Anne Lewis is a one of a kind wedding cake baker and designer. My husband and I got married on March 28, 2010 and she made two wedding cakes for us. Anne and I sat down and sketched out each cake. From what I had envisioned in my mind, she took a rough sketch and turned them both into masterpieces. One was a hockey rink with figurines of my husband and I on top of a zambonie and the brides cake was an elegant five tiered classic cake with beautiful pearl detail. Both cakes were completely edible and tasted amazing! The cakes were moist and creamy with just the right amount of sweetness! I would HIGHLY recommend working with Custom Cakes etc. because of the professionalism and meticulous work that Anne does. I loved my cakes as did all of our guests. Anne is very friendly and was wonderful to work with! Thank you Anne for being part of our special day and we can't wait for you to make more cakes for other special occasions!

The cakes for this wedding were amazing. My favorite was the grooms cake. It was a total show stopper. It was a hockey rink, with a zamboni and the bride and groom made out of gumpaste. Everything was edible including the glass around the rink. WOW! amazing and tasted great too
