Excellent food. We couldn't have asked for better.

I had my reception at Le Meridien Chambers Rooftop Lounge. The space was gorgeous and the food was perfect. We decided on appetizers throughout the night instead of a sit down dinner. The food was all delicious and everything was warm that was supposed to be. I received so many compliments on the food! The event manager was very attentive and made sure all was running smoothly throughout the night. I would definitely recommend this location and caterer for any bride or other event.

D'Amico Catering was wonderful. The food was fantastic and the staff was so professional. One thing I was pleasantly surprised by was that at the reception, my new groom and I were personaly asked throughout the night if there was anything we needed. They kept an eye on us to make sure we were taken care of the entire night. I really enjoyed the tasting months prior, too. It was a fun thing to enjoy with my parents. We highly recommend.

What more would you want to say about your catering...the food was phenomenal. They provided delicious and creative appetizers, and the dinner was superb. To top it all off, the cake was lights out.

I highly recommend using them at one of their venues, as it's sort of a one stop shop. Their staff was fantastic, from my event manager Jessica, and her team all the way to the servers and bartender.

The reception was held at International Market Square on the main level. The facillity was beautiful and the staff were amazing. As soon as we walked in the event lead welcomed my husband and I and offered to get us anything we needed. The staff taking care of our meal checked on us and also let us know he set some of the appetizers on our table with thought that we probably had not been able to get any of the passed appetizers. The also had everything set perfectly for when the guests arrived. No complaints regarding this portion of our wedding. The waitstaff even made sure he knew the plan for when we were going to cut the cake so they didn't take it away too soon. The food was wonderful and many of my guests exclaimed how much they loved the food they received and what little I had a chance to eat was amazing. The bar was suppose to carry a particular item and that was not included as requested and I was told no problem. I was also suppose to have an item on the dinner plate that was not included where it should have been. Other than a couple of minor hiccups - it was perfect.

Working with D'Amico (especially Jessica) is great. They work with you to find the right menu, offer feedback on vendors, bake delicious cakes, and provide food that everyone raved about. (Seriously, this isn't just good wedding food. It's a really good meal.) D'Amico isn't cheap, but it's quality food, drinks and assistance with creating a truly memorable night.

D’Amico was wonderful to work with! Not only were they helpful when planning the menu but they helped with the set-up of the reception site and made sure everything was in place before guests arrived. Stephanie Moe was great to work with – for cocktail hour we wanted to have food that was not initially on their menu but Stephanie was able to work with the staff to create a customized menu for us and it was AMAZING! Our guests loved the food, I received many compliments on how good the food was – I even heard it was the best wedding food they ever had!!! I would highly recommend D’Amico to other couples!

D'Amico was a wonderful caterer to work with. The food at our wedding was delicious and we got so many compliments. Our contact at D'Amico was amazing. So helpful in organizing much more than just the food- she helped us with organizing and envisioning the ceremony as well as reception set up and dealing with our other vendors. The staff were friendly, efficient and did far more than I ever expected in helping to set up for the ceremony and reception. We truly had a great experience working with D'Amico.

When I first started planning my wedding I knew I wanted to go with D' Amico. Their food is delicious and you just can't go wrong with it, we got a ton of compliments on our food! Their service is great, they work with you from start to finish to make sure everything you need is done and they sure do get the job done!

D'Amico provided fantastic food and beverage service for our wedding. The guests raved about the food all night (flavor, presentation, etc). Patrick (our coordinator) was very open to changes we had throughout the planning process. Be sure to read through the contract to avoid any surprises (candles, cake being brought in, etc.). Overall D'Amico was great. Amazing food, good prices, and very helpful staff.

We worked with Brenda from D'Amico and held our reception at Calhoun Beach Club. A truly gorgeous and fun venue. Our situation was a bit tricky with our ceremony being held at the Sculpture Garden we needed a rain backup. So the call had to be made very last minute for set up and we have multiple plans for set up and seating arrangement based on what the weather would allow. Through this Brenda was so easy to work with. She had great suggestions and knowledge and really listened to your requests and helped make your vision a reality. Her patience was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed working with her.

Besides the venue being exquisite, the food was extraordinary! It was definitely a major deciding factor in choosing the venue itself. D'Amico could coin the term "not wedding chicken". We chose the Sea Bass which everyone should have ordered in my opinion, and a chicken dish. I was so torn between the two I had a special "bride" plate with extra items which Brenda offered! The food was so good the Sea Bass was actually a topic of discussion. I highly recommend working with D'Amico for not only their amazing pallet, but their quality of service as well.

