The room, service and food were great. The staff really was on top of things, even assisting my elderly aunts up the stairs.

The restaurant was where we originally planned to have our wedding. It’s an old landmark in Delaware County and everyone’s been there at least once in their lives. But it’s just that – old. The parking isn’t stellar (small lot across the street) and the décor is tired. We originally booked here for our wedding because it was a good central location and very affordable. But we needed to move the date and they couldn’t accommodate. So we lost our deposit. But then my mom had the idea to call them ask about booking the bridal shower there. And the let us use the wedding deposit for the bridal shower, which was nice. But the food was steam-tray type banquet food. Nothing extraordinary. And that’s a shame because their restaurant fare is delicious. Gave them three stars for being accommodating, but not more than that because the food wasn’t great.

This is my mom’s favorite restaurant so of course she picked it for my shower. We had an upstairs room that I’d never been in before and it was pretty nice. I wanted the baked ziti, but I didn’t get it. Which made me confused because of everyone there, shouldn’t the bride get the dish she wanted? But it was still fun.

I had the best wedding ever. The food, the room, the decoration and the service were the BEST. All of this wouldn't have been possible without Joy Fox the wedding planner for the Towne House. Joy is very knowlegable and helpful and always answered my questions right away. She was there to oversee everything and that was so comforting and nice. I really had no clue what I was doing because I had never planned a big event before but Joy made it seem so effortless and really helped me relax and enjoy the night. I had about 125 people at my wedding and the whole cost was less than 10K which is crazy considering all I got. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone that asked!!
