Cut the cake fit me in at the last minute on their busiest week. The cakes were beautiful and they were easy to work with.

Cut the Cake provided both the wedding cake and a grooms cake. Both of which were spectacular! The vision of my cake was executed perfectly by the team at Cut the Cake. The Grooms cake was wonderful as well! The cake was also very good tasting, and enjoyed by all of the guests.

Our wedding cake and Groom's cake turned out amazing! We had my husband's military jacket with all of this pins, riboons and stuff sent to Cut the Cake to create his cake and it was amazking how real and detailed they were with the cake. THE BEST CAKE EVER!!! :)

I provided a picture of what I was wanting and they did an incredible job of giving me exactly what I wanted! (It looked better than the picture!) And the different flavors were all delicious! On top of all that the price was a great value! Would definitely use again!

Cut the Cake designed a 3 tier square cake to feed 100 guests at my wedding. Each layer was different. My FAVORITE FLAVOR is the red velvet cake, which I tasted at their hip booth at a Peabody wedding show. I appreciated all of the photos on their website that helped me decide what I wanted. I'm not the kind of girl who has planned her wedding since childhood, and so I valued the advice Jaimz offered. The wedding cake looked PHENOMENAL. We rented their cake stand, but she threw it in free because we paid in full on the day we placed our order. You might try that :).

Delicious moist cake, wrapped up in beautiful decorations. I got our wedding cake, grooms cake, and even an anniversary cake for my sister-in-law from Cut the Cake and all three were amazing. I was concerned at first with having a buttercream cake in July, as another shop told me I have to have fondant, and also about how smooth it would look. Cut the Cake removed all my fears when I was looking through a book of fondant cakes and realized the front said buttercream! My cake didnt melt, (we did have an indoor wedding) and it couldnt have looked smoother. Jaimz met with me several times to make sure the inside and outside were exactly how we wanted, even making a custom flavor for us! I plan on getting all my future cakes from Cut the Cake.

Cut The Cake..I had a Very Large Bright "Peacock" Wedding cake and the Peacock Tail was totaly Edible. I think my guess took more pictures of my Cake Than me.They did any outstanding job. People to this day who were at the wedding keep commenting on how great a job they did. I used Cut the Cake to have wedding cupcakes done instead of a traditional wedding cake. Jaimz was amazing and helped me to design a cake that I was absolutely in love with. It was exactly what I wanted and I was able to have as many flavored cupcakes as I wanted (I had 7!!!) The only hiccup was that the day of the wedding only about 140 of the 456 cupcakes I ordered showed up but they worked hard to get the rest to the reception before it started. All my guests love the cupcakes and we made to go boxes and they were able to take them home as favors. They were definitely a great idea.

The cake was amazing. I don't even like cake very much and I had several slices of all the layers (over 2 days). The cake was every bit, if not better than it looked. My daughter was thrilled that they created the cake of her dreams. Since her wedding was a destination wedding she didn't want to see the rest of the family after the day of the wedding. She and her new hubby wanted it to feel like a honeymoon not a family vacation. So when we discovered that we had their slices of the cake I texted her to tell her that the family would eat the cake instead of disturbing them. She promptly texted me back a strong "NO!", that she would make this one exception to meet and get theircake. That's how much they liked the cake. lol

We had a wonderful design and tasting session with Jaimz. I don't think either my groom or I had ever been so excited for something before! The cake was delicious at the tasting, and was fabulous at the wedding. We can't wait to have more of it at our 1 year anniversary. One of the big sellers for us in choosing Cut the Cake is the offer to give us the topper of the cake at our one year anniversary.Although the cake didn't look exactly as I'd designed it, it was still very pretty and received a lot of compliments. The ONLY bad thing I can say is that our topper - a sitting groom and a separate bride - was damaged. The groom was not seated far enough back on the cake and toppled, breaking his arm. I'll have to find the groom and repurchase him because he can't be repaired.

We loved our cake!!! We ended up doing a fake bottom layer with extra sheet cake in the back. It was cheaper for us that way, but nobody could tell :) I normally don't like fondant, but theirs was actually really good. The cake was super moist and had great flavor. The decoration was beautiful and the cake was up on stage in the center of attention...turned out exactly as I wanted it to.