We used D'Amico for our reception food and cake and they did and amazing job!!! Rachel was our event planner who was recommended to me by another vendor and she was wonderful to work with. The cocktail hour and dinner were amazing and they did such a good job setting up the venue. The cake was amazing too and we got lots of complements on the food, cake and specialty cocktail. I would definitely recommend them, they did a wonderful job!

Food was great. Food service was great. Event set up was great. Our cake was absolutely terrible. The Event Coordinator on both pre-event and day-of was below average and well below expectations given it was D'Amico. Room planning layout coordination could have gone smoother as well. All in, we were satisfied, but where and how they missed dumbfounded us.

We started out on the wrong foot with D'Amico. We had a terrible event manager who was not responsive and continued to “lose” our information. After many calls to the office and getting the run around, we were finally able to switch our contact with D’Amico and had a wonderful experience going forward. Excellent food, great service, and professional coordination for a wedding venue.

Our food, beverages and desserts were wonderful! We got tons of compliments on how delicious everything was. Our D'Amico consultant, Rachel, was wonderful. She got our vision and worked diligently to make sure we got everything we wanted. The only drawback working with D'Amico was the cake. The decoration of both the wedding cake and the groom's cake was disappointing. I wish we could have had the option of using a professional wedding cake vendor, but all food items had to be done by D'Amico. Overall, very happy though.

D'Amicos provided all the food and beverages for our wedding. They did a wonderful job and were flexible with the style of reception we wanted (a food station reception). They suggested a variety of food options that worked really well. They were also willing to work in our budget as best as possible. We received many compliments that it was the best wedding food they have ever had. Thanks for making our special day so wonderful!

D'Amico was really great to work with. My contact was responsive and always made me feel like my wedding was her top priority. The food was also amazing!

There is a D'Amico & Sons restaurant near where I work and I absolutely love their food! When I found out they catered also, I asked if they would do our rehearsal dinner in my parent's backyard (where the wedding was being held). I would have loved them to cater our reception as well, but the hall we booked had a house caterer we had to use (which was also fantastic!). Our picnic-style rehearsal dinner was fantastic!

The food and service provided by D'Amico was exceptional. All of our guests raved about how good the food was. The timing was perfect and everything came out quickly and efficiently. Overall, I feel it was a great value. The servers were polite and efficient.

The best appetizers - beet chips w/ tapenade, seared tuna w/ pesto, chilled cucumber cups w/ mango salsa ....the best dinner - juicy, flavorful Greek chicken w/ kalamata olives and tomatoes, roasted new potatoes w/ herbs, bright green beans w/ sliced peppers ...the best cake - vanilla buttercream on white cake w/ a light, lemon filling ...delicious!!! We had several comments that our reception food was the best our guests had ever had.

The staff was also incredible: the tables were all served within a few minutes of each other, plus our wine & water glasses never seemed to reach empty. They were so attentive.

The bar was also spectacular, with knowledgeable, friendly bartenders.

Finally, our planner, Brenda Probasco, was an absolute delight to work with. She helped make our wedding day the most memorable of our lives!

D'Amico Catering made sure that the meal at my wedding was EXACTLY what I wanted. I even got a call a couple days before the wedding to ensure they had the exact recipe for the salad dressing I wanted on our salad. We did attend a taste-testing which was great to get an idea for what we might want to serve at our wedding, and then from there we had an open line of communication of how they could change something to make it special for our day. They were flexible and did things off their menu to suit our needs. We have received endless compliments from our wedding guests about how delicious the food was, especially the dessert that we created with the chef- a warm hot fudge brownie with ice cream served on the side!!! Everything was fabulous right down to the service. They had enough servers that everyone was eating at the same time- nobody was sitting around waiting to be served while other tables were already eating- we were all served at the same time- the staff was VERY attentive to the needs of our guests! IT WAS PERFECT!

The food that D'Amico provides is AMAZING. I've been to so many wedding where the food comes out and you can tell it's been sitting in the back under a warming lamp and D'Amico's food is never like that. Everything tasted and looked fresh, hot and amazing. I received so many compliments on the quality of the food. Everyone was very impressed. Their choices are classy, unexpected and delicious.

