I ordered my dress from Cutlerville Bridal because they were the only store in my area that had the style I wanted. The cost was reasonable and the dress came in on time. When I had to have my dress altered I made an appointment with them. They called a few weeks later because something came up and they had to reschedule my appointment. When I told them I could come in Saturday I was told that Saturday appointments were usually given to out of state brides. However, they could fit me in a Thursday. I live an hour away and had to make special trips to Grand Rapids to come to my dress appointments. I was shocked that they would not have been more flexible since they were the ones who wanted to reschedule my original appointment time. I ended up going to another bridal salon for the alterations. I also had an issue with a pair of shoes I ordered from them, but they did resolve that problem.
By the time of my wedding I had been the store about 8 times and never once did I leave feeling like I had received good customer service. They were never out right rude, but I felt like I was annoying them whenever I had a question. If they are the only store that has the dress you want I would order it from them, but I would go elsewhere for alterations.

I'm sad to say that Cutlerville Bridal is out of business, but they definitely helped me with my wedding dress! I actually found the dress at a different business, but Cutlerville carried that designer and offered the dress for a much lower price. Although they did not carry the dress in the store, they ordered it for me and were so helpful with the fittings and communicating with me when my dress took a long time to come in.

Their prices were better for the bride's maid dresses than the other stores I looked at. They were willing to fix anything that the girls did not like about their dresses. They did the alterations there at the store. I would recommend Cutlerville Bridal!

I bought my dress off the rack at a very good discount. The dress had to be altered down several sizes, so I had to come in a few times for fittings. I was pleased overall with the quality of the dress and the service of the boutique.

This is a small bridal store in Cutlerville, MI that has awesome service and are very dependable. They have a large selection of dresses that you can order in almost every color. They only have 1 size of a dress to try on, but if it is too small to try on they hold it up and show you exactly how it would fit in your size. They were very timely and had good rates. But what impresses me most is their ability and willingness to fit into your time frame. 1 month before my wedding I moved out of state and wouldn't return until a few days before the wedding. They rushed and did my final fitting before I moved and then had the dress waiting for me pressed and ready to go when I returned to Michigan. Wonderful!

I had visited many different bridal boutiques throughout Michigan looking for the dress I had in mind. When I came into this boutique and described the dress I was looking for the lady behind the counter walked over and only needed to pull one dress off the rack. I wasn’t sure so I picked a few more, but as soon as I put on the one they had picked I realized it was exactly what I wanted. They are really knowledgeable and helpful! They were also very accommodating as far as making appointments since I lived so far away.

I really loved working with Cutlerville Bridal. They wanted to make me happy and did their best to find me the dress that I loved.

After a long unsuccessful search at other stores, I came to Cutlerville Bridal and found a wonderful dress at an exceptional price. The dress took a little longer than expected to come in so order early. The service and the staff were very helpful and the dress looked amazing on my big day.