I cannot say enough about my fantastic cake from Cut the Cake. I had so many compliments about how beautiful it was and also about how delicious. At the tasting I honestly couldn't decide what flavors to choose; they were really that delicious. Jaimz worked with me to get all the flavors and fillings I wanted into my cake. She also made sure the design was exactly what I wanted. Honestly, when my cake showed up on wedding day I said, "Oh my gosh. I LOVE my cake!" a dozen times. It was absolutely perfect! The cake literally looked 100 times BETTER than the picture I sent them. They really made it MY cake instead of copying what the picture was. I am so grateful I had these wonderful ladies be a part of my wedding. There is no one better!

After having one bad experience from another cake vendor that was highly recommended by a couple I found Cut the Cake and thank goodness I did. Not only did they provide our Rehearsal Dinner cake but our wedding cake as well. The pricing was just as incredible as their cakes. David and I are not cake people. However, when we had our *free cake tasting of 8+ flavors and fillings it seemed that we had been lying to ourselves ... that or we only like how Cut the Cakes flavors taste. We couldn't decide between the almond amaretto or the 5 flavored pound cake so we got both with the delicious bavarian cream filling for our wedding cake. Both cakes looked amazing and not to mention flawless. The majority of our wedding cake was butter cream frosting. I had an idea sketched out at our tasting and they truly turned into life come our wedding day. We received nothing but compliments about our cake and guests even went back for seconds. Do yourself a favor and skip the hassle and go with Cut the Cake!

Cut the Cake did a wonderful job for our wedding. We were out of state, and they did great working with us and making this part of our wedding stress free. Our wedding cupcakes and groom's cake were awesome!!! Everyone is still talking about how delicious the cake was and how great it looked. Our groom's cake was an armadillo (a nod to Steel Magnolias) and it looked amazing and tasting just as great. I don't know how they make everything look and taste so good. My husband and I were not particularly interested in the design of our wedding cake. We didn't care for fondant, so we wanted a cake with buttercream frosting and a great taste. Julie met and exceeded our expectations: our cake was affordable, beautiful, but most of all delicious! I would highly recommend Cut the Cake for any bride.

Julie was so easy to work with - I brought her a picture of what I wanted and she did an awesome job. I had mini cupcakes on a cupcake stand that I decorated and a small cake on top. My florist put daisies all around the stand and it was a beautiful display. The cupcakes were wonderful - several different flavors with fillings. Loved it!

Our wedding cake was so beautiful! My husband, our wedding planner, and I met with Julie one time. I had printed some pictures of cakes that we liked to give her an idea of what we were looking for. She had dozens of photo albums for us to look through. We ending up "cutting and pasting" together a few different cakes. I wasn't sure what the final product was going to look like but when we walked into the reception and saw it, we were blown away. It was exactly what we described. And it was delicious. We did a package deal with a wedding planner so I don't know the actual cost, but it fit in our budget and it was well worth it.

OMG! Julie's cakes are phenomenal! I ordered mini cupcakes from Cut The Cake for my wedding in February 2010. Julie was really helpful with the design and flavor combinations. Carrot cake, red velvet with cream cheese filling, chocolate with chocolate ganache filling, and vanilla raspberry swirl with lemon curd filling - my mouth is watering just thinking about them. Six months later, I still dream about them. They were seriously the best I've ever had. My only regret is not being able to eat more of them!

Just ring the door bell, and she will appear.I never expected such a masterpiece on my wedding day, done exactly the way I wanted it, and then some, at a very competitive price!! I even got her to do a small groom's cake for me, and that was also outstanding!

I am a designer and had put together our Save the Date cards, Invites and all other printed material for the wedding.I am very particular about colors and I illustrated everything myself - the invite had two trees framing the invite with branches at the bottom twisting around each other into a heart shape.Julie saw my attention to detail and wanted to get everything just right, so we met with her maybe 3 times, which was very accommodating. I gave her prints of my designs, and we talked about the style the cake should have to match.We did not have to do too much talking. Julie had it - she is a true artist and delivered way, way beyond expectations.One of our more common comments about the wedding was, what a beautiful cake. As Julie had created trees in the same style, with leaves lifting off of the cake at the ends, coming to the top, where she had created an exact replica- in 3D of the intertwined branches that made the exact heart that I had illustrated on our invite as the topper. Trees may sound strange, but you would really have to see it, I was blown away.I happened to be there when she brought the cake in, and I had to hug her. I knew that the wedding would go perfectly at that moment, and it did.THEN - we took our first bites.I can dig on some cake, but this cake was ridiculously good. Our guests did not leave any behind :( but we did save the top to eat before we left for our honeymoon... yummmm.Being a designer I was hoping for the look we wanted, but also being a manager of designers at work, I did not expect to see something way better than I had expected. Even better, that artistic creation was the best tasting cake either of us had ever had for a fraction of the cost of what others wanted, we had our dream cake... thank you Julie!! and Cut the Cake!