D'Amico and Kirstin were wonderful to work with! Our reception was held at the McNamara Alumni Center in Minneapolis and this group was fabulous! We had sooo many compliments on the food being delicious and exceptional. All of the extras they did in terms of setting up the room, table napkins, setting favors, table numbers, help with cake design, etc. were appreciated and made the day perfect. Our coordinator was there when we got off the bus to escort us in and get the night rolling. They made sure everything was on time and made the overall night flow well! I would recommend using D'Amico for all of your wedding needs! Wonderful people and great service are two things that made them a pleasure to work with! Very responsive and willing to meet all of your needs as well. We had an amazing experience and our guests did as well!

I love D'Amico's food however beware they do not do tastings as they feel they offer their food/catering in many places and you can go try the food yourself.

Amazing food, amazing service! The D'amico chefs have a fantastic menu of things to choose from, but are also willing to create anything you can imagine. Worth every penny!

D'Amico proved to be the elite caterer in the Twin Cities! Our spring wedding featured a lavish buffet with butler-passed wine and appetizers during the cocktail hour. The meal was the most important investment for us and our guests were delighted by the fresh and innovative food that was provided. We worked with the planner to choose a spread that fit our taste and were able to change our mind as needed. I recommend attending a tasting where you'll be treated to a several course sit-down meal. The angel-hair pasta cakes, salmon, beef tenderloin, and chorizo-stuffed dates particularly were delicious. The cake was moist and beautiful. We were able to create a custom flavor with the cake and it was unlike anything we've tasted and wonderful. The event manager was calm and attentive as was the catering staff. A fantastic team! At the tables, the guests were well-taken care of with wine and champagne. All in all and impressive catering experience. People are still talking about the food!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at D'Amico Cucina Restaurant. A little different from the norm. It was the best experience and is exactly what I wanted. D'Amico was just fabulous. Sarah the GM was superb. The staff was so professional, helpful, knowledgable beyond belief. Our guests were blown away by the food, service, presentation and the overall experience. I couldnt have asked for anything better. Thank you D'Amico for a PERFECT DAY !!!

It was the wedding I never dreamed I could have! I had an evening winter wedding at Calhoun Beach Club. The organization was incredible; they went out of their way to help and the food... I cannot express how absolutely fabulous it was! We served the mash potato bar to our guests as well as other appetizers and dessert. The mash potatoes were served in martini glasses to give an elegant presentation. There were 3 types of potatoes for our guests to choose from as well as many various toppings (including lobster). The dessert was also an A+! I had guests complimenting me all night about the food selection and presentation. I would have to say it was a very classy event that D'Amico put on! Their wedding planner was especially helpful and fun to work with! The wedding planner was very accommodating and was the perfect guide to plan the perfect event! Thank you D'Amico!

The entire staff at D'Amico Catering was amazing! From the day we booked through our wedding day, D'Amico Catering handle every detail with thoughtfulness and care. The food was wonderful ~ our guests are still raving about the wedding cake! Thank you for the wonderful service.

D'Amico has delicious food and we were very glad we booked with them. We had tasted part of their menu at a wedding of one of our friends and we loved what we saw and tasted. Not only was the food fresh and tasty, the presentation of it was sharp and professional. We liked the way they set up their buffet line and the food that was warm stayed warm, and the food that was cold stayed cold. We decided to do an array of heavy appetizers instead of a plated dinner because they had so many good choices to choose from, and we weren't a big fan of the plated meals. The food was on time and delivered before scheduled actually....we were very happy with everything and we would definitely book with them again.

The food was excellent. My event coordinator contacted all my other vendors and set up delivery times. My event coordinator made sure that everything was set up for the event (i.e. table tents, favors, gift table, guest book table, etc.) I didn't have to do a thing and it didn't cost extra!

D'amico made our day possible. Their staff was phenomenally in the execution of our needs, the food, and the service.

D'Amico was fabulous! Our receiption was at International Market Square in Minneapolis and they did the food/drink and the cake. They worked with us on different presentation ideas for appetizers and indulged our every idea. They even heated up some late night snacks flown in from my husband's home town without charging us. I gave the pastry chef a picture of a cake I saw in a British magazine and they got it perfect and were much more reasonable than any other cake place...not to mention the cake was actually delicious and people still talk about it. The service and professionalism is really fantastic. There was a mix up with some of the vegetarian plates and the wait staff handled in no time and I never even knew about it until one of my firends told me the next day how great they were. I would highly recommend D'Amico at IMS!!!
