Jeannie was very helpful in coordinating with my dairy allergy. Prior to the wedding she told me everything (based on what me and my husband chose) what I could eat, which was mostly everything except the homemade mac and cheese. Which is understandable. She set up and cleaned up everything and was really nice to work with. She was understanding and was willing to work with us when we wanted to taste our selections and gave us a few freebies like the punch fountain :) I would highly recommend D and J Catering to do another wedding.

ps. I only heard wonderful feedback about how good the food was and there wasn't any fried chicken left for me to eat the next day.

We had wonderful service and food.

I had so many people ask me who made the food because they loved it so much. My aunt wanted them to cater an event, unfortunately she had 2 other events to cater that night. That's how good D & J is!! Great prices and service. They boxed up our food and we ate for weeks! The kitchen area looked better when we left, then when we got to the hall. If I ever need a caterer, I would definitely give them a call. She did our cupcakes too, we called it "The Tower of YUMMMM".

I have never heard so many compliments about food at a wedding as I did for ours! Everyone loved it and there was so much left over at the end that all the family enjoyed it the day after the wedding also.

Not only is Jeannie a fabulous chef, but she is extremely organized, communicative and helpful! Definately a 5 star caterer! :-) Thanks Jeannie!!

Lots of our friends have used this catering service, including us. Jeannie is great to work with. They help prepare samples of the meal ahead of time to help with meal selections. Food is always great and they package the leftovers for you!

D&J catering was recommended by one of my bridesmaids, she had eaten their food at baby showers and mentioned that it was always good and always garnered lots of compliments. We met with Jeannie early on while we were researching different food options for the reception and were very impressed both with her professional demeanor and background as well as her facility. We were absolutely thrilled with the service and quality of the food. We enjoyed the meal at our wedding and so did all of the guest we spoke with. It wasn't your typical bland wedding buffet and people appreciated it. I was able to deal with D&J catering exclusively through email and that was an important factor for me. I also have to mention how affordable their prices are, especially for the quality and quantity of the food presented. We live in Toledo and other caterers we spoke with in our area wanted way more for what we considered to be inferior food. D&J also boxed up the leftovers and we were able to freeze them for future use as well as donate a lot to a local food kitchen. I would wholeheartedly recommend D&J for any reception or even in need of catering.

D & J Catering offered numerous choices of main dishes and sides. The optional chocolate fountain was VERY popular at the reception. The cheese/vegetable/fruit table was displayed uniquely and received favorable comments from guests. Months after this wedding, we continue to receive positive comments regarding the food served to our guests at our son's wedding. The caterer was very flexible and willing to prepare an entree not usually offered. The bride and groom were thrilled with the results of their conversations prior to the wedding as the food was prepared and displayed as ordered. The hot foods were hot and the cold foods were cold. Finally, the value for cost was incredible. We stayed 'under budget' for our food. A** D&J Catering!!

Food was great, everyone liked it. Cheap too. I would definatly reccomend this place!! It was a little hard to get booked though.

The guests complimented how good the food was. Jeannie is very flexable with the menu and offers great advice. We wanted to use our own recipe for the Alfredo sauce and add fresh polish kielbasa. She prepared both to perfection. There was plenty of high quality food, no worries of running out. The homemade bread was delicious. Her and her staff were very professional in presenting and serving the meal. The leftovers were well packaged for us to take home and the hall commented how clean the kitchen was left. Everything was perfect and worry free on a very important day. She is a blessing to this kind of business.

Jeannie did such a wonderful job on our wedding! I had family and friends complimenting the food at our wedding for weeks after the event! Jeannie provided a lot of ideas on how to make our reception grwat for everyone who attended. I would definately use D & J Catering again in the future!

D & J was very helpful, and accommodated us for everything we wanted to do, which was a lot. They helped in the creation of the most amazing wedding cake anyone could have asked for with the help of their ice sculpture option.

D & J Catering did a fablous job at my wedding, I could have not asked for a better catering company. Jeannie was so wonderful and kept me up to date with everything going on that I felt like I was in wonderful hands and didn't have to worry about the food. They went above and beyond even by helping me with some ethnic mexican food that we added to table. All my guest loved the food and received tons of compliments. I would refer anyone I know to this catering company.