Julie is an amazing, creative, artist. I connected with her free spirit immediately and had fun at the tasting. She even had 5 different peanut butter fillings for me to try after I had requested a peanut butter filling. She spent a lot of time sketching with me, talking with me, truly trying to understand what I wanted. And, she was so flexible when I emailed her one day and said "Forget everything we talked about! I want this instead." She made me feel that she truly wanted me to be happy and even hung in there when we had the minor crisis of me not bringing enough roses to decorate the cake with. I sent someone to go buy more and she waited until they came back, decorated the cake with the roses just as I had asked, and in the end, EVERYONE was awestruck by how beautiful that cake looked, and especially how tasty it was!!! I would recommend Cut the Cake to anyone needing a cake for any occasion. I almost forgot the mention!!! The price was GREAT! The best in town, and TRUST ME, I looked!!! Julie is a bit.. eccentric.. :-) which had me slightly worried, but she really did a spectacular job!!!!!!! I wish I had more of that cake... :-P

I worked with Julie Manning at the Cut the Cake and would highly recommend her to any bride. She was very responsive both by phone and by email, which was great since I live in New York and work about 50 hours per week and our wedding was in Florida. We didn't have the chance to do a cake tasting before the wedding, however due to Julie's professionalism, responsiveness and great website, I felt comfortable booking her anyway, and I made a great decision! Julie created a beautiful cake using a sample of a brocade stamp that I scanned and emailed to her. We received many compliments from our guests on the beautiful and delicious wedding cake.

Our wedding cake (a replica of our invitations) was exactly what we wanted! Her butter cream looks just like fondant but with better taste. The cake was so beautiful and tasted great. Julie was very flexible since the bride had trouble making up her mind. The cake was beautiful and was very good. Since there were fresh flowers on the cake, she worked very closely with the florist and everything was just beautiful.

Before planning my wedding I read nothing but amazing things about Julie and Cut The Cake. Unfortunately my experience was not so great. In April of 2008 I contacted Julie and spoke to her about a unique wedding cake that my fiance and I wanted. She asked me to email her the information and that she would get back to me. I immediately sent the information to her, and then waited. Over the next week I tried to contact her 2 more times to follow up, but never heard anything back. Less then 2 weeks before my wedding on August 8th she sent me a message to see if I still needed a wedding cake. I emailed her back to explain that since I never heard back from her I went with someone else. The response I received said "My bad". Julie has a fantastic reputation, I just hope that there aren't more people out there like me who had the same experience.

Julie is the best...literally the best. Her artistic vision and love for what she does is obvious. I never thought our wedding cake would be so beautiful, and extremely delicious. The price was fabulous as well! We went back for our 1st anniversary and asked Julie to bake a replica of our top cake...the cake was so good we ate the top part after the wedding! The replica was perfect and had us reminisceing about our beautiful wedding day.

We LOVED our wedding cake... it was beautiful! To be honest, I didn't even think about the cake until after we sat down for dinner and I happened to look to my left, and there it was! My husband laughed at me because as soon as I saw it, I got even more excited than I already was!! It was exactly how I had pictured it. I was a little worried that our cake topper would be too heavy, but Julie assured me that if it was too heavy she would put support throughout the cake to make it sturdy. My only complaint was that she seemed a little distracted in our initial meeting and seemed super busy.The majority of our cake was red velvet with buttercream icing (delicious) and our top tier was her pina colada cake with buttercream icing. Right now our top tier is in the freezer, but I'm not sure we will be able to go a year and not eat it, haha.I highly recommend Cut the Cake!

My cake was better than the picture that I gave her! She is amazing! She listened to everything I asked and she not only gave me the cake I asked for, she gave me more than that! She was so easy to work with and the cake was not only beautiful it was so yummy too!! I love my cake!! I got so many compliments about it too! Julie was also able to match the color of my icing to my accent color as well! She is awesome!My cost included a cake for 110 people, elaborate decorations, a cake platter, and delivery/set up.

The travel fee that we were charged was SOOO worth our wedding and grooms cake! They were both just so yummy and they turned out so much better than expected! My husband is a die-hard Dolphin fan, so they created his cake like a Miami Dolphins helmet on top of a sheet cake, and it was beautiful and moist and yummy! And don't let me get started on how perfect our wedding cake was! I had alternating square and round tiers, each in a different color to go with our scheme, each in a different and yummy flavor. They were both perfect!!!!!
