Ok, where do we start. This is a tough one. the good side ...we rented a 12 seater stretch and got a white SUV excursion- a good plus- thats where it ends. The lady driver with dreads was just sooo bad. We'd agreed 50% pay up front and rest after with the agency. So I get off from the church you know that happy moment to the limo, only to be met by her asking 'where is my money and tip?' I was wearing a tux with no pockets and wallet in bestmans car. I tell her so and shes like I'm drivin straight to the reception and not the picture venue coz we were late even though the pic venue was on the way and she had ample time to do so. She then proceeds to drive hard and reckless, just swerving hard, gunning the gas and braking hard - you couldnt drink anything and worse yet there were little kids in- flower girl and ring boy. So we get to the reception and we didnt come out and I had to scold her to take us like 8 mins back to the pic venue - wasted time. So we finish pics in short time and she refuses to take us to reception saying she has another appointment even though our reception was on the same road to the place she was going. At this point I call the company and inform the guy of the mess. He consoles me and I tell her to listen to her boss at which she replied "he is not my boss", so I think it was a subcontract thing going on hence her whole behavior. Either way it took me 30 mins to calm my rattled nerves on arrival. I say beware...and avoid the dreaded female driver. Too much drama.Looking back at the video footage and pics captured the whole part makes me want to warn others to beware. I put high value marks coz of the upgrade and the flexibility of the guys at the office to control things, but low based on her tirade and manner. Aaah, dont you just love weddings!
