Cypress Grove Estate House

The venue is comparable to any scene from "The Notebook." It is picture perfect, and if you are looking for that unique, southern style, classic venue then this is it. Though your event is locked into one of two time slots: 9am-2pm or 4pm-9pm. So if you are looking for an all day event (unless you're willing to pay oh so much money), then this is not the place. It can be difficult sometimes to reach staff...

I worked with Cara for my 3-16-13 wedding. It was my dream wedding and everything was stunning. I wouldn't have changed a thing :)

As soon we toured the grounds at the estate house, we knew this was the perfect place for our wedding. Its beautiful setting made for an amazing backdrop for the ceremony. The amphitheater was perfect for the reception too. Our pictures will be great!! The layout was able to accommodate everyone comfortably (approx 100 people), and had great energy.
Cara was my contact there, and she was absolutely wonderful. Really, I could not have done this without her! She was there every step of the way, answering all of my many questions in a timely manner. She made my planning process easy!
Every one of our guests commented on how absolutely gorgeous the setting was. This is definitely a hidden gem in the middle of Orlando.

I couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding! The Estate House was absolutely gorgeous, and not a thing went wrong. Even though the venue is in a park, the staff made sure to keep onlookers away from the house during the ceremony and reception. Everyone was on their toes and made sure that our day was the best we'd ever had!

The moment we set foot on the grounds at Cypress Grove, we knew this was where we wanted to get married. We had been to almost 10 other venues and this one trumped them all. We had some small issues at first with miscommunication and the staff, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt because when we first signed the venue was undergoing some ownership changes. After that, however, everything went off without a hitch. The staff was friendly and on the day of our wedding, they went out of their way to make sure everything went perfectly--even with some unforeseen glitches like rain. They busted their butts to keep everything dry and looking good and moved it all back as soon as the rain stopped. They did it all without us or our guests even noticing anything had interrupted the timeline! Before the wedding, they also were pretty flexible with letting us add little personal extras like bringing our own signature drink, putting up custom-made decor, etc...

The grounds at Cypress Grove speak for themselves--everything is well manicured and beautiful. You barely need any extra floral because the scenery is so pretty to begin with. The venue is also great because tables, chairs, linens, etc... are all already included in the price, which takes a lot of your plate when planning.
The food prices are pretty standard and can get expensive if you want upgrades, but the bar package was surprisingly affordable compared to other venues. The bar itself is also really cute, and the bartenders were all super friendly and would even come up to us during the wedding to ask if we needed drinks, water, etc... Finally, the food was great and they have a lot of options! The catering staff was also very considerate and made a plate for my husband and I since they know many couples get so busy they don't get to eat! Our guests commented that everything was well presented and delicious! So many of our guests have told us how beautiful and unique they thought Cypress was! We agree!

Beautiful, Beautiful Beautiful. This place is amazing!!! I had the best wedding pictures ever. The staff was easy to work with know we were not a local couple. All I can say is this place took my family and guest breathe away when they came for the ceremony. I wish I had the reception there so I had more time to enjoy it...

Beautiful and elegant place to have a wedding. The house is very nice and the gazebo on the water is just perfect. Great place for pictures as well.

I wanted a Southern wedding and this venue provided a stunning location for just that! The entrance roadway is so elegant, the mossy trees guiding your way through the park to the old Florida house. The natural setting on quiet Lake Jessamine provides a perfect back drop for the ceremony. The elevated stage surrounding the dinner table and dance floor were perfect for my band and head table! Kimberly was my event coordinator and she was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive whenever I had a question or request and was a huge help with getting exactly the food I wanted. So many of my guests complimented me on the venue, it was absolutely perfect in every way!

The estate house was the perfect location for a wedding! It is beautiful inside and out! The park grounds are well kept and a lakefront ceremony and reception provide a beautiful setting. The team was very professional and attentive. It rained on my wedding day and stopped about 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. The team really pulled it together to dry everything and make the necessary last minute changes. The estate house uses Big City Catering so the food was also delicious. I recommend this venue!!

This place was absolutly AMAZING!! I could not have asked for a more beautiful place to get married. Big City Catering was in charge of everything witht he venue and they were more then helpful. Kim was there to answer any question I asked and kept me up t date and organized as we got closer to the big day!! This venue is the most gorgeous thing I have seen in the Orlando are for an outside wedding and they do a great job of making it perfect for your big day. I recommend this 10 times over to anyone who is looking to have an elegant outdoor wedding straight out of the movies style :)

I feel in love with this location immediately. I met with my planner and told her I was looking for a true southern venue and she referred me there. Gorgeous!! The staff especially Kim Boyd was such a pleasure. Great place to take the best pictures also. Only downside is that you have to end by 10pm.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this wedding venue! Not only is it absolutely gorgeous but the staff are professional and take great account for all of the vendors on the wedding day! HIGHLY recommend!

I absolutely love this venue. It is the only venue like it in town. So many beautiful picturesque locations to shoot from the lake, vintage bridal suite, the pergola, the outside reception, the hundred year old cypress trees, the rose garden, the water fountain the old fashioned porch the english columns and much much more! See for yourself why this is one of the most sought after venues in Central Florida!

From a photographers view point Cypress Grove is my favorite venue to shoot a wedding. Staff is amazing and you can NOT beat the views and scenery :)
