickly. She is very sweet and soft spoken, but was able to speak up when it was time for the family pictures (I have alot of roudy family members!). I was so busy throughout the day, I ended up making a common mistake and did not take time "to smell the roses". The day after my wedding I felt like I had forgotten alot of it. But within a few days she had a video put together for me and it brought it all back. I never imagined that I would have wedding pictures as beautiful as I do, and am incredibly grateful for her. I have had many friends ask me to save her contact information for when they get married.

Roxanne was recommended by the venue we had booked for our wedding, after the florist they had recommended hit it out of the park...I figured we should definitely meet. I had all ready interviewed 2 other photographers, but Roxanne immediately made you feel right at home. What you needed or wanted...she was more than willing to do. She really listened to what was important to us as to the types of shots we wanted. And after reviewing our engagement photos that she did, we knew we had made the right choice. She will take the standard shots that everyone wants, but then when you tell her get creative or "artsy" she goes for it. And don't be fooled...she comes off as a little quiet which was a concern for wedding day knowing our families...but she was able to get everyone's attention when needed. She is definitely the complete package...creative, artisitc, flexible and assertive when needed...and you will end up with shots that you didn't even know she was taking!!! I would highly reccomend anyone to Crouse Photography for any of their photographic needs!!

This was my greatest photography experience ever. She was the most sensibly priced photographer in the tri-state area. Roxanne made sure we got all the pictures and poses we wanted.

Roxanne did a wonderful job and working with our time frame issues. We haven't gotten our prints back yet, but I'm sure they'll be great. She had a lot of great ideas for pictures I wouldn't have thought of, and she was flexible enough to stay later than planned to fit everything in.

Like most of our vendors, this one was you get what you pay for. We actually had someone else lined up and they bailed on us at close to the last minute. We found this lady through the internet, met her at the Jimmy's in Winchester. She brought some samples of her work and we liked what we saw. The price was about what others were charging, actually a little less. We didn't order a huge amount of work. We wanted our guests to take candid pictures with cameras provided at the tables. We did want a specific list of moments captured and she said that was no problem. We ordered our pictures on a CD (which we never got) and we got just the proofs. The pictures were okay. Nothing spectacular. With everything going on, I never even thought to have pictures taken outside the church, or with other family members, or different pictures with my new husband. And the photographer evidently didn't think to suggest it. We lost total track of time during the reception and about 20 minutes before her time was up, she came up to us and asked if we were going to cut the cake because she was ready to split. We had to hurry through that and take a few more pictures in the foyer of the church before she left. We didn't get much of anything on our guests, either. Many people told us she basically stood around holding the camera like she was getting ready to take a shot.

The client did not book a wedding package with me they booked a bridal session which I let them use on their wedding day to save money. This session only included 2 hours which did not include reception coverage but I went to the reception for a short time anyway. I would have never told them that I was splitting I would have asked them if they wanted me to stay longer but they would have to pay for the extra time so I'm sure that's why they didn't have me stay longer. The bridal session package she ordered did not come with a CD only two hours of time, two rolls of film, and proof book with 35 to 50 31/5 prints. This was clearly written on the contract which I still have a copy of. That is also why I was being very selective about what I shot. Two rolls of film doesn't get you very many shots I wasn't going to waste them on unimportant things like people eating. It also only allowed for me to concentrate on images of the couple and not a lot of images of family. It was the clients choice to book such a small restrictive package.
Wonderful woman to work with. Have sent most of my client to her if I am booked. Love her style of photography. She is very professional.
I've had the pleasure of working with Roxanne and she's extremely talented and accommodating. There are no worries that your wedding photos will not amaze you. She's laid back and easy going yet she has an eye for gorgeous shots. Be assured, you will love your photos!
