Lesley was a wonderful coordinator to work with! My wedding situation was super complicated but she was very patient and understanding throughout the whole process. I've changed the event dates, event programs, etc. multiple times but she was flexible every time. The day of my engagement party/wedding reception (told you it was complicated, haha) was amazing. Everything just came together and the setup was beautiful. I used their back "Parkview Room" and it was everything I wanted -- intimate, enough space, beautiful patio area, lots of natural light from the huge windows. The reason for the 4-star in responsiveness is because she is off Sunday and Monday so the beginning of the week is always an expected slow response, which is not her fault because I'm sure she has tons of emails to answer from her days off!
In the beginning of the planning process, I visited many venues and something was always a little off for each one. When I went to the Cypress bridal show (which you should definitely check out! free food and drinks!), I loved everything about the ceremony site next to the fountain as well as both event rooms (Parkview and Grand Ballroom). Lesley's genuine friendliness was also a great addition. I was sold!

When i set foot into this hotel i knew this was the place for us to get married. It gives you a warm and inviting feeling...a cozy place, even thought it still has the luxury of a fine hotel. The event coordinator Lesley could not have been more welcoming and knowledgeable. She helped with everything we could have asked for and more! Our wedding was perfect and couldn't have been happier to have chosen this place to start the new chapter in our lives.
I used the Cypress Hotel as our hotel for our bridal suite and for all of our wedding guests. Christy and Liz were very professional and great to work with. They even left us a basket of things in our bridal suite that came in very handy for the day of our wedding! My guests loved staying here in their animal print bathrobes.
The Cypress Hotel in Cupertino, California was the absolute perfect place for our wedding. We wanted our ceremony and reception at the same location so our guests didn't have to worry about traveling between the two. We also chose a hotel so our out of town guest had a place to stay without worrying about leaving the location after the reception. The Cypress staff was more than amazing. They took care of our every need from gluing together a broken earring to providing razors and sewing kits for the bridesmaids. Everything we wanted they made happen. Lesley Wilson, the catering sales manager, was who we dealt with through out the year of planning. She worked hand in hand with our wedding planner to make sure everything went smoothly the day of. Every detail was taken into account, champagne was brought up to our suite before the wedding on the house, and I 100% believe our wedding was a dream because the Cypress Hotel cared so much about what we wanted. I would suggest this location to anyone who is looking to get married in a stylish, luxury, boutique hotel!
