Amazing, amazing, amazing!!! Lynnette was so friendly and helpful and organized! She helped me with a timeline to make sure I had everything covered and she coordinated the day-of experience so there were no gaps or issues. Every time I spoke with a vendor and told them the wedding was at D'Andrea's I got nothing but great comments about the place.

Also, the food here is phenomenal! And the servers/bartenders were all very nice and always available! It was just a perfect day for me and I'm so happy we chose D'Andrea's for the ceremony/reception hall!

Lynetee, Pam and Diane were fabulous!! Thank you all for the special attention on our wedding day! Everything turned out beautifully and went way beyond our expectations! The food was excellent and we received many compliments on how great the food and set up was. I would highly recommend you to anyone planning a wedding!

I couldn't say more about D'Andrea - the food was wonderful and everything was absolutely perfect. Lynette is a perfect wedding coordinator for all things reception. I took all her recommendations and I was not let down all day.

She made my day beautiful and absolutely perfect. There were 3 other brides, and yet all the staff was receptive to me. (Even when I was feeling ill at dinner, someone got me some Advil which helped immensely.

If you are considering D'Andrea, you will not regret it!

This was a GREAT place to have a wedding! In fact, this was the 3rd family wedding there in 1 year...my sister & I were 2 of them! The food was GREAT!...the groom even got to pick his own food! We got many compliments on the food from the guests. The wait staff was also great & receptive. If we had any problems or requests, they were right on top of it and the were very friendly. Also, there was plenty of food & the hors d'oeuvres were passed around to everyone...a problem noted at a different facility for another family wedding. The wedding planner was wonderful...she made everything go smoothly from beginning to end. The room looked absolutely beautiful! The only complaint I have is that my guest book (which was a "wishing well") was NOT placed at the entry table but on the gift table so it was missed by most people.

This is the best banquet hall in the area! You will not be disappointed! Lynnette was great, very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. She has great suggestions and was very accommodating. We had a smaller wedding, 80 people, and this was one of the only banquet halls that we could find that could accommodate us without needing a minimum of 100+ people. The price was very affordable, my husband and I paid for the wedding ourselves and we we're so happy to find D'Andrea Banquets!! So much cheaper than the hotel next door and so much better service.

The food was absolutely amazing, everyone raved about it the entire night and keeps telling me that we had the best reception ever!! Appetizers were yummy, be sure to get the tiropites and the meatballs!! And their homemade ranch dressing is to die for!! Also, having an open bar included in the package is always fun!!

Overall, my experience was a great one. The team they have at D'Andrea Banquets is awesome. They are very helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. I didn't have to worry about anything. If I wanted something, it happened, no question asked. If I had a question about something, Lynnette was there to answer it. It was a great experience, went so smooth it felt like a dream.

LOVED EVERYTHING AT D'ANDREA BANQUETS!!! It was the only reasonably priced reception venue that we could find in our area. I wish we had just found them right in the beginning and skipped researching every other place. My husband and I never once had to worry about anything. They took care of us like we were family. The food was great. We (and our guests) were treated like royalty. They hooked us up with bakeries to choose from for the wedding cake. Lynnette even gave me some magazines to look through when I happened to make a comment about... "I wonder what I'm going to do with my hair." She was very flexible when we changed our minds a bunch of times about the slideshow and she was accomodating when we told her our DJ requested a larger table than the one they normally provide. Nothing was a problem. And Lynnette was always there to answer any questions I had (and there were a lot since I've never done this before). Haha! I highly recommend this place to... well, EVERYONE! : )

We were very happy with D'Andrea's. Lynette is incredible. Really has her stuff together. Everyone thought the room was beautiful and set up perfectly. Being able to choose our color scheme was fantastic. Great value for your money!

More than I could have ever wished for! The service, cusine, atmosphere, everything was perfect!

The food was delicious, Lynette was great. They ran out of Miller Lite and did not have my candy bar favor ready when the guests arrived. However I would definitely recommend this place.

The wedding planners were great. There were a few issues the night of the reception. My biggest complaint was getting the WRONG wedding cake sent home with us. That was a HUGE dissappointment and no sort of compensation was offered. The other issues I had, was the servers being too quick to clear the table (ie pulling people's plates from in front of them while they were still eating, and emptying the water out of MY vase that I bought for the tables leaving the roses to die.) Several other issues I had was being told that the head table was allowed mixed drinks during the reception then the servers refusing to get them and wine being set on the children's table AFTER going over everything with the wedding planner the day before the wedding. Food was good, your basic reception food nothing to fancy, could have been a little better for the price.

D'Andreas has great food, service, and staff. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Lynnette was a pleasure to work with, very informative and organized.

D'andrea's was wonderful they handled almost everything for me. I made alot of the extra decor myself and they set it all up for me so I didnt have to worry about it and they did everything exactly as I wanted.

Awesome Planner. Knew what she was doing and kept us upto date with everything. Amazing decorations of hall.

The planners here were great. They went thru all the items and made sure everything was set for that special day.

Very helpful and great food and service! Much cheaper and nicer than Holiday Inn right down the street.

Our wedding reception was held at D’Andrea’s in Crystal Lake. The food was excellent. We arrived to everything being set up as we had hoped- all of our favors were in place. My main complaint was that the food service was a bit slow. It appeared that they needed more staff for the occasion. They were also planning on only having one bartender for our event of 175 guests. I had to bring it up to the manager that this would most likely be inadequate. They ended up putting a second bartender on for the night. Besides those two issues, the night went very well.

D'Andrea's in Crystal Lake promised us that everything would be taken care of and in hindsight they did not take care of the bride and groom as well as we had hoped, on the other hand our guests did not know anything was wrong and loved it. The food was amazing and I have no complaints about that at all! What I have complaints about is that our wedding cake was put in a corner on a 3 foot table when it was suppose to be at the head of the dance floor on a 5 foot table, the wrong cake topper was on top of the cake (a funny statue my dad gave me was on top our cake) and the Precious Moments statue marked in Big Letters CAKE TOPPER was still in the box under the table. And finally the wait staff dumped our champagne and wedding cake before we got to drink it all or eat any cake because we were talking to our guests. I had said that I did not want any cake that wasn't eaten dumped but that apparently was not paid attention to like the word CAKE TOPPER. The reception hall was beautiful and the bar was great, it was just the minor things that cannot be changed that I found to be a bit upsetting. We are very lucky that this was the only thing that went wrong on our day but if going with this reception hall (which I do recomend-very good price and great meal) BE VERY SPECIFIC about what YOU expect.

seemed very accomidating but on the day of the event the table arrangement was wrong and the cake table was too small for our cake layout. also they put the wrong cake topper on our cake. we never got to eat any of our wedding cake either. they cleared the head table before we got to eat it. the meal was good and the service staff was friendly. the bartenders we fun. but over all we were very disappointed with the layout issues and the cake issues. best value around our area just make sure you stay on top of the planner to make sure things are right and send someone over prior to the event to check the room.

i am so glad we decided to go with d'andrea banquets in crystal lake. everybody there went above and beyond for us, and lynnette was extremely patient and helpful through the whole process. the banquet hall is absolutely gorgeous, and the food is excellent as well. if i had to do it all over again, i would most definately choose d'andrea banquets. they helped make our wedding day the happiest day of our lives.

The people at D'Andrea's were very helpful in my wedding planning. They were very upfront about what to expect from the experience, and we were more than pleased. The moment I walked in to see the finished room took my breath away. They did a better job than I was expecting. They definitely made it an experience I will never ever forget.
