Karen was absolutely amazing to work with. Her boutique is like a girls wedding day dream. All the glitz and glamour you could possibly ask for. I bought my mom a bracelet that she had been eyeing everytime we went in there. It looked stunning when it came in. Now that I am married I still admire all my jewelry from my wedding. I bought my birdcage veil here. It is gorgeous and well-made, I wouldn't change a thing. I wanted something a little untraditional for my veil and this was the place! They had a wide array of both traditional styles as well as more daring ones. The prices were great, the customer service was amazing (don't see that often in rochester!) and i could not be happier with this veil.
